3 Sicherheitshinweise Die Montage und Installation der Produkte darf ausschliesslich durch qualifiziertes und erfahrenes Fachpersonal unter Berücksichtigung aller anwendbaren gesetzlichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Regelungen erfolgen. Stäubli Electrical Connectors (Stäubli) lehnt jegliche Haftung infolge Nichteinhaltung dieser Warnhinweise ab. Benutzen Sie nur die von Stäubli angegebenen Einzelteile und Werkzeuge. Weichen Sie nicht von den hier beschriebenen Vorgängen zur Vorbereitung und Montage ab, da sonst bei der Selbstkonfektionierung weder die Sicherheit noch die Einhaltung der technischen Daten gewährleistet ist. Stäubli übernimmt daher keine Haftung, falls diese von Stäubli nicht freigegebenen Steck verbindungen mit Stäubli-Elementen gesteckt werden und deshalb Schäden entstehen. Die hier beschriebenen Arbeiten dürfen nicht an stromführenden oder unter Spannung stehenden Teilen durchgeführt werden. Der Schutz vor einem elektrischen Schlag muss durch das Endprodukt (d. h. den korrekt konfigurierten Steckverbinder) gegeben sein und vom Anwender selbst sichergestellt werden. Die Steckverbindungen dürfen nicht unter Last getrennt werden. Das Stecken und Trennen unter Spannung ist zulässig. Vor jedem Gebrauch ist visuell zu prüfen, ob keine äusseren Mängel vorhanden sind (besonders an der Isolation). Wenn Zweifel bezüglich der Sicherheit bestehen, muss ein Fachmann hinzugezogen werden, oder der Steckverbinder muss ausgetauscht werden. Die Steckverbinder sind wasserdicht gemäss der für das jeweilige Produkt angegebenen IP-Schutzart. Nicht gesteckte Steckverbinder sind vor Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz zu schützen. Die Steckverbinder dürfen nicht in verschmutztem Zustand miteinander gesteckt werden. Weitere technische Daten entnehmen Sie bitte dem Produktkatalog. Alternativ kann ein PE-Kabel mit grün-gelbem Aussenmantel (z.b. Typ 2) zum Einsatz kommen. Einzelleiter in die Crimphülse der Buchsenkontakte (z.b. BP8/25 Bestell- Nr ) einführen, bis sie im Sichtloch sichtbar sind und anschliessend vercrimpen. (ill. 15) Equip crimping pliers CZK2-... with crimping dies MTB or MTB resp. M-PZ13 with TB11 or TB13. Insert the single conductor in the crimping sleeve of the socket contact (e.g. BP8/25 order no ) until it is visible in the sight hole and then crimp. 15 Hinweis: zur Bedienung der Crimpzangen sind obligatorisch die Montageanleitungen MA306 für CZK2-... bzw. MA224 für M-PZ13 zu beachten, unter Note: Operating instructions of the crimping pliers see MA306 for CZK2-... resp. MA224 for M-PZ13, at Achtung Crimpzone beachten! Leiter muss vor und nach Vercrimpen im Sichtloch sichtbar sein! Leiter darf sich nicht aus der Crimphülse herausziehen lassen! Attention Observe crimping zone after / before crimping, the conductor must be visible in the sight hole. It must not be possible to pull the conductor out of the crimping sleeve. 6 / 16

7 2) Schnellmontage der FL3...2+PE-RF-ECO Steckverbinder (Steckanschluss) mit vorkonfektionierte Primärkreiskabel, welche mit BP8/... Buchsen bestückt sind 2) Rapid assembly of the FL3...2+PE-RF-ECO connectors (plug termination) with pre-assembled dresspack, fitted with BP8/... sockets Click 16 (ill. 16) Kabelverschraubung abschrauben und auf jeden Leiter aufsetzen. Um die Kontaktbuchsen zu Verbinden, müssen diese nur eingeschoben werden. Wenn es klickt sind diese korrekt eingerastet. Kabelverschraubung festziehen (3 Nm). (ill. 16) Release and pull-on the cable glands over each conductor. Then simply slide these in to connect the contact sockets. A click indicates that they have been engaged correctly. Tighten the cable gland (3 Nm). Achtung Mittlerer Anschluss muss zuerst montiert werden (ill. 17). Es müssen 2 Passkerb-Zentrierstifte (Z) eingesetzt werden. Diese müssen mindestens 4 mm, maximal 6 mm aus der Platte stehen. 12 Austausch der Kontaktträger (Kontaktgehäuse- Vorderteile) Achtung Gewindestift (8) herausschrauben mittels Sechskantschlüssel SW2 (m). Replacing the contact insert (front part of housing) Attention Unscrew the setscrew using a hexagonal key A/F 2 (m). 29 Demontage (ill. 29) Den Haltering (4) herausschrauben mittels Montagering (L) und dem Schraubendreher (n) als Drehhebel. An die Stelle des Halterings (4) den Montagestützring (k) setzen. Dieser hat 2 Stützflächen, I und II. Fläche I ist für die Demontage des Stiftgehäuse-Vorderteils, Fläche II für die Demontage des Buchsengehäuse-Vorderteils. Danach das Demontagewerkzeug (j) am Stift-(I) bzw. Buchsengehäuse-Vorderteil (II) in den vorgesehenen Bohrungen ansetzen. Die Schenkel des Montagewerkzeuges zusammendrücken und gleichzeitig in Richtung FH drücken und so das Stift- (I) bzw. Buchsengehäuse-Vorderteil (II) heraushebeln. Disassembly (ill. 29) Unscrew the securing ring (4) by means of the assembly ring (L), turning with the screwdriver (n) as a lever. Fit the supporting ring (k) in the place of the securing ring (4). The support ring has 2 supporting surfaces, I and II. Surface I is for dismantling the front part of the pin housing, and surface II for dismantling the front part of the socket housing. Then insert the extraction tool (j) into the holes provided in the front part of the pin (I) or socket (II) housing. Press together the arms of the assembly tool and at the same time press in direction FH so as to lever out the pin (I) or socket (II) housing front part. 12 / 16

