Nachádzajú sa tu archeologické nálezy, dokumenty remeselnej činnosti, priemyslu, vinohradníctva, farmácie, kultúrneho a spoločenského života, ako aj etnografické a numizmatické zbierky. Múzeá sa nachádzajú v architektonicky cenných, pamiatkovo chránených objektoch. Z nich najcennejšia je pôvodne gotická Stará radnica. Bratislava City Museum Bratislava City Museum (former Pressburg), founded in 1868, documents the town s history since early times with collections of extraordinary artistic and historic value. The collections contain archaeological finds, objects related to crafts and industry, viticulture, pharmacy, cultural and social life, as well as numismatics and ethnography. The museums are located in valuable historic buildings protected as architectural monuments. The most valuable of them is the originally Gothic Old Town Hall. City History Museum Old Town Hall The concept behind the exhibition of the City History Museum in the Old Town Hall is a presentation of the history of the people living in Bratislava within the context of the events that have shaped their lives from pre-history up to the present day. One event that merits inclusion is the establishment of the Bratislava City Museum. The exhibition is based on artefacts from the museum s collections which document the periods from the Neolithic era up to the end of the 1930s. The visitor to the Museum can view the significant events in the life of the city on touch screens. An overview of the most important milestones in the modern history of Bratislava is provided in the documentary People and the City at the end of the exhibition. Museum der Stadtgeschichte - Altes Rathaus In der gegenwärtigen Konzeption der Dauerausstellung des Museums im Alten Rathaus wird die Präsentation der Geschichte der Einwohner von Bratislava auf dem Hintegrund der historischen Ereignisse, welche das Leben der Bürger seit Vorzeit beeinflust haben, betont. Zu den wichtigsten Ereignisen gehört auch die Gründung des Stadtmuseums. In den Vitrinen sind die Sammlungsgegenstände ausgestellt, welche die lange Zeitspanne von dem Neolithikum bis zu den 30er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts dokumentieren. Bedeutende Kapiteln der Geschichte der Stadt können die Besucher mittels der touch-screens miterleben. Z ochodze je pekný výhľad na mesto. Museum of Arms St. Michael s Tower In the rooms of the only preserved tower of the medieval city fortification arms and other exhibits document the skill of Bratislava s moulders and gunsmiths. From the tower gallery there is a nice view of the city. Apponyiho palác Palác dal postaviť gróf Juraj Apponyi z Oponíc v rokoch v štýle rokoka. Mesto v roku 1867 odkúpilo palác pre potreby magistrátu, od roku 1932 slúži Múzeu mesta Bratislavy. Od apríla 2008 po rozsiahlej obnove sa v paláci nachádza Múzeum vinohradníctva a Múzeum dobových interiérov. Apponyi House Count György Apponyi of Oponice had the palace built in Rococo style in In 1867 the city purchased the palace for the purposes of City Hall, and from 1932 it has served the Bratislava City Museum. Following extensive renovation work, in April 2008 the palace became home to the Museum of Viticulture and the Period Rooms Museum. Vybavenie dopĺňajú fajansové, kameninové, drevené, porcelánové a sklenené nádoby na uchovávanie liečiv z obdobia od druhej polovice 18. stor. do polovice 20. stor. Atmosféru miestností dotvárajú barokovo-klasicistické maľby s tematikou liečiteľstva a tromi figurálnymi kompozíciami na klenbe. Museum of Pharmacy Museum of pharmacy is situated in the premises with the original equipment of the pharmacy At the Red Crayfish on the basement of the Baroque burgher house not far away from the barbacan of St. Michael s Gate. The interior is completed by objects from the period between the second half of the 18th century and the mid 20th century, such as vessels for preserving medicines made of fayence, creamware, wood, porcelain and glass. The rooms are decorated with Baroque and Classicism wall paintings on the topic of healing and with three figural compositions on the vault. Pharmazeutisches Museum Pharmazeutisches Museum befindet sich in den original ausgestatteten Räumlichkeiten der Apotheke Zum Roten Krebs im Erdgeschoss eines barocken Bürgerhauses unweit vom Barbakan des