Lesen Sie bitte sorgfältig diese Anleitung für das Produkt, bevor Sie die Montage vornehmen. Verwendete Symbole Im Handbuch finden Sie an verschiedenen Stellen Hinweise und Warnungen vor möglichen Gefahren. Die verwendeten Symbole haben folgende Bedeutung: WARNUNG Bedeutet, dass Tod oder schwere Körperverletzung eintreten können, wenn die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen nicht getroffen werden. 8 HINWEISE Sicherheitshinweise WARNUNG Elektrische Gefahr! Montage, erste Inbetriebnahme und Wartung der Wallbox müssen von einschlägig ausgebildeten, qualifizierten und befugten Elektrofachkräften durchgeführt werden, die dabei für die Beachtung der bestehenden Normen und Installationsvorschriften voll verantwortlich sind. Details siehe Installationsanleitung der Wallbox. Halten Sie die angeführten Vorgaben für die Standortauswahl und die baulichen Voraussetzungen ein. Abweichungen zu den Standortvorgaben können zu Tod, schweren Körperverletzungen oder Sachschäden führen, wenn die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen nicht getroffen werden. Wird auf der Outdoor Stele nur eine Wallbox montiert, muss die zweite Kabelöffnung mit der bereits vormontierten Abdeckung immer verschlossen bleiben. Kabelöffnungen in der Outdoor Stele dürfen nicht offen bleiben. Gebrauch dieses Handbuchs Dieses Installationshandbuch wendet sich ausschließlich an qualifiziertes Personal. Das sind Personen, die aufgrund fachlicher Ausbildung, Kenntnis und Erfahrung sowie Kenntnis der einschlägigen Normen, die übertragenen Arbeiten beurteilen und mögliche Gefahren erkennen können. Diese Anleitung ist eine Ergänzung zur Installationsanleitung der Wallbox. Alle in der Anleitung enthaltenen Hinweise und Anweisungen zu Standortauswahl, Montage und zum Anschluss der Wallbox müssen beachtet werden. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Alternativ zur Montage der Wallbox auf einer Wand, steht eine Outdoor Stele zur freistehenden Montage im Innen- oder Außenbereich zur Verfügung. Auf der Outdoor Stele können je nach Bedarf eine oder zwei Wallboxen montiert werden. Je nach Ausführung und Anzahl der Wallboxen muss eine unterschiedliche Anzahl von Anschlusskabeln und Leerrohren im Betonfundament berücksichtigt werden. Wird die Wallbox mit einer steckbaren Versorgungsleitung installiert (z. B. für Demonstrationszwecke), ist für die Versorgungsleitung eine ausreichende Zugentlastung sowie ein Kantenschutz vorzusehen. Für die Montage der Outdoor Stele sind die jeweiligen nationalen Vorschriften zu beachten. 8

9 ÜBERSICHT Allgemeines Die Outdoor Stele ist für die Montage von einer oder zwei Wallboxen geeignet. Bei Bedarf kann die zweite Wallbox auch erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt montiert werden, dafür ist bei der Fundamenterrichtung eine zweite Zuleitung (Leerrohr) vorzusehen. DE 9

12 Anforderungen an den Standort Allgemeines Alle Standortanforderungen für die Wallobox aus der Installationsanleitung der Wallbox müssen beachtet werden. Bei der Montage der Outdoor Stele auf Parkplätzen oder in Tiefgaragen ist bauseits ein geeigneter Anfahrschutz vorzusehen. Betonfundament Die Berechnung, Auslegung und Herstellung des Betonfundaments liegt im Verantwortungsbereich des Standortherstellers. Für die Aufstellung ist ein waagrechter, ebener und tragfähiger Untergrund erforderlich. Um eine sichere und dauerhafte Verankerung zu gewährleisten, wird die Ausführung eines Betonfundaments empfohlen: 80 cm (L) x 80 cm (B) x 80 cm (T); frostsicher gegründet Beton: C30/37 LP für XC4, XD1, XF4 bzw. C25/30 LP für XC4, XD1, XF2 Der Untergrund muss das Ablaufen von eventuell in den Sockel gelangendem Wasser ermöglichen. Eine Aufstellung der Outdoor Stele auf Asphalt ist nicht zulässig. Anschlusskabel Alle Kabel müssen genau in der Mitte des Betonfundaments aus dem Boden geführt werden und sich innerhalb einer quadratischen Fläche von max. 90 mm x 90 mm befinden. Für die weitere Montage benötigen die Kabel eine Überlänge von ca. 1,80 m. Bei der Herstellung des Betonfundaments sind alle Kabel mit geeigneten Mitteln gegen Beschädigungen zu schützen (z. B. mit Schutzschläuchen). Schutzschläuche müssen eine Überlänge von ca. 1,50 m über dem Betonfundament aufweisen. 12

