Andererseits wird eine Studie herangezogen, die sich dem Problem auf zellulärer Ebene nähert. Im Fokus stehen Testverfahren, die eine mögliche genetische Schädigungen unter Einwirkung gepulster elektromagnetischer Felder nachweisen können. Im Ergebnis wird, mit Verweis auf das in Deutschland angewandte Vorsorgeprinzip, eine Empfehlung an den Gesetzgeber formuliert.