Michaelertores. Museum of Arthur Fleischmann The museum presents the life and work of the sculptor Arthur Fleischmann ( ), born in Bratislava. His professional carrier developed in six countries of four continents. Hrad Devín bol dôležitou veľkomoravskou obrannou pevnosťou, hradiskom kniežaťa Rastislava. V 13. stor. postavili stredný a horný hrad; ďalšie úpravy sú z 2. polovice 16. stor. V roku 1809 hrad zničili napoleonské vojská. V areáli hradu sú prezentované výsledky archeologických výskumov. Je tu aj pamätná tabuľa pripomínajúca historický výlet slovenskej mládeže pod vedením národovca Ľ. Štúra v roku National Cultural Monument- Castle Devín This site settled already in prehistoric times, a part of the border defence system Limes Romanus, is located at the confluence of the rivers Danube and Morava. In 9th century Devín castle was an important Great Moravian fortress, seat of Prince Rastislav. During the 13th century the central and upper part of the castle were built, further adaptations date to the 2nd half of the 16th century. In 1809 the castle was destroyed by Napoleon s army. In the castle area results of archaeological excavations are presented. A memorial tablet commemorates the historical excursion of the Slovak youth under the leadership of the patriot Ľ. Štúr in Antická Gerulata Rusovce V areáli sa nachádzajú základy stavieb z 2. až 4. storočia. Je to miesto, kde stál rímsky vojenský tábor Gerulata. Vo výstavnej sieni sú umiestnené nálezy z archeologických výskumov. Ancient Gerulata Rusovce Site with the foundations of buildings from the 2nd 4th centuries, where the former Roman military camp Gerulata was situated. The exhibition hall displays finds from the archaeological excavations. Nationales Kulturdenkmal Burg Devín Dieser seit der Urzeit besiedelte Teil des ehemaligen Grenzwalles Limes Romanus liegt am Zusammenfluß von Donau und March. Die Burg Devín war eine wichtige großmährische Festung, Sitz des Fürsten Rastislav. Im 13. Jh. wurde die mittlere und obere Burg erbaut; weitere Adaptierungen stammen aus der 2. Hälfte des 16. Jh. Die Burg wurde 1809 von Napoleons Heer zerstört. Im Burgareal werden die Ergebnisse der archäologischen Ausgrabungen präsentiert. Fond vznikol vedeckovýskumnou činnosťou pracovníkov múzea, najmä vlastným archeologickým výskumom, darmi a kúpou. SNM - Archaeological Museum The museum, operating all over Slovakia, houses a collection fund (over objects) that extends from pre-history to the late Middle Ages. The fund was established as a result of research by the museum staff, especially their own archaeological research, as well as donations and purchases. The museum is located at the foot of the Bratislava Castle in the Renaissance building of Kamper Mansion dating from the 16th century. SNM - Museum of Jewish Culture Zsigrayova kúria (Zsigray Mansion) This permanent exposition of the museum acquaints visitors with the history and culture of Jews living in the territory of Slovakia. Exhibits show the everyday life of the Jewish population, Jewish festivals, and important figures of Jewish origin that put Slovakia in the limelight. The end of the exposition is devoted to victims of the holocaust. Po polovici 19. storočia ho dal gróf Ján Pálffy prestavať na palác v strohom neskoroklasicistickom poňatí. Rekonštrukčné práce odhalili významné archeologické nálezy, základy románskeho murovaného domu zo začiatku 13. storočia a unikátny gotický palác z doby okolo polovice 14 storočia. Reconstruction work revealed important archaeological findings, the foundations of a Roman brick house from the beginning of the 13th century and a unique gothic palace from the period around the middle of the 14th century. 