13 N Montage Stiftgehäuse-Vorderteil (ill. 30) Neues Ersatz-Vorderteil (Stiftgehäuse, FL3-VT2+PE-SD8 PA, ) montieren. Das Stiftgehäuse-Vorderteil lagerichtig, zur Nut (N) und Positionierstiften (P), von Hand in die Buchsen stecken und ohne Verkanten vorsichtig bis zum Anschlag eindrücken. New male housing front part assembly (ill. 30) Fit new front part (pin housing, FL3-VT2+PE-SD8 PA, ). Manually fit the front part of the pin housing into the sockets, correctly positioned in relation to the slot (N) and the locating pins (P), and press in as far as it will go, using caution so it does not get jammed. P 30 (ill. 31) Haltering von Hand vorsichtig ansetzen, leicht andrücken und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (links),1½ Umdrehungen bis zum hörbaren Knacken drehen. Kurz danach Haltering rechts herum auf das Gehäuse drehen. (ill. 31) Carefully place securing ring in position by hand, press on gently and turn 1½ turns counter-clockwise (to the left) until a click is heard. Shortly afterwards rotate the securing ring to the right onto the housing. 31 Falsche Montage Incorrectly assembled Richtige Montage Correctly assembled 10,3 +0,3 X (ill. 32) Haltering mit Montagering (FL3-M- RG) auf Mass X vorsichtig anziehen. Mit Hilfe der Prüf und Montagelehre das Maß x kontrollieren, siehe Montageanleitung MA308. (ill. 33) Gewindestift links oder rechts mittels Sechskantschlüssel SW2 handfest anziehen (2 Nm). Der Gewindestift sichert den Haltering gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen durch Vibration. (ill. 32) Carefully tighten the securing ring to dimension X by means of the assembly ring (FL3-M-RG). Control the dimension x with the testing and assembly gauge, see assembly instructions MA308. (ill. 33) Tighten setscrew on right or left hand side using hexagonal key A/F 2 (2 Nm). This setscrew prevents the securing ring from being loosened by vibration. 13 / 16

14 N Montage Buchsengehäuse- Vorderteil (ill. 34) Neues Ersatz-Vorderteil (Buchsengehäuse) montieren. Das Buchsengehäuse-Vorderteil FL3-VT-2+PE-BS8 PA, lagerichtig, zur Nut (N) und Positionierstiften (P), von Hand in die Buchsen stecken. Manually fit the front part of the socket housing FL3-VT-2+PE-BS8 PA, into the sockets, correctly positioned in relation to the slot (N) and the locating pins (P). P 34 (ill. 35) Haltering von Hand vorsichtig ansetzen, leicht andrücken und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (links),1½ Umdrehungen bis zum hörbaren Knacken drehen. Kurz danach Haltering rechts herum auf das Gehäuse drehen. (ill. 35) Carefully place securing ring in position by hand, press on gently and turn 1½ turns counter-clockwise (to the left) until a click is heard. Den Einbau und die korrekte Montage mit Hilfe der Prüf- und Montagelehre kontrollieren. (ill. 37) Gewindestift links oder rechts mittels Sechskantschlüssel SW2 handfest anziehen (2 Nm). Der Gewindestift sichert den Haltering gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen durch Vibration. 36 (ill. 36) Carefully tighten the securing ring to dimension X by means of the assembly ring (FL3-MRG). Control the installation and the correct assembly with the testing and assembly gauge. (ill. 37) Tighten setscrew on right or left hand side using hexagonal key A/F 2 (2 Nm). This setscrew prevents the securing ring from being loosened by vibration.

15 Austausch der Leitungen Replacing the cables Z Z 38 (ill. 38) Zum Lösen der Anschlußleitungen zuerst die Kabelverschraubung öffnen, den zum Kabel nächstliegenden Druckpunkt Z mit Hilfe des Schraubendrehers (6) betätigen und das Kabel bei einer leichten Drehbewegung aus der Kabelverschraubung herausziehen.