13 Anschlussbeispiel: Erdkabel 5 x 6 mm 2 Für die problemlose Montage und den Anschluss der Wallbox werden folgende Kabel- und Schlauchlängen empfohlen (Abmessungen ab Unterkante der Kabelöffnung): Schutzschlauch Ø 32 mm: Länge: ca. 15 cm (x) Kabelmantel Ø 19 mm: Länge: ca. 30 cm (y) Anschlussdrähte: Länge: ca. 45 cm (z) DE 13

14 MONTAGE Verankerung Verankerung mit "Hilti HUS-HR 10x95" Betonschrauben Spezifikation (Quelle: Firma Hilti) Bohrernenndurchmesser: 10 mm Bohrerlochtiefe: 100 mm Schlüsselweite: SW = 15 mm Anzugsdrehmoment: max. 45 Nm Bohrungen 1. Zeichnen Sie die Bohrungen mit Hilfe der Bodenplatte der Outdoor Stele auf dem Betonfundament an. 2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die Anschlusskabel genau unter der Öffnung der Bodenplatte befinden. 3. Bohren Sie die vier Befestigungslöcher: Bohrlochdurchmesser d 0 = 10 mm Bohrlochtiefe: h mm 14

15 Outdoor Stele montieren Kabel einfädeln 1. Fädeln Sie die Anschlusskabel von unten durch die Outdoor Stele nach oben zur Kabelöffnung. Verankerung 2. Positionieren Sie die Outdoor Stele über dem Kabelauslass. 3. Verankern Sie die Outdoor Stele mit den vier Befestigungsschrauben am Betonfundament. Verwenden Sie dazu einen Schlagschrauber. DE 15

16 Adapterplatte montieren 4. Führen Sie die Anschlusskabel durch die Kabelöffnungen. 5. Montieren Sie die Adapterplatte mit den vier beiliegenden Befestigungsschrauben auf die Outdoor Stele. Wallbox montieren Hinweis Detaillierte Informationen zur Montage finden Sie in der Installationsanleitung der Wallbox. 6. Führen Sie die Anschlusskabel in die Wallbox ein. 7. Befestigen Sie die Wallbox mit 4 x M8 Muttern auf der Adapterplatte. 16

17 Zweite Wallbox montieren (optional) Abdeckplatte entfernen 8. Lösen Sie die vier Befestigungsschrauben und entfernen Sie die Abdeckplatte. DE Zweite Adapterplatte montieren 9. Führen Sie die Anschlusskabel durch die Kabelöffnungen. 10. Montieren Sie die zweite Adapterplatte mit den Befestigungsschrauben auf die Outdoor Stele. 17

18 Wallbox montieren Hinweis Detaillierte Informationen zur Montage finden Sie in der Installationsanleitung der Wallbox. 11. Führen Sie die Anschlusskabel in die Wallbox ein. 12. Befestigen Sie die Wallbox mit 4 x M8 Muttern auf der Adapterplatte. Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme 13. Führen Sie den elektrischen Anschluss und die Inbetriebnahme der Wallbox entsprechend Installationsanleitung der Wallbox durch. 14. Achten Sie besonders auf die korrekte Verwendung der Kabelverschraubung (Dichtung) und dass diese fest angezogen wird. 18

19 SONSTIGES Reinigung Edelstahl-Oberflächen prüfen 1. Reinigen Sie die Edelstahl-Outdoor Stele bei Bedarf mit einem Edelstahlreiniger. 2. Untersuchen Sie alle Oberflächen auf Flugrostbildung und entfernen Sie gegebenenfalls den Flugrost mit einem Schleifvlies. ACHTUNG Beschädigungsgefahr durch aggressive Lösungs- und Reinigungsmittel! Sicherheits- und Anwendungshinweise des Herstellers des Reinigungsmittels beachten. Immer Vorversuche zur Materialverträglichkeit an einer unauffälligen Stelle durchführen. Reinigen Sie die Outdoor Stele keinesfalls mit Strahlwasser (Gartenschlauch, Hochdruckreiniger etc.). Empfohlene Hilfsmittel 3M Schleifvlies rot (CF-RL od CF-HP / Körnung ) Chromol oder ähnlicher Edelstahlreiniger Reinigungstücher DE Entsorgung Nach ordnungsgemäßer Außerbetriebnahme der Wallbox bitte die Outdoor Stele unter Einhaltung aller aktuell gültigen Entsorgungsvorschriften entsorgen. 19

