Zunächst einmal sollten Sie, falls Sie noch kein Konto besitzen, ein Konto über zertifikate@deutsche-boerse.com beantragen. Sollte die Anmeldung dennoch nicht funktionieren, so bitten wir Sie, die Zugangsdaten zunächst manuell, sprich ohne Copy&Paste einzugeben. Bekommen Sie weiterhin eine Fehlermeldung, versuchen Sie bitte einen anderen Browser (z.b. aktuellere Version des IE oder Firefox) zu nutzen. Ein Instrument lässt sich aufgrund der Form des Excel-Antrags nicht mittels des Excel-Antrags listen. / It is not possible to possible to list an instrument due to the form of the Excel-application. Bitte kommen Sie diesbezüglich unter der E-Mail-Adresse zertifikate@deutscheboerse.com auf uns zu. Regarding this issue, please approach us via the e-mail-address zertifikate@deutsche-boerse.com. 3. Muss ein Zeichnungsfrist-Produkt zwei Mal gemeldet werden? Zuerst mit dem Status indicative und am Ende der Zeichnungsfrist mit complete? / Does a subscription instrument has to be listed twice? First with status indicative and at the end of the subscription period with status complete? Nein, ein Mal als Standard Produkt mit Status complete genügt uns. Für genauere Details zur Belegung der Felder im Falle eines Zeichnungsprodukts, betrachten Sie bitte die Beispiele aus dem Open Market-Rundschreiben 002/16 vom 26. April 2016. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Termin für die technische Aussetzung ( Technical Suspension ) zwischen dem Ende der Zeichnungsfrist und dem ersten Handelstag zu wählen ist.

Please note that a date for the technical suspension has to be chosen, which has to be between the end of the subscription period and the first trading day. 4. Wie lade ich die Final Terms oder das Exposé im Front-End hoch? / How can I upload the exposé or the final terms in the front-end? Sie können diese Dokumente in der neuen Inbox im neuen Front-End unter dem Reiter Final Terms/Exposé hochladen. Für Details sehen Sie doch bitte in die aktualisierte Dokumentation (Seite 63 ff.). To upload your final terms or your exposé, you have to select the ISIN in the Inbox. Afterwards, you can upload the documents in the tab Final Terms/Exposé. For further details, please see the updated documentation (pages 63 ff). 5. Wie viele Underlyings können pro Instrument eingegeben werden? / How many underlyings can be inserted through the Excel-application sheet? Die Anzahl der Underlyings ist nicht begrenzt. Unter jedem Produkt können beliebig viele Underlyings angegeben werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Underlyings im Sinne von UNDERLYING_i durchnummeriert werden müssen. Nach den Underlyings können Sie ein n+1tes Produkt listen, dass Sie in der ersten Spalte mit PRODUCT_n+1 einleiten. The number of underlyings is not limited. For every product, an arbitrary number of underlyings can be inserted. Please note that underlyings have to be numbered in the sense of UNDERLYING_i. After the underlyings for a certain instrument, you can list another n+1th instrument which has to be introduced in the first column as PRODUCT_n+1.
Page 5 of 6 6. Ist zwingend ein Underlying bzw. eine Underlying ISIN anzugeben? / Do we have to enter an underlying or respectively an underlying ISIN? Nein, Sie müssen insofern Ihr Instrument kein Underlying besitzt, auch keines angeben. Sollte das Underlying über keine ISIN verfügen, genügt es den Namen einzutragen. You don t have to enter an underlying in case your instrument does not possess one. In case the underlying has no ISIN, it is sufficient to enter the name. 7. Wie ist ein Intraday-Produkt zu listen? / How can we list an intraday instrument? Am Tag vor dem ersten Handelstag müssen Sie einen NewListing -Antrag mit dem Status indicative stellen. Außerdem ist als ISSUE_TYPE der Wert Intraday zu wählen. Die Informationen der Instrumente, die im ersten Antrag aufgeführt sind, sind dann spätestens am ersten Handelstag mittels eines UpdateListing -Antrag zu vervollständigen. On the day before the first trading date you need to send a NewListing application with the status indicative. Additionally you need to choose the ISSUE_TYPE Intraday. The missing instrument information needs to be updated via UpdateListing application latest on the first trading date. 8. Wie sind die Felder REQ_ADMISSION_TO_TRADING und DATE_APPROVED_ADMISSION_OF_TRADING zu befüllen? / How do we have to fill in the fields REQ_ADMISSION_TO_TRADING and DATE_APPROVED_ADMISSION_OF_TRADING? Wenn Sie selbst der Emittent sind oder Ihnen die Zustimmung des Emittenten vorliegt (z.b. Emittent ist Teil ihrer Unternehmensgruppe und es wurde vereinbart über ihre Entität die Einbeziehung zu veranlassen, oder sie haben eine Vertragsbeziehung mit dem Emittenten), dann tragen Sie ein Y ein. Als Zeitpunkt der Zustimmung können Sie Datum und Uhrzeit der Antragstellung setzen. In case you are the issuer or have the admission of the issuer available (e.g. the issuer is part of your company group and it was agreed that your entity will apply for the inclusion to the market or you have a contract agreement with the issuer), than you can fill in a Y. As date and time you can enter the date and time of the application.

Die LEI bezeichnet den Legal Entity Identifier. Dieses Feld ist bei der Antragsstellung obligatorisch. Sie können die LEI, insofern dies nicht bereits getan wurde, in Deutschland bei den Wertpapier-Mitteilungen, sowie beim Bundesanzeiger Verlag unter den folgenden Webseiten beantragen: i. www.wm-leiportal.org ii. www.leireg.de LEI is the so called Legal Entity Identifier. This field is mandatory for submission of the application. You can apply for a LEI, as far as it has not already been done, in Germany at Wertpapier-Mitteilung or at the Bundesanzeiger-Verlag under the following webpages: i. www.wm-leiportal.org ii. www.leireg.de
