2 Kitchen Safeguard Kitchen Safeguard Ab sofort ist das DUNGS Kitchen Safeguard (DKS) verfügbar. Das DKS verhindert die Inbetriebnahme von Gasgeräten wenn die Abluftanlage nicht ordnungsgemäß arbeitet. Das System besteht aus der zentralen Steuerelektronik MPA 41xx ECS, einer Gassicherheitsarmatur mit Kugelhahn und integrierter Thermischer Absperreinrichtung sowie einem Luftdruckwächter zur Überwachung des Druckes der Abluftanlage. Anwendungen Bäcker- und Konditorei Fleischerei Gastronomie und Küche Räucherei, Reifung, Trocknung Wäscherei As of now the DUNGS Kitchen Safeguard is available. The DKS prevents commissioning of gas equipment if the exhaust system does not work properly. The system consists of the central control electronics MPA 41xx ECS, gas safety control with a ball valve and integrated thermal shut-off valve as well as an air pressure switch to monitor pressure of the exhaust system. Die EAC-Zulassung ersetzt: GOST-R: ehemaliges Qualitätszertifikat zum Beweis der Warenqualität und Konformität mit Normen und Anforderungen der Russischen Föderation und RTN-Zulassung: Rostechnadzor ist ein Zertifikat, welches früher für die Inbetriebnahme einer Anlage oder Ausrüstung gefordert wurde.
