1 SINAMICS G120, Sine-wave filter, sizes A to C ( V) Description This sine-wave filter limits the voltage gradient and the capacitive recharging currents which generally occur in inverter operation. This is the reason that when an sine-wave filter is used, significantly longer screened motor feeder cables are possible and the motor lifetime reaches the same values which are achieved when the motor is connected directly on-line. CAUTION Operation with sine-wave filter Software version 3.1 or later V/f mode only Software version 4.5 or later V/f, SLVC and VC NOTES The sine-wave filters, Sizes A to C, can be used as sub-chassis filters for the Power Modules PM240 and PM250.This is not possible with PM230 Power Modules. Sizes A: A maximum of two sub-chassis components plus drive inverter are permissible. In this case, the Sine-wave filter must be mounted/installed as the lowest component. Size B and C: Only one sub-chassis component is permissible. The sine-wave filters can be used with Power Modules PM230, PM240 or PM250. Correct installation is essential for safe operation. The following must be observed when using sine-wave filters: Use filter only under load! Operation is only permissible with a pulse frequency of khz. Make sure that the automatic pulse frequency reduction is disabled. Compulsary parameter settings: P0290 = 0 or 1 P1300: - P1300 = 0 with V/f control - P1300 = 20 with sensorless vector control - P1300 = 21 with vector control with sensor P1800 = khz P0230 = 4 (Custom sine-wave filter) Enter the inductive capacitive value from table 1 in P0233 (mh) and P0234 (μf). If the motor data identification (Mot-ID) run is not properly completed (F0041 or F07990) during commissioning of the drive inverter, the sine-wave filter must be disconnected from the motor circuit and the Mot-ID run repeated. The output frequency is limited to a maximum of 150 Hz. These filters can be used for all SINAMICS G120 inverters, Sizes D to F with Power Modules PM230, PM240 or PM250. A minimum distance of 100 mm to adjacent components and metal parts is recommended. Correct installation is essential for safe operation. The following must be observed when using sine-wave filters: Use filter only under load! 7 SINAMICS G 120, Sinus-Filter Bauformen A bis C ( V) Beschreibung Der Sinus-Filter begrenzt die Spannungssteilheit und die kapazitiven Umladeströme, die üblicherweise beim Umrichterbetrieb auftreten, deshalb sind bei Betrieb mit Sinus-Filter wesentlich längere geschirmte Motorzuleitungen möglich und die Lebensdauer des Motors erreicht Werte wie bei direktem Netzbetrieb. VORSICHT Betrieb mit Sinus-Filter: ab Softwarestand 3.1 zulässig nur für U/f-Steuerung ab Softwarestand 4.5 auch mit Vektorregleung HINWEISE Die Sinus-Filter, Bauformen A bis C, können für die Power Module PM240 und PM250 als Unterbaufilter genutzt werden. Mit den Power Modulen PM230 ist das nicht möglich. FSA: maximal zwei Unterbaukomponenten plus Umrichter zulässig. Das Sinus-Filter muss als unterste Komponente montiert werden. FSB und FSC: nur eine Unterbaukomponente zulässig. Die Sinus-Filter können mit den Power Modulen PM230, PM240 und PM250 eingesetzt werden. Korrekte Installation ist Voraussetzung für sicheren Betrieb. Beim Einsatz von Sinus-Filtern ist zu beachten: Filter darf nur mit angeschlossenem Verbraucher betrieben werden!
