Mobile DSD Die SAP Lösung Mobile Direct Store Delivery (MDSD) ermöglicht die Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen, bei denen Waren direkt an den Einzelhandel verkauft oder vertrieben werden können, ohne UmwegeüberZwischenhändler. Die direkte Auslieferung der Waren bewirkt Kontakte direkt an der Verkaufsstelle, es ergeben sich zusätzliche Verkaufsmöglichkeiten, verbesserte Kundenbindung und umfassenderer Markteinblick. Unterstützt werden neben der Direktbelieferung auch der Direkte Fahrverkauf (Ab-Wagen-Verkauf) sowie Vertriebsbesuche. Die Datenerfassung während der Kundenbesuche erfolgt über eine mobile Lösung. Die Mobile DSD Lösung unterstützt den gesamten Prozess vom Auftragseingang über den Vertrieb der Ware bis zur finalen Aktualisierung der Daten nach Abschluss eines Prozesses inderdatenbasis (z. B. Aktualisierung der Lagerbestände, Konten, Fahrerdaten etc.).
