5 Montagevorschrift Impulsleitungen Impulsleitungen p L, p F und p BR müssen D (ø mm), P entsprechen und aus Stahl gefertigt sein. Andere Werkstoffe der Impulsleitungen nur nach Baumusterprüfung zusammen mit dem Brenner zulässig. Impulsleitungen müssen so verlegt werden, daß kein Kondensat in den MB-EF zurückfließen kann. Pulse line assembly instructions Pulse lines p L, p F and p BR must correspond to D ( mm dia.), P and they must be made of steel. Other materials for pulse lines are only permitted after a type test together with the burner. Route pulse lines so that no condensate can flow back to the MB-EF. 7 MB-EF B0 Einstellung des Druckregelteils MB-EF B0 Setting the pressure controller Druckregelteil ist werksseitig voreingestellt. Die Einstellwerte müssen vor Ort den Anlagenbedingungen angepaßt werden. Anleitung des Brennerherstellers unbedingt beachten! Pressure controller is provisionally set at the factory. The setting values must be locally adapted to machine conditions. Important: Follow the instructions of the burner manufacturer.. Schutzkappen und öffnen.. Brenner starten, Korrektur der Einstellwerte und nur im Betrieb möglich, Bild. Zündsicherheit des Brenners überprüfen.. Bei min. Leistung: ullpunktkorrektur einstellen.. Bei max. Leistung: erhältnis einstellen.. Wenn notwendig Einstellung. und. wiederholen. Zwischenwerte kontrollieren.. Einstellschrauben und plombieren, siehe unten. 9 MB- EF B0 Filterkontrolle Filterkontrolle mindestens einmal jährlich! Filterwechsel, wenn p zwischen Druckanschluß 0 und > 0 mbar. Es ist sicherzustellen, daß kein Kondensat aus den Impulsleitungen in den MB-EF zurücklaufen kann. Grundsätzlich nach Teileausbau/-umbau neue Dichtungen verwenden. Rohrleitungsdichtheitsprüfung: Kugelhahn vor dem GasMultiBloc schließen. ach Abschluß von Arbeiten am GasMultiBloc: Dichtheitskontrolle und Funktionskontrolle durchführen. 13 Die Druckgeräterichtlinie (PED) und die Richtlinie über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden (EPBD) fordern eine regelmässige Überprüfung von Heizungsanlagen zur langfristigen Sicherstellung von hohen utzungsgraden und somit geringster Umweltbelastung. Es besteht die otwendigkeit sicherheitsrelevante Komponenten nach Erreichen ihrer utzungsdauer auszutauschen. Diese Empfehlung gilt nur für Heizungsanlagen und nicht für Thermprozessanwendungen.
