Conclusion Student housing is a positive answer to our modern day challenges: Europe needs 1000 Colleges of Europe There is huge undersupply both qualitatively and quantitatively in student housing The global dimension of Student Housing is completely underestimated Students are not poor (and do not tear down buildings or cause other huge costs) 143
