Als Teil des Bergtriathlons Arlberg Adler gilt der Lauf als echter Härtetest für die Athleten. Running enthusiasts will need motivation, selfcontrol and peak physical fitness to complete the half marathon over km and 200 metres in altitude difference. The run is a real test of endurance and is one of the disciplines of the Arlberg Adler mountain triathlon. 8

Auch das Profi-Radkriterium im Ortszentrum am Vorabend bietet Radsport vom Feinsten. Live the elements is the motto of the iconic Arlberg Giro cycle race. Von St. Anton geht die Jagd nach Sekunden entlang eines Rundkurses über die Rendlalm (1.785 m) in Richtung Rendl/Moostal, anschließend auf die Putzenalpe und dann in das Ziel. The final discipline of the Arlberg Eagle mountain triathlon is the challenge of a 47 km course with 1,892 metres in altitude difference. The chase leads over a circuit from St. Anton am Arlberg to the Rendlalm (1,785 m) in the direction of Rendl/Moostal, afterwards to the Putzenalpe and back to St. Anton. 14

The GORE-TEX Transalpine-Run, one of the toughest and at most spectacular trailrun events in the world, celebrates 2017 his comeback in St. Anton.
