Bediengerät ohne Not-Halt-Taster Wenn Sie das Bediengerät ohne angeschlossen Not-Halt-Taster betreiben, wird automatisch "Not-Halt" erkannt und der Wert "0" an die CPU geliefert. FDI 2.2 und VS.2 Bitzuordnung zu den fehlersicheren Digitaleingängen Einleitung Die folgende Bitzuordnung bezieht sich auf die fehlersicheren Digitaleingänge der Kanäle 1 und 2. 4 Bediengerät in STEP 7 konfigurieren Einleitung Um die Kommunikation zwischen Steuerung und Bediengerät zu ermöglichen, muss das Bediengerät im SIMATIC-Manager in "HW Konfig" konfiguriert werden. Voraussetzung Folgendes wird vorausgesetzt: Der fehlersichere Not-Halt-Taster ist am Kanal 1 angeschlossen. Wenn ein weiteres fehlersicheres Schaltelement angeschlossen ist, kann auch dieses aktiviert werden. Der SIMATIC-Manager in "HW Konfig" ist geöffnet. Vorgehensweise Gehen Sie wie folgt vor: 1. Connecting a fail-safe switching element Introduction You can connect the following switching elements to PP17-I PN PROFIsafe and PP17-II PN PROFIsafe: Emergency stop button Two emergency stop buttons One emergency stop button and one or two buttons CAUTION Fail-safe operation The HMI device can only recognize two-channel equivalent signals. The design of the emergency stop buttons used must conform to the safety category SIL3/PL e. In a one-channel use of the fail-safe digital inputs, you will reach safety category SIL 2. In a two-channel use of the fail-safe digital inputs, you will reach safety category SIL 3. 8 Procedure connecting two fail-safe emergency stop buttons The following figure shows the connection of two emergency stop buttons. Proceed as follows: 1.
