Initial Situation increasing demographic disproportion decreasing birth rates, sharp rise of higher age groups increasing average age in Brandenburg/Germany/Europe raising proportion of older workforce Future-oriented companies -> have to trust in their older staff and employ more elderly people to cope with the upcoming shortage of skilled professionals Within the bounds of a forward-looking human resources policy, it is important to develop a culture of executive education which starts with the recruitment of skilled workers.
