1 CRASH design Ferruccio Laviani Series of sideboards characterized by their strong design, with diamond faceted doors (folding or hinged) or with drawers. The working for the faceted doors is always made by starting from a single block of solid multilayer wood of cm.9 thickness, worked with CNC processes and then with hand application of the shaped veneers with high thickness. With this way we maintain the way of the grain of veneer, in spite of different and unsymmetrical thicknesses. The block is then cut to create the single fronts of doors and/or drawers. It's a combination of technology with skilled hand working. The doors - in cm versions - have folding opening to allow the complete view and access inside. Available upon request the internal under-top LED lighting with opening sensor. Serie di elementi contenitore dal deciso tratto progettuale, con ante diamantate (battenti o a soffietto) o con cassetti. La lavorazione delle ante sfaccettate è sempre fatta partendo da un unico blocco di multistrato massello di 9 cm. di spessore, lavorato a CNC e poi con l applicazione manuale delle lastre sagomate di essenza ad alto spessore. In questo modo si mantiene il senso della venatura pur giocando su spessori diversi ed asimmetrici. Il blocco viene successivamente tagliato per creare i singoli frontali di ante e/o cassetti. E' un unione di tecnologia con qualificata manualità artigiana. Le ante nelle versioni da cm si aprono a soffietto permettendo la completa visione e accesso interno. Possibilità di avere illuminazione interna a LED posta sotto il top, con sensore di apertura. Serie de elementos contenedores con decidido trecho proyectivo, con puertas diamantadas de fuelle o con cajones. La manufactura de las puertas multifacéticas es realizada partendo por un único bloque de maciza multicapa con profundidad de cm.9, hecho con CNC y después hay la aplicación manual de las losas fresadas en esencia con alto espesor. De esta manera se mantiene el sentido de la veta, si bien jugando con espesores diferentes y asimétricos. El bloque es después cortado para crear cada parte frontal de las puertas y/o cajones. Es una combinación de tecnología y cualificada manulidad artesanal. Las caracteristicas puertas en las versiones de cm. 180, 240 y 270 se abren de fuelle para convenir la completa visión y acceso interior. Es posible tener iluminación interior a LED colocada debajo de la encimera, con sensor de apertura. Die Verarbeitung der facettierten Türen ist immer mit der Benutzung von einem einzigen Block von Sperr-Kernholz mit Dicke cm. 9 gemacht, mit CNC bearbeitet und dann die Handapplikation der profilierten Platten mit hoher Dicke. So ist der Sinn der Flader gehalten, obgleich durch das Spiel mit verschiedenen und asymmetrischen Dicken. Dann ist der Block geschnitten, um die Stirnflächen der Türen und/oder der Schubladen zu schaffen. Es ist eine Zusammenstellung zwischen Technologie und qualifizierter Handfertigkeit. Die bezeichnenden Falttüren erlauben das gänzliche Gesicht und den Zugang zum Innere. Möglich ist es, die LED-Ausleuchtung mit Aufschlieβungssensoren unter der Fläche zu haben. 1
