Wir haben die Technologie der Zukunft realisiert mit dem DERRICK SUPER DKS, der die Geschwindigkeit elektronisch kontrolliert. Die Armlängen reichen bis 70 m und das Hebevermögen ist 30/40/50 t. Daneben haben wir die lang erprobte Serie DK mit mechanischem Getriebe und mit Hebevermögen 20/25/30 t und Armlänge bis 50 m. 2

4 I GB 4 DERRICKS (A TRIEDRO) RITTO, BRACCIO e PUNI ad elementi componibili in struttura razionale a traliccio. Testa pilone con perno rotazione verticale e cravattone attacco puntoni. Base del pilone fissata alla torretta del gruppo argani, inferiormente provvista di perno rotazione verticale munito di speciale cuscinetto reggispinta, poggiante su base centrale ancorabile (a mezzo bulloni) alla fondazione su roccia o in calcestruzzo. BOZZELLO con gancio bicorno in acciaio, ad articolazione universale, su cuscinetti. VERNICIATURA con mano di antiruggine e mano di smalto. GRUPPO ARGANI con propulsori costituiti da motori elettrici, di primaria costruzione, accoppiati coassialmente e riduttori in bagno d olio in presa con tamburi avvolgitori in acciaio. Il funzionamento degli argani sollevamento peso ed inclinazione braccio è indipendente e può essere contemporaneo. FRENI ELETTROIDRAULICI di servizio sovradimensionati assicurano la frenatura del movimento e la tenuta del carico anche in mancanza di corrente. APPARATO DI ROTAZIONE incorporato alla base argani, con pignone sulla ralla di rotazione a pioli di ampie dimensioni. MOVIMENTI FUNICOLARI con carrucole semplici e taglie multiple ruotanti su speciali cuscinetti schermati a lubrificazione permanente. Le nostre costruzioni sono conformi alle norme nazionali e internazionali UNI - CNR - FEM. (TRIHEDRON) DERRICK CRANES LATTICE UPRIGHT, JIB AND RAFTERS formed by modular elements in a lattice structure. The top of the lattice upright has a vertically rotating journal and tie for anchoring the rafters. The foot of the pylon is fixed to the turret of the winch unit; this has on the lower section a vertically rotating journal equipped with a special thrust bearing, resting on a central base which can be anchored (with bolts) to a foundation of concrete or rock. BLOCK with steel ram s horn on bearings, with articulated universal joint. VARNISH with coat of rust-proofing and enamel coat. WINCH UNIT with top quality electric engines, coupled coaxially to gearmotors in oil bath and in constant mesh gear winding up steel drums. The winch s load-lifting and jib-raking functions are independent and can be operated simultaneously. ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SERVICE BRAKES, oversized to ensure braking and load-holding even in case of power failure. ROTATION UNIT incorporated into the winch base, with pinion on the bearing disc fitted with oversized pins. FUNICULAR MOVEMENT with single pulleys and multiple tackles which swivel on special bearings, shielded and permanently lubricated. Our cranes conform to national and international standards UNI - CNR - FEM.

5 GRUE DERRICK (A TRIEDRE) PYLÔNE, FLECHE et POUSSARDS à assembler, construction rationnelle. Tête de pylône munie d un pivot de rotation vertical et d un crochet de fixation des poussards. La base du pylône est fixée à la tourelle du groupe cabestan, elle est en outre pourvue dans sa partie inférieure d un pivot de rotation vertical qui est lui-même équipé d un palier spécial de butée qui s appuie sur la base centrale. La base centrale quant à elle peut être ancrée - au moyen de boulons aux fondations en béton ou directement à la roche. MOUFLE muni d un double crochet en acier, articulation universelle montée sur roulement à billes. PEINTURE antirouille et couche d émail. Le GROUPE DE TREUILS est muni de moteurs électriques accouplés coaxialement aux réducteurs qui travaillent dans un bain d huile et qui sont en prise directe avec les cloches d enroulement en acier. Les treuils de levage et d inclinaison de la flèche sont indépendants, ils peuvent donc être actionnés ensemble. Des FREINS ELECTRO-HYDRAULIQUES de service surdimensionnés garantissent le freinage de l ensemble ainsi que le blocage de la charge même en cas d interruption de courant. L ENSEMBLE DE ROTATION est incorporé à la base des treuils, il est en outre monté sur une butée de virage à pivot. Les MUOVEMENTS FUNICULAIRES sont assurés par des poulies simples et des moufles multiples qui glissent sur des roulements à billes spéciaux autolubrifiants. Toutes nos réalisations correspondent aux normes nationales et internationales: UNI - CNR - FEM. DREIKANT DERRICKS SÄULE, AUSLEGER und STÜTZEN aus Standardelementen zusammengesetzt zu einem leistungsfähigen Stützaggregat. Pfeilerkopf mit senkrecht drehbarem Zapfen und Kregen zum Anschluß der Stützen. Die Pfeilerbasis wird am Turm des Windenaggregats befestigt, im unteren Teil befindet sich ein drehbarer senkrechter Stift, der mit einem speziellen Drucklager versehen ist, das seinerseits an der Basismitte verankert werden kann (mittels Schraubenbolzen), entweder im Felsgestein oder Betonfundament. SEILBLOCK mit Doppelhandhaken aus Stahl, mit kugelgelagertem Achsengelenk. LACKIERUNG bestehend aus Rostschutzgrundierung und einer Farbschicht. WINDEN-AGGREGAT mit Antrieb bestehend aus Elektromotoren erstklassiger Hersteller, koaxial gekuppelt mit in Ölbad laufenden Untersetzungsgetrieben im Eingriff mit Stahltrommeln zum Seilaufrollen. Die Windenfunktionen Lastheben und Neigen des Auslegers sind unabhängig voneinander und können daher gleichzeitig erfolgen. Oberdimensionierte ELEKTROHYDRAULISCHE BETRIEBSBREMSEN gewährleisten verläßliches Abbremsen der Bewegungen sowie das Stillhalten der Hängelast auch bei Stromausfall. Eingebaute DREHVORRICHTUNG auf der Windengrundplatte, mit Ritzel auf dem groß bemessenen Sprossen-DREHSATTEL STANDSEILBAHNÄHNLICHE BEWEGUNGSABLÄUFE mit einfachen Seilrollen sowie Vielfach-Flaschenzügen, die auf versiegelten Spezialkugellagern mit Dauerschmierung rollen. Alle Anlagen aus unsered Fertigung entsprechen den einschlägigen internationalen Normen und Vorschriften wie UNI - CNR - FEM. 5 F D
