2 1 Installationshinweise Die Installationshinweise enthalten wichtige Informationen, die Sie für die Installation des Hotfix benötigen. Lesen Sie diese Hinweise vor der Installation. 1.1 Lieferumfang Der Lieferumfang des Pakets umfasst: Hotfix 2 (K ) für das Softwarepaket WinCC V7.0 SP1. Dieses Hotfix enthält alle Korrekturen, die in Hotfixes oder Patches für V7.0 SP1 freigegeben wurden. 1.2 Hardware-Voraussetzungen Keine Änderung gegenüber WinCC V7.0 SP Software-Voraussetzungen WinCC V7.0 SP1 oder mindestens eine Option von WinCC V7.0 SP Installation Installation von Hotfix 2 zu WinCC V7.0 SP1 Voraussetzung für die Installation dieses Hotfix ist eine bereits installierte Version WinCC V7.0 SP1 oder mindestens eine Option von WinCC V7.0 SP1. Beenden Sie alle Applikationen (z. B. WinCC-RT, MS-Word usw.) vor dem Setup-Start. Das Hotfix besteht aus einer selbstextrahierenden Datei. 3 2 Benutzungshinweise (Release Notes) Diese Hinweise sind den Aussagen in den Handbüchern und in der Online-Hilfe in der Verbindlichkeit übergeordnet. Wenn Sie den WinCC WebNavigator zusammen mit APC/BPC einsetzen, dann starten Sie nach der Hotfix-Installation nochmals den WinCC Web Configurator. Publizieren Sie alle Prozessbilder mit Faceplate-Typen nochmals, nachdem Sie das Hotfix installiert haben. 2.1 Überprüfung der Anwenderarchive Der Anwenderarchiv-Editor prüft jetzt beim Öffnen des Editors alle Anwenderarchive auf einen speziellen Fehler in der Indizierung der Archiv-Spaltennummern. Wenn dieser Indizierungsfehler vorliegt und Werte über das neue WinCC UserArchiveControl (geliefert seit WinCC V7.0) gelesen oder geschrieben werden, können diese in der falschen Tabellenspalte angezeigt oder gespeichert werden. Beim Öffnen des Anwenderarchiv-Editors werden die Archive überprüft. Wenn dabei ein Fehler erkannt wird, dann wird ein Hinweis eingeblendet und die betroffenen Archive werden mit einem Symbol gekennzeichnet. Wenn kein Hinweis eingeblendet wird, dann weisen die Archive keinen Indizierungsfehler auf und es sind keine Korrekturen erforderlich. Indizierungsfehler bereinigen Wenn Sie den Indizierungsfehler bereinigen wollen, gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor: 1. Schließen Sie das Dialogfenster mit dem Hinweis über die Schaltfläche Nein. 2. Deaktivieren Sie Runtime. 3. Sichern Sie die Daten der Anwenderarchive, indem Sie mit dem Windows Explorer eine Kopie des WinCC-Projekts erstellen. 4. Öffnen Sie den Anwenderarchiv-Editor. 5. Schließen Sie das Dialogfenster mit dem Hinweis über die Schaltfläche Ja. Nachdem Sie den Hinweis mit Ja bestätigt haben, wird der Indizierungsfehler in allen betroffenen Anwenderarchiven bereinigt. Redundante Systeme im laufenden Betrieb bereinigen Wenn Sie ein redundantes Serverpaar betreiben, bei dem die Anwenderarchive abgeglichen werden, kann der Indizierungsfehler auf beiden Servern auftreten. Folgen Sie in diesem Fall den Anweisungen in der folgenden Tabelle. 5 2.2 Basic Process Control Verbesserte Grunddatenbilder übernehmen Wenn Sie die Verbesserungen der Grunddatenbilder in das Projekt übernehmen wollen, durchlaufen Sie nach der Installation des Hotfix den OS-Projekteditor. Die Verbesserungen betreffen die folgenden Grunddatenbilder: Wenn Sie eines der Grunddatenbilder individuell angepasst hatten, dann listet der OS-Projekteditor dieses Bild auf der Registerkarte Grunddaten im linken oberen Fenster auf. Legen Sie für jedes Grunddatenbild der Liste fest, ob Sie den Lieferstand oder das vom Anwender geänderte Grunddatenbild in das Projekt übernehmen wollen. Wenn Sie keine vom Anwender geänderten Grunddatenbilder hatten, listet der OS-Projekteditor auf der Registerkarte Grunddaten keine Bilder auf. 9 1 Notes on installation The installation notes contain important information which you require for installing the Hotfix. Please read these notes before you start the installation. 