31 COMMERCIAL TERMS ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN Commercial terms Each holder of a Bratislava City Card is entitled to use the services of contractual partners providers of discounts and benefits listed in the information guide. All contractual partners in the guide agree to provide the cardholder with the stated discounts in full and to the standard and scope as agreed, under the terms set out herein. Cardholders can make a claim on a damaged or technically inferior BCC at any BTB Tourist information centre. Discount applicability: Individual visitors to the city. Discounts are not applicable to events booked for organised groups. Transferability: The Bratislava City Card is not transferable and bears a registration number. The name of the cardholder is registered together with the registration number at issue. Validity: The validity of the card is indicated by the last day of validity stated in the respective field, this up to midnight of the given day, in public transport until 11 p.m. Loss/early departure: If a card is lost or the services provided to the cardholder are not utilised due to early departure, no compensation is provided for unused services. Misuse: If a Bratislava City Card is misused or there is suspicion of misuse, the partner is authorised to request proof of identity from the holder and to keep the card without compensation. Non-provision of discount by discount provider: If a discount is not provided by any provider, the cardholder is entitled to claim compensation to the amount of the difference between the normal and the discounted price. In such a case the refusal to provide a discount must be reported immediately to a BTB Tourist information centre, stating the name of the provider, the exact time and circumstances surrounding the rejected discount, and proof of payment for the service in question. Card sale: Cards are sold by BTB tourist information centres and contractual partners indicated by the sign promoting sales of the Bratislava City Card. Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen Bratislava City Card (wieter nur BCC) garantiert jedem BCC-Besitzer das Anrecht auf einen Preisnachlass oder auf eine andere Form der Begünstigung - auf alle in diesem Booklet aufgeführte Produkte oder Dienstleistungen. Die BCC-Preisnachläße können auf keinen Fall von den organisierten Reisegruppen oder Sondergruppen in Anspruch genommen werden. Unübertragbarkeit: Jede BCC hat eine Registrierungsnummer. Direkt beim BCC-Verkauf wird der Name des BCC-Besitzers gemeinsam mit der BCC-Nummer registriert. Die BCC ist an keine weitere Person übertragbar! Gültigkeit: Auf jede BCC wird direkt beim Verkauf die explizite Gültigkeiteit das Ablaufdatum gekennzeichnet. Die BCC gilt dann bis 24:00 Uhr des Ablauftages, in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bis 23:00 Uhr. Verlust/Vorzeitige Abreise: Bei dem BCC-Verlust, oder im Fall wenn von Ihnen nicht alle Leistungen in Anspruch genommen werden, eventuell bei der Abreise noch während der BCC-Gültigkeit, d.h. vor dem Ablaufdatum der BCC, entsteht kein Anspruch auf einen Ersatz für die nicht in Anspruch genommene Leistungen. BCC-Mißbrauch: Beim BCC-Mißbrauch, oder bei einem Mißbrauchversuch ist jeder BCC-Partner berechtigt einen Lichtausweis von der Person die BCC vorgelegt hat zu verlangen. Beim BCC-Mißbrach wird die BCC vom BCC-Partner ohne Anspruch auf einen Ersatz sofort zurückgehalten. Mängeln währed der Gewährleistung von Nachläßen oder Begünstigungen: Sofern dem BCC-Besitzer von einem im Booklet aufgeführten BCC-Vetragspartner kein Preisnachlass in der angegebenen Höhe gewährleistet wird, ist er berechtigt um eine Rückerstattung dieser Preisdifferenz zwischen dem garantiertem und bezahlten Preis zu ersuchen. Im solchen Fall nehmen Sie bitte sofort Kontakt mit einem der BTB Touristen Informationszentren auf. Teilen Sie uns dann bitte den Firmennamen des BCC-Vetragspartners, genaue Uhrzeit und Beschreibung der Umstände bei welchen Ihnen kein garantierter Preisnachlass gewährleistet wurde mit. Bitte behalten Sie dann im jeden Fall den Kassenbeleg als Beweis. Die Reklamationen sind nur beim Vorlegen des Kassabelegs möglich! BCC Verkauf: BCC wird an allen mit einen Logo Bratislava City Card gekennzeichneten Stellen verkauft. Die BCC ist generell in allen BTB Touristen Informationszentren und bei zahlreichen Vertragspartner erhältlich. Karta platí do hodiny dňa platnosti / Card is valid until midnight of the last day of the card validity. Vo všetkých zariadeniach a službách sa preukážte kartou vopred / Present yourself with your card in all establishments in advance. Pri cestovaní MHD sa preukážte kartou až po výzve revízora. Nie je nutné sa kartou preukázať vodičovi. Zľava sa nevzťahuje na nočné linky ( hod.) a batožinu väčšiu ako 30x40x60 cm / When travelling by public transportation, show your card to the ticket inspector on request.
