Sie werden aus den leistungsstarken INTEROC Bohrhäern und Drehantrieben zusaengesetzt. Die Bohrantriebe sind hintereinander angeordnet und aial um 400 verschiebbar. Der untere Bohrantrieb ist ein Drehantrieb mit Hohlwelle zum Durchführen einer Ausgleichsstange. Der obere Bohrantrieb kann wahlweise aus einem Drehantrieb oder einem Bohrhaer bestehen. They are assembled using highperformance INTEROC hydraulic drifters and rotary heads. The single units are positioned in a row with an aial movement of 400. The lower drive is always a rotary head with a hollow shaft to accept an equalizer rod. The upper drive can be either a rotary head or a hydraulic drifter. 6

7 Twin Impact System Twin Impact System TIS Twin Impact System Übertragung der Schlagenergie auf die Außenverrohrung In schwierigen Bodenbedingungen, z. B. in wechselnden Bodenformationen, bei Findlingen oder bei Ankeranbindungen in Fels, kann die Außenverrohrung dem Bohrfortschritt des Innengestänges oft nicht folgen. Mit dem Twin Impact System (TIS) wird sowohl das Innengestänge als auch die Außenverrohrung drehschlagend angetrieben. Dadurch erreicht die Außenverrohrung einen schnelleren Vortrieb und schwierige Bohrarbeiten können wesentlich effizienter durchgeführt werden. In einer TIS-Anlage wird der Bohrhaer mit einem Hydraulikzylinder in Richtung des Drehantriebs verschoben. Der Bohrhaer gibt dann über ein Schlagstück am Einsteckende und über eine am Drehantrieb montierte bewegliche Bohrhülse ein Teil der Schlagenergie an die Außenverrohrung ab. Der Vortrieb der Außenverrohrung erfolgt dann drehschlagend. Die Drehrichtung ist variabel. Bei leichteren Bodenverhältnissen wird das TIS nicht zugeschaltet und die Bohranlage als eine Standard-Doppelkopfbohranlage betrieben. The Twin Impact System (TIS) allows percussion drilling with both the inner rod and outer casing. Thereby the outer casing reaches a faster drilling progress, so that difficult drilling tasks can be carried out more effectively. In the TIS unit the hydraulic drifter is shifted by a hydraulic cylinder towards the rotary head. The drifter transfers a part of the percussive energy to the outer casing through a striker insert on the shank end and through on the rotary head mounted movable drill sleeve. The driving of the outer casing is rotary percussive. The drilling direction is variable. For easy drilling tasks the TIS is not activated and the drilling unit can be used as a conventional double head drilling unit. 7
