3 Allgemeines Die ist eine elastische, robuste und durchschlagsichere Klauenkupplung und stellt eine ideale Übertragung für die Leistung zwischen Dieselmotoren und z.b. Generatoren, Schraubenverdichter, Pumpen oder ähnliche Anlagen dar. Die Baureihe umfasst 5 Baugrößen für Nenndrehmomente von 80 bis Nm. Aufgrund der guten elastischen Eigenschaften der werden Schwingungen und Stöße gedämpft und Fluchtungsfehler kompensiert. Die Kupplung ist auch lieferbar mit Taperbush Spannbuchsen, wodurch die Montage und Demontage einfach wird. Dynamische Eigenschaften Die ist eine Kupplung mit einer progressiven Kennlinie; die dynamische Drehsteifigkeit (C Tdyn) steigt bei zunehmender Belastung der Kupplung. Das Nabenteil ist in zwei verschiedenen Längen lieferbar eine kurze Nabe ist in Übereinstimmung mit den Einbaumaßen nach DIN 68 und eine lange Nabe ist lieferbar für nicht genormte Einbaumaße gekürzt ist diese Nabe für jedes zwischenliegende Einbaumaß geeignet. Eine solche Bearbeitung kann, ebenso wie Paßbohrungen, mit Keilnut und Stellschraube, kurzfristig von uns ausgeführt werden. 5 Ermittlung der Kupplungsgröße Bei der Auswahl der Kupplung hat man folgende drei Alternativen (die Ermittlung der Kupplungsgröße erfolgt nach der "DIN70 Blatt "): Verfahren (Seite7): Überschlagene Ermittlung der Kupplungsgrößen unter Zugrundelegung des Motormomentes und Betriebsfaktoren. Jedoch sollte ein Servicefaktor von,0 verwendet werden. Verfahren (Seite7): Überschlagene Berechnung der Kupplungsbelastungen für den linearen Massenschwinger. Verfahren3: Die Auslegung der Kupplung kann auch durch uns erfolgen. Wenn es sich um eine kritische Anlage handelt, können wir für Sie die richtige Kupplung, mit Hilfe einer Drehschwingungsberechnung, bestimmen. Die für die Auslegung benötigten technischen Daten tragen Sie bitte in Seite 6 ein und senden uns diese zu. Drehschwingungsberechnung Wenn es sich um eine kritische Anlage handelt, können wir für Sie die richtige Kupplung, mit Hilfe einer Drehschwingungsberechnung, bestimmen. Auswuchten Für alle n: Wuchten in ein oder zwei Ebenen nach VDI0 wird empfohlen wenn es für die Laufruhe der Maschinenanlage erforderlich ist. Wuchten der Naben in zwei Ebenen ist nur möglich an Kupplungen mit Fertigbohrungen und, falls notwendig, Nut und Stellschraube. Paßfedern und Bohrungen Das Bohrungstoleranzfeld laut ISO H7 für rundstirnige Paßfeder und Nut nach DIN 6885/. Massenträgheitsmoment und Masse Die Massenträgheitsmomente (J kg.m ) und Massen (m kg) gelten für mittlere Bohrungen. 18 Montageanleitung A Installation Instructions Sicherheitsvorkehrungen Alle Kupplungen sind gemäß den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften abzudecken. Die Abdeckungen sind, wenn keine anderen übergeordneten Gesichtspunkte dagegen sprechen, in Lochblechen oder Streckmetall auszuführen, um gleichzeitig eine gute Belüftung zu gewährleisten. Precautionary Safety Measures All couplings have to be guarded according to the applicable safety regulations. These guards have to be constructed using perforated sheetmetal or wire mesh to guarantee adequate ventilation. These safety measures should not be contradicted by other more predominant safety regulations. Kupplungflansch Schwungrad A. Coupling Flange Flywheel Bevor der Flansch am Schwungrad montiert wird soll zur Erhöhung der Reibung, der Kupplungsflansch entfettet werden. Die Schrauben müssen mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel angezogen werden (es soll dabei auf die Angaben des Schraubenherstellers geachtet werden). Zur Sicherung der Schrauben kann z.b. Loctite verwendet werden. Die Schrauben, die für die Verbindung von dem Flansch mit dem Schwungrad verwendet werden, gehören nicht zur Lieferung. The flange should be degreased, in order to have better friction, before mounting the flange onto the flywheel. The bolts should be tightened with help of a torque wrench (please note: follow the instructions as outlined by the supplier of the bolts). The bolts can be secured with help of an adhesive e.g. Loctite. The bolts which are connecting the flange to the flywheel are not supplied by us. Kupplungsnabe Welle A. Coupling Hub Shaft Die Toleranzen von Wellen und Nabenbohrung sollten so gewählt werden dass sich ein Festsitz ergibt. The tolerances of the shafts and the finished bore should be chosen such that a tight fit is achieved. Zur Erleichterung der Montage von der Kupplungsnabe auf die Welle kann die Nabe erwärmt werden: Mounting the hub onto the shaft can be made easy by heating up the hub: mit montierten Gummiteilen bis C including rubber elements up to C ohne Gummiteile bis 300 C excluding rubber elements up to 300 C Die Kupplungsnabe hat die Tendenz um während des Betriebes vom Kupplungsflansch wegzuwandern, darum sollte eine möglichst exakte Einbaulänge erzielt werden oder man hat die Möglichkeit einen Distanzring zwischen Kupplungsnabe und Wellenschulter zu montieren. Therefore, when mounting the coupling, one should aim for an exact buildin length; to achieve this a spacerring can be installed between couplinghub and the shoulder of the shaft. Zusammenschieben Antriebs und Abtriebsmachine A.3 Assembly DriveR and DriveN machinery Durch die Konstruktionsform vom Klauen und Taschenteil entsteht eine leichte Vorspannung. Daher wird beim Zusammenschieben eine axiale Kraft benötigt. Diese axiale Kraft kann verringert werden durch die Anwendung von einem säurefreien Fett z.b. Siliconenfett.