24 INFORMATION Safety information WARNING Electrical danger! The Wallbox must be installed, commissioned and maintained by suitably trained, qualified and authorised electricians who bear full responsibility for compliance with current standards and installation regulations. For details, see the Wallbox installation manual. Comply with the specifications listed when selecting a location and observe the structural requirements. Failure to comply with the location specifications may lead to death, serious physical injury or property damage if the appropriate precautions are not taken. If only one Wallbox is being installed on the Outdoor Stand, the second cable opening must remain permanently closed with the pre-installed cover. Cable openings in the Outdoor Stand must not remain open. Using this manual This installation manual is designed exclusively for trained personnel. These are people who, as a result of their training, skills and experience and their knowledge of the relevant standards, can assess the work assigned to them and identify possible dangers. These instructions are meant to complement the contents of the Wallbox's installation manual. All of the notes and instructions contained in the manual regarding the choice of location for, assembly and connection of the Wallbox must be complied with. Intended use As an alternative to mounting the Wallbox on a wall, an Outdoor Stand is available for free-standing assembly either indoors or out. One or two Wallboxes can be mounted on the Outdoor Stand as required. Depending on the design and number of Wallboxes involved, a different number of connecting cables and hollow pipes will need to be taken into account in the concrete foundation. If the Wallbox is installed with a pluggable supply cable (e.g. for demonstration purposes), adequate strain relief and edge protection must be provided for the supply cable. The relevant national regulations for installing the Outdoor Stand must be complied with. 24

25 OVERVIEW General The Outdoor Stand is suitable for the installation of one or two Wallboxes. If necessary, the second Wallbox can be installed only at a later date, however a second supply line (hollow pipe) must be integrated into the foundation in preparation for this. EN 25

28 Requirements for the location General All location requirements for the Wallbox listed in the Wallbox s installation manual must be observed. When installing the Outdoor Stand on parking spaces or in underground garages, a suitable guard must be provided to prevent collision. Concrete foundation The responsibility for calculating, designing and laying the concrete foundation lies with the person creating the site. A horizontal, even and load-bearing base is required. To ensure secure and permanent anchoring, the following design for the concrete foundation is recommended: 80 cm (L) x 80 cm (W) x 80 cm (D); laid to be frost-proof Concrete: C30/37 LP for XC4, XD1, XF4 or C25/30 LP for XC4, XD1, XF2 The base must allow the drainage of any water that enters the plinth. The Outdoor Stand cannot be set up on asphalt. Connecting cable All cables must be guided out of the ground precisely in the middle of the concrete foundation and be located within a square area of max. 90 mm x 90 mm. For further assembly, the cables will require an extra length of around 1.80 m. When laying the concrete foundation, all cables must protected against damage using suitable materials (e.g. with protective hoses). Protective hoses must extend an extra approx m above the concrete foundation. 28

30 INSTALLATION Anchoring Anchoring with Hilti HUS-HR 10x95 concrete screws Specification (source: Hilti) Nominal drill diameter: 10 mm Drill hole depth: 100 mm Spanner size: 15 mm Tightening torque: max. 45 Nm Drill holes 1. Draw the drill holes on the concrete foundation using the Outdoor Stand s base plate as a guide. 2. Ensure that the connecting cables are located precisely under the base plate opening. 3. Drill the four fastening holes: Drill hole diameter d 0 = 10 mm Drill hole depth: h mm 30

31 Installing the Outdoor Stand Threading in the cables 1. Thread the connecting cables from underneath through the Outdoor Stand upwards towards the cable opening. Anchoring 2. Position the Outdoor Stand over the cable outlet. 3. Anchor the Outdoor Stand to the concrete foundation using the four fastening screws. Use an impact screwdriver for this. EN 31

32 Fitting the adapter plate 4. Guide the connecting cables through the cable openings. 5. Fit the adapter plate to the Outdoor Stand using the four fastening screws included. Installing the Wallbox Note More detailed information on installation can be found in the Wallbox's installation manual. 6. Guide the connecting cables into the Wallbox. 7. Secure the Wallbox to the adapter plate using 4 x M8 nuts. 32

33 Installing a second Wallbox (optional) Removing the cover plate 8. Loosen the four fastening screws and remove the cover plate. Fitting the second adapter plate 9. Guide the connecting cables through the cable openings. 10. Fit the second adapter plate to the Outdoor Stand using the fastening screws. EN 33

34 Installing the Wallbox Note More detailed information on installation can be found in the Wallbox's installation manual. 11. Guide the connecting cables into the Wallbox. 12. Secure the Wallbox to the adapter plate using 4 x M8 nuts. Connection and commissioning 13. Carry out the electrical connection and commissioning of the Wallbox in accordance with the Wallbox's installation manual. 14. Take particular care to ensure that the cable gland (seal) is used correctly and has been firmly tightened. 34

35 MISCELLANEOUS Cleaning Checking stainless steel surfaces 1. If necessary, clean the stainless steel Outdoor Stand using a stainless steel cleaner. 2. Check all surfaces for rust bloom and remove it with a non-woven abrasive if necessary. IMPORTANT Danger of damage from aggressive solvents and cleaning agents! Note the safety and usage instructions provided by the manufacturer of the cleaning agent. Always carry out prior testing on an inconspicuous area to ensure material compatibility. Never clean the Outdoor Stand using a jet of water (hosepipe, pressure washer, etc.). Recommended tools 3M red non-woven abrasive (CF-RL or CH-HP / grain ) Chromol or similar stainless steel cleaner Cleaning cloths Disposal Following the correct decommissioning of the Wallbox, please dispose of the Outdoor Stand in accordance with all currently applicable disposal regulations.
