Eventuell auftretendes Kondensat wird vom höher gelegenen Riegelglasfalz in den tieferen Pfostenglasfalz kontrolliert abgeleitet. 10 Konstruktionsprinzipien Construction principles Schüco 117 Montage Installation Das Prinzip der Schüco-Fassade SFC basiert auf einer Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade, in die sowohl bei der Festverglasung als auch bei Einsatzelementen fertig verglaste Rahmen eingehängt werden. Diese Rahmen werden dabei flächenbündig in das Pfosten-Riegel-Tragwerk integriert, so dass zwischen Festfeldern und Einsatzelementen keine optischen Unterschiede erkennbar sind. Die Vertikallasten der eingehängten Rahmen werden durch Trägerprofile aufgenommen und in das Tragwerk abgeleitet. Die auf die Einhängerahmen der Festfelder einwirkenden Horizontallasten werden über so genannte Einhängehalter (in den Pfostenprofilen) und Eindrehhalter (in den Riegelprofilen) aufgenommen und in das Tragwerk abgeleitet. The principle of the Schüco Façade SFC is based on the mullion-transom façade, in which the fully glazed frames are installed in fixed glazing as well as in insert units. These flush-fitted frames are integrated in the mullion/transom load-bearing structure so that there is no perceptible difference between fixed lights and opening units. Verklebefuge mittels Zweikomponenten-Silikonkleber z. B. DOW CORNING 993, Sikasil SG-500 oder Tremco (Proglaze II) VEC 90 oder VEC 99 auf eloxierten Aluminiumprofilen. Die Verarbeitungsvorschriften der Klebstofflieferanten DOW CORNING, Sika Services AG bzw. Tremco sind unbedingt zu beachten. Die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit der Aluminiumprofile muss den Vorgaben von Schüco und des Klebstofflieferanten entsprechen. Verklebeprofile in Eloxalfarbtönen C0 bzw. C31 bis C35. Nur Schüco France E Bronze Die äußere Scheibe muss mindestens zur Hälfte ihrer Dicke durch den Glasträger gestützt werden. Zum Ausfüllen der Wetterfuge eignen sich die Silikone DC 791, DC 756 SMS, DC 797 und DC 795 der Firma DOW CORNING sowie Sikasil WS-305 und Sikasil WS-605 S der Firma Sika Services AG. Scheibenüberstand aus optischen Gründen mit Silikon abspachteln, bedrucken etc. Die Zulässigkeit sowie die Verträglichkeit der Silikone untereinander sind mit dem Silikonhersteller unbedingt abzustimmen. Es können nationale und/oder lokale Bestimmungen die Vorgaben und Anmerkungen der ETAG 002 bzw. ETA einschränken bzw. präzisieren. Nationale und lokale Bestimmungen sind ebenfalls zu berücksichtigen, falls die für die Baugenehmigung zuständige Stelle dies vorschreibt. Glas und Klebstoff (Silikon) Es dürfen bei Isoliergläsern für eine so genannte Structural Glazing-Fassade nur Randverbundverklebungen verwendet werden, welche gegen UV-Strahlung widerstandsfähig sind. Die erforderliche Glasdicke und die Scheibenrandausbildung sind mit dem Glaslieferanten abzustimmen. Alle Kombinationen von Glas, Glasbeschichtung und Kleber sind unter den jeweiligen Herstellern abzustimmen (Gewährleistung). Die Verklebe-Eigenschaften zwischen der Oberflächenbeschichtung des Glases und dem Klebstoff (Silikon) sind vom Glashersteller nachzuweisen. Bei transparentem Glas ist eine Bemusterung vor Produktionsbeginn durchzuführen. Profile und Klebstoff (Silikon) Die mit dem Glas zu verklebenden Profile müssen die in der Europäischen Technischen Zulassung (ETA) beschriebenen Oberflächeneigenschaften aufweisen. Im Rahmen einer Zustimmung im Einzelfall können durch objektbezogene Tests des Silikonlieferanten ausreichende Oberflächeneigenschaften bei Oberflächen nachgewiesen werden, die nicht nach ETA festgelegt sind. Für die rechtzeitige Vorlage aller erforderlichen Genehmigungen ist alleine der Verarbeiter der Profile verantwortlich.
