7 IMPASTATRICE A SPIRALE AUTOMATICA A VASCA FISSA Il corpo della macchina è costruito in carpenteria d acciaio. Il piantone, la vasca, la spirale e la griglia di protezione sono interamente in acciaio inox. Questo tipo di impastatrice è adatta per panetterie e pasticcerie e permette di ottenere tempi di lavoro molto brevi. Il ciclo di lavoro può essere manuale od automatico a due velocità, entrambe temporizzate; è possibile inoltre invertire la rotazione della vasca anche durante il ciclo autonomo. La trasmissione utilizza cinghie trapezioidali al fine di ridurre al minimo le vibrazioni e i rumori; questo sistema comporta inoltre una notevole riduzione dei costi di manutenzione. L impianto elettrico è in bassa tensione (24 v) con sistema di protezione automatico. Il quadro comandi è estremamente semplice e permette l utilizzo de!la macchina in manuale od automatico. Il modello GOLD è stato creato per le produzioni industriali, oltre ad essere stata completamente ripensata sotto il punto di vista strutturale, la maggiore novità sta nella trasmissione vasca, completamente nuova meccanicamente con due ruote di frizione, non più una, come per gli altri modelli. Per quanto riguarda la trasmissione spirale viene montata la modello SUPREME. L intera macchina è in regola con l ultima normativa macchine CE.
