2 KILO Caratteristiche Main features Hauptmerkmale Rotar KILO è l ultimo nato nella gamma industriale FINI. Elemento caratteristico della macchina è l'utilizzo del gruppo vite integrato IKD100S, che incorpora in un unico elemento compatto il serbatoio disoleatore, la valvola termostatica ed il filtro dell olio nonché, naturalmente, la vite stessa. La rumorosità è stata minimizzata con l adozione di una ventola con pale a falce che, associata al radiatore combinato a grande superficie di scambio, permette l ottimizzazione della temperatura di funzionamