23 Umgang mit sensitiven und klassifizierten Aktivitäten A sensitive RTD action is an action that needs: Handling of classified information Exchange of sensitive material (need for transfer or export licence) Addressing a topic subject to specific national or international legal restrictions Identification of sensitive actions by: Proposers Evaluators Commission Programme Committee In 2007, proposals are not allowed to contain classified information. 25 Hinweise für Antragsteller Vorschlag muss 100 %ig in den ausgeschriebenen Topic passen Antragsteller sollte die Philosophie bzw. Politik des Security Programms verstanden haben Der Vorschlag muss von der Größe und Intention zu dem jeweiligen Topic passen Auf vollständiges Konsortium achten Endnutzer mit einbeziehen! Alle Regeln beachten Klare Präsentation, einfache und verständliche (englische) Sprache Anträge können nur noch elektronisch über das EPSS-System eingereicht werden (möglich ab Mitte April 2007) Formulare sind im EPSS-System angelegt Gliederung des Antrags, Seitenvorgaben, Formulare sind im Leitfaden für Antragsteller zusammengestellt Seite 25 / Dr. Karin Wey /

26 Tipps für die Projektvorbereitung (1) Stellen Sie rechtzeitig Ihr Konsortium zusammen. Arbeiten Sie mit exzellenten Partnern zusammen, die Sie kennen. Beziehen Sie industrielle Partner ein, die für den jeweiligen Bereich relevant sind. Achten Sie auf ein sichtbares Anwendungspotenzial - Darstellung von Marktzahlen kommt positiv an. Achten sie darauf, dass die Relevanz zu dem jeweiligen Schwerpunkt gegeben ist. Begründen Sie, warum ein europäischer Antrag sinnvoll ist. Schreiben Sie nicht mehr als unbedingt erforderlich. 27 Tipps für die Projektvorbereitung (2) Formulieren Sie den Antrag gut verständlich. Die Gutachter sind sowohl Generalisten als auch Spezialisten. Verzichten sie auf komplizierte Formeln und Fotografien, die nur der Illustration dienen. Fassen Sie alle wichtigen Informationen auf maximal 2 Seiten im Summary zusammen.
