6 Read the passage above and answer the questions in English. Your answers must relate exclusively to the passage and convey all the relevant information provided. (a) What would the inhabitants of the island of Juist like to do? (b) How has the island already made progress towards its target? (c) What is different about the menu in many restaurants on Thursdays? (d) How much carbon dioxide is produced with every kilo of meat? (e) Who is likely to go on holiday to the island of Juist? (Total for Question 6 = 5 marks) 8 *P48820A0816*

(a) Wie unterscheidet sich Stehpaddeln vom Wellensurfen? (2) (b) Welchen Eindruck bekommen Zuschauer von Wassersportarten? (c) Warum ist Stehpaddeln ein anstrengender Sport? (d) Was finden besonders Anfänger beim Stehpaddeln schwierig? (g) Warum findet man viele Stehpaddler in Süddeutschland? (h) Was können Stehpaddler insbesondere am Starnberger See und am Ammersee tun? (Total for Question 7 = 10 marks) TOTAL FOR SECTION B = 20 MARKS *P48820A01116* 11 Turn over

(30) 12 *P48820A01216*
