Wir schließen die Lücke zwischen Straße und Schiene mit dem OFFROADER NiKRASA. 90 Prozent aller Sattelauflieger in Europa sind nicht kranbar. Damit waren Sie bei einmaliger Entscheidung für den Straßentransport systemisch langfristig an den Verkehrsträger gebunden, auch dort, wo ein Wechsel auf die Schiene etwa auf Langstrecken große wirtschaftliche Vorteile gebracht hätte. Neue Flexibilität bietet NiKRASA eine echte Innovation, die wir in Kooperation mit der bayernhafen Gruppe und dem LKZ Prien entwickelt haben. Die Abkürzung steht für Nicht KRAnbare SAttelauflieger und nennt beim Namen, wofür das Produkt die Lösung bietet: Trailer, die bislang nicht verladen werden konnten, werden mit dem System einfach von der Straße auf die Schiene umgeschlagen. Bei der Entwicklung des Systems wurden die Praxisanforderungen von Verladern, Speditionen und Terminalbetreibern gleichermaßen berücksichtigt. Der große Vorteil von NiKRASA besteht darin, dass sich für die Akteure nichts ändert: Prozesse und Equipment bleiben identisch. Das System kommt mit den marktüblichen Standards aus und kann sehr flexibel und einfach genutzt werden. Your semitrailer can t be lifted by crane? No problem! GOING OFFROAD WITH NiKRASA So einfach kann OFFROAD sein: Der LKW fährt auf die Terminalplattform auf und setzt den Trailer mittig ab. Mittels Portalkran oder Reachstacker wird der Trailer einfach in der NiKRASA Wanne auf einen Taschenwagen verladen. Die Terminalplattform verbleibt am Verladeort, die Wanne geht mit auf die Schiene. So kann der Sattelauflieger im Zielterminal unmittelbar viceversa von der Bahn auf den LKW umgeschlagen werden. This is how simple OFFROAD can be: The truck drives onto the terminal platform and sets the trailer down at the centre. The trailer, on the NiKRASA transport platform, is then lifted onto a pocket wagon by a gantry crane or reach stacker. The terminal platform remains at the loading point, while the transport platform goes with the semitrailer on its journey by rail. In that way, the trailer can then be directly unloaded from the train onto a truck at the destination terminal.
