Identifizierte Hindernisse für die Beschäftigung für Flüchtlinge gehören: 1) Lücken in der Ausbildung / Beschäftigung durch längere Asylverfahren 2) Trennung von der Gesellschaft 3) Fehlen von Unterlagen nach vorheriger Qualifikationen / Erfahrung 4) Die Arbeitgeber überprüfen, sind sich nicht bewusst von Flüchtlingen vollen Anspruch auf 5 arbeiten) Sprache Probleme, insbesondere berufsbezogene Sprachkurse 6) Mangelndes Bewusstsein des Recruiting-Prozesses und der Arbeitsmarkt in Irland. Obwohl die Arbeitslosigkeit sank auf 7,7% in Deutschland im Jahr 2010, Migranten 'Arbeitslosigkeit bei 15,5% fast doppelt so hoch. Ziel: Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Lücken in den wichtigsten Kompetenzen, die Hindernisse für Beschäftigung für Flüchtlinge in Großbritannien, durch einen fokussierten Lehrplan und begleitende Lernmaterialien, einschließlich interaktiver Schreibtisch basierte und mobile games based learning Ressourcen, welche ansprechend und zugänglich wird entfernt zu den Zielgruppen. (Refugee Interactive Skills for Employment) aims to improve job opportunities for Refugees and Asylum seekers. One deliverable of the continuing project is to produce reports on the situation of asylum seekers and refugees as well as an analysis of their skills gaps and support needs to address these within all three partner countries: The United Kingdom, The Republic of Ireland and Germany. The R.I.S.E.-partners compiled information on legal frameworks, asylum procedures, best practice concerning the support of refugees and asylum seekers, as well as results of interviews and focus group meetings. The project puts a focus on the areas of Birmingham (with stakeholder analysis from the West and East Midlands and the East of England), Dublin, as well as Ingolstadt and Bavaria. 20 Veranstaltungen ITAG 2014 Datum Beschreibung ITAG: Interactive Technologies and Games - Education, Health and Disability 2014 The aim of ITAG is to explore interactive technologies and innovate within the areas of Education, Health and Disability. ITAG will consist of 4 strands: Academic conference: We have a particular focus on the use of gaming hardware and software to implement accessible solutions, interaction design using new input/output devices and the increasing impact of ubiquitous computing on our everyday well-being. We especially want to bring together practitioners with technical experts, for their mutual benefit; you don t have to be a technical whizz kid to benefit from this conference! The conference provides an excellent opportunity to showcase practice and to mainstream research ideas and outcomes. It introduces a wider audience to key findings and products from research and illustrates how practice feeds back into and informs research. The conference also creates a forum for twoway communication between the academic and practitioner communities. Practical workshops: every afternoon, parallel workshops will be organised addressing following topics: interactive street gaming using mobile gaming applications, robotics in a gaming environment, mobile gaming, immersive gaming and rehabilitation gaming. These workshops will involve the participants in exploring the various games, and creating an interactive experience with the originators/developers. Gaming hackathon: several teams consisting of developers, designers and special education trainers will compete with each other to use various technologies (Android based games, Flash Games, Games Mods, XNA) and create an educational game in just 2 days. The winner will take home a 250 prize award. Exhibition: An exhibition space will be available for demonstrations and posters, and will be embedded in the conference and workshops area. A specific session has been planned to focus on RISE outcomes to disseminate the project and its outcomes.
