LAVAGGIO Die Einstellung der Bürsten und der Trockenzone beüglich der Glasdicke erfolgt automatisch. Es können Glasdicken bis 25 mm bearbeitet werden. Zur Erleichterung der Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten kann der obere Teil der Maschine motorisch 500 mm angehoben werden.
Assembly room Camara de ensamblado Montagesektion Una volta lavato, il vetro entra nella camera di assemblaggio e viene allineato ad uno scontro frontale ed uno laterale. Il trasferitore aereo a ventose posiziona il vetro sul tavolo di assemblaggio. Le ventose sono dotate di valvola autoescludente per regolarsi alle dimensioni del vetro, e sono realizzare in gomma speciale di modo da non lasciare alcun segno sulla superficie del vetro. La struttura di supporto PVB può ospitare da 2 a 10 rulli. Il film di PVB viene steso e tagliato mediante sistema automatico o manuale. Per ridurre il consumo le lampade si accendono solo quando il pannello entra nella sezione del forno. I due mangani provvedono a rimuovere le bolle d aria dal pannello; la loro pressione sul vetro può essere regolata in funzione dello spessore del pannello. The 2 ovens are equipped with infrared heating elements whose power adjusts in function of panel thickness. To save energy the heating elements switch on when the panel enters the oven section. The 2 pressing rollers remove air bubbles from the panel; their pressure on the glass can be adjusted in function of panel thickness. Los dos hornos se equipan de lámparas a rayos infrarrojos cuya potencia varia en función del espesor del panel. Para reducir el consumo las lámparas se encienden solo una vez que el panel entra en la sección del horno. Los dos rodillos de prensado (calandras) eliminan las burbujas de aire en el panel, pudiéndose regular la presion sobre el vidrio en funcion del espesor del panel. Una volta assemblato, scaldato e pressato il pannello entra nell autoclave per completare il ciclo; temperatura e pressione fissano il pannello che diviene infine completamente trasparente.
