13 Orientierung des MCP im Einschub: V - Vertikal HL - Horizontal links HR - Horizontal rechts MCP orientation in the drawer V - vertical HL - horizontal left HR - horizontal right Generell sind hochflexible und halogenfreie Kabel zu verwenden. Die Verbindungskabel zwischen den Eingangskontakten und dem MCP müssen kurzschlussfest sein (U0/U AC,8/3 kv). Kabel mit einem Querschnitt bis inklusive 0mm² müssen mindestens bis 90 C temperaturbeständig sein. Kabel mit einem Querschnitt von mehr als 0mm² müssen mindestens bis 05 C temperaturbeständig sein. In general highly flexible and halogen free cables have to be used. The wires between the incoming contacts and the MCP have to be short-circuit proof (U0/U AC,8/3 kv). Wires with cross sections up to 0mm² have to be heat resistant up to a temperature of 90 C or higer. 22 Funktionstest: Tests müssen im stromfreien Zustand durchgeführt werden! Tests needs to be carried out in de-energized condition! Den Einschub auf korrekte und genaue Justierung überprüfen (siehe Bilder unten). Den Einschub in ausgebautem Zustand ein- und ausschalten. Den Verschlusstaster des ausgebauten Einschubs gedrückt halten und versuchen den Einschub einzuschalten. Dies darf nicht möglich sein. Den Einschub in den XW-Schrank schieben und in die Disconnect-Position und anschließend in die Test-Position bringen. Den Einschub in die Mittelstellung zwischen Test-, und Connect-Position bringen, den Verschlusstaster loslassen und versuchen den Einschub einzuschalten. Dies darf nicht möglich sein da der Einschub nicht ordnungsgemäß eingeschoben ist. Den Einschub in die Connect-Position bringen, einschalten und versuchen den Einschub in eingeschaltetem Zustand herauszuziehen. Dabei darf sich der Verschlusstaster nicht vollständig eindrücken lassen und es darf nicht möglich sein den Einschub herauszuziehen. Den Einschub ausschalten, herausziehen und die Eingangs-, Ausgang- und Hilfskontakte auf korrekten Sitz prüfen. Tritt in einem oder mehr Schritten des Funktionstests ein Fehler auf, so ist der Verriegelungsmechanismus entsprechend nach zu justieren. Anschließend ist der Funktionstest zu wiederholen. Function test together with the panel: Check the adjustment of the drawer (see pictures below) Turn the drawer on and off while it is not in the XW-panel. Press the interlock-button and hold it. Now try to turn the drawer on. This must not be possible. Slide the drawer in the MCC-panel and put it in the Disconnect-position. After that put the drawer in the Test-position. Put the drawer in a position between the Test-position and the Connect-position. Now try to turn the drawer on. That must not be possible because the drawer is not slid in correctly. Put the drawer in the Connect-position and turn it on. Now try to pull it out. It must not be possible to press the interlock-button all the way in and also it must not be possible to pull the drawer out. Turn the drawer off, pull it out and check all contacts for their correct placement. If an error occurs in one or more steps the interlock has to be adjusted accordingly.
