4 Sicherheitshinweise / Abkürzungen Important Information / Abbreviations Einstellarbeiten bzw. Nachregulierungen am Beschlag sind nur von einem Fachbetrieb durchzuführen! Flügelauslösung zum Reinigen: Sicherungsknopf ( ) eindrücken, Scherenarm leicht anheben und aushängen. Achtung! Hinweis WICSTAR OL Kipp-Sicherungs- und Putzschere KSP: Sperrklinke am Scherenarm ausrasten und Flügel aus der Sicherungsstellung in die Putzstellung führen. Hände nicht zwischen Flügel und Blendrahmen bringen. Flügel nach dem Aushängen in die Putzstellung führen - nicht fallen lassen. Keine Gegenstände an den Flügel hängen oder zwischen Flügel und Blendrahmen schieben. Öffnen des Flügels über Handhebel (a), Spindelgetriebe (b), oder Elektroantrieb (c) möglich. Any adjustment of existing fitting should be carried out by competent persons only. Sash release for cleaning: Press safety button ( ), lift up stay arm lightly and unhinge the stay. Attention! Note WICSTAR OL KSP security stay: Disengage the latch from the stay arm manually and tilt the sash from the saftey postion to its cleaning position. Danger from trapping of hands in the open area between sash and frame. Lead sash into the cleaning position - don't drop sash. Additional loading of sash or using of blocking objects between the sash and frame is not permissible. Opening of the sash is possible with lever handle (a), spindle gear (b), or electric drive (c). 8 Beschlagmontage Hardware installation 1 Scherensitz und Handhebel anzeichnen. 2 Bohrlehre anlegen, auf "Links" bzw."rechts" achten. Bohrdurchmesser 3.2 mm. Weitere Stangenführungen erforderlich bei über 600 mm freier Stangenlänge. 3 Scherenhalter 1, Flügelbock 3, Führung für Eckumlenkung 4, Handhebel 6 und Stangenführung 5 anschrauben. Erste Stangenführung immer unter und neben die Eckumlenkung. 4 Klemmstück 1b zur Halterung des LM- Abdeckprofils in den ersten Scherenhalter 1 eindrücken (nur erforderlich bei 2S). Bei einziger oder letzter Schere Endkappe 1a montieren. 5 Zug und Querstange 15 ablängen. Wichtiger Hinweis! Zugstangen (Ø8 mm ) nach dem Ablängen an den Stangenenden sorgfältig entgraten. 6 Schere(n) mit durchgesteckter Querstange von vorn in den Scherenhalter 1 einlegen und seitlich verschieben. Durch Drehen der Sicherungsplatte die Schere(n) fixieren (siehe Schritte 1, 2, 3 und 4). 7 Zug- und Querstange 15 in die Eckumlenkung einhängen 8 Handhebel 6 und Schere 2 in Offenstellung bringen. Schere(n) in den Flügelbock einhängen. Klemmschrauben anziehen! 9 Flügelandruck am Flügelbock einstellen. 10 Funktion des Öffners prüfen. Nachregulierung an den Klemmschrauben möglich. Alle Klemmschrauben fest anziehen! 11 Alle Gelenk- und Gleitstellen fetten. 12 LM-Abdeckprofil 16 zuschneiden und aufklemmen. Abdeckkappe aufklipsen. Wichtiger Hinweis! Kipp-Sicherung- und Putzscheren KSP mit automatischer Sicherung bei Rückführung von der Putz- in die Kipp-Offenstellung, verhindern Schäden, die bei unsachgemäßer Einhängung der Öffnerschere auftreten können! 1 Mark the positions of the stay and the handle. 2 Set the jig. Observe "left", respectively "right" position. Drill diameter 3.2 mm. additional rod guides required for free rod lengths of over 600 mm. 3 Screw on stay holder 1, sash bracket 3, corner transmission guide 4, lever handle 6 and rod guides 5. First rod guide always below and beside the corner transmission. 4 Press the clamping device 1b into the first stay holder 1 in order to fix the cover profile (required for 2S only). Press the end cap 1a, if it is the only or the last stay. 5 Cut the connecting rod and the horizontal rod 15 into the requested lengths. Important note! Carefully debur the connecting rods (8 mm in diameter) at the rod ends after cutting to length. 6 Place the stay(s) with stuck horizontal rod into the stay holder 1 from the front, and push to the side. Turn the locking plate to secure the stay(s) (see steps 1, 2, 3 and 4). 7 Attach the connecting rod and the horizontal rod 15 to the chain guide. 8 Bring lever handle 6 and the stay 2 into open position. Attach the stay(s) to the sash bracket. Tighten clamping screws! 9 Set the sash pressure on the sash bracket. 10 Check function of the opener. The clamping screws can be re-adjusted. Fasten all clamping screws tightly! 11 Grease all joints. 12 Cut the cover profiles 16 to size and attach. clamp down cover. Important note! KSP security stays with automatic safety device when returning from the concealed to the tilted open position prevent damage which could occur when attaching the opener stay incorrectly.