1.1 Scope of delivery The scope of supply of this package includes: Hotfix 2 (K ) for software package WinCC V7.0 SP1. This Hotfix includes all corrections that were released as hotfixes or patches for V7.0 SP Hardware requirements No changes compared to WinCC V7.0 SP Software requirements WinCC V7.0 SP1 or at least one option of WinCC V7.0 SP Installation Installation of Hotfix 2 for WinCC V7.0 SP1 Requirement for the installation of this hotfix is an installed version of WinCC V7.0 SP1 or at least one option of WinCC V7.0 SP1. Exit all applications (for example WinCC-RT, MS-Word, etc.) before you start the setup. The Hotfix consists of a self-extracting file. Unpack the EXE file to your hard disk and double-click the Setup.exe file. The Setup program guides you through the entire installation. After installation is complete, you might need to restart the system. You can cancel the setup if the "Next" button is not activated during setup and after you have accepted the licensing conditions. In this case the Hotfix has already been installed on the computer; it is not necessary to update the installed components. You will have to install the Hotfix once again if you have done a re-installation from the supplied DVD Uninstallation of Hotfix 2 for WinCC V7.0 SP1 Uninstallation of the Hotfix is not possible Additional information on the options of WinCC V7.0 SP1 If you want to reinstall options from the supplied DVD at a later time, you will have to install the Hotfix for these options once again. 10 2 Release Notes These notes have priority over those in the manuals and online help with regard to legal validity. If you are using the WinCC WebNavigator along with the APC/BPC, you will have to start the WinCC Web Configurator after installation of the Hotfix. Publish all process images with faceplate types once again after you have installed the Hotfix. 2.1 Checking user archives The User Archive Editor now checks all user archives for a special error in the indexing of the archive column numbers when it opens. If such an indexing error is present and values are read or written using the new WinCC UserArchiveControl (supplied as of WinCC V7.0), these values may be displayed or saved in the wrong table column. The archives are checked when you open the User Archive Editor. If the editor detects an error, you will see a message informing you about the error and the affected archives will be marked with a symbol. If you do not receive such a message, then the archives do not have an indexing error and corrections will not be necessary. Clearing indexing errors Proceed as follows to clear an indexing error: 1. Close the dialog box with the message using the "No" button. 2. Deactivate Runtime. 3. Save the data in the user archives by creating a copy of the WinCC project with Windows Explorer. 4. Open the User Archive Editor. 5. Close the dialog box with the message using the "Yes" button. Once you have confirmed the message with "Yes", the indexing error will be cleared in all affected user archives. Clearing indexing errors in redundant systems during runtime If you are operating a redundant server pair in which the user archives are being synchronized, the indexing error can occur on both servers. In this case follow the instructions in the following table. 12 2.2 Basic Process Control Adopt improved basic data pictures If you want to adopt the improvements of the basic data pictures into the project, run the OS Project Editor after installation of the Hotfix. The improvements are implemented in the following basic data pictures: If you had adapted one of the basic data pictures individually, the OS Project Editor will list this picture on the "Basic data" tab in the upper left window. Specify for each basic data picture in the list if you want to adopt the delivery status or the basic data picture as adapted by the user into the project. If you do not have any basic data pictures that were adapted by the user, then the OS Project Editor will not list any pictures on the "Basic data" tab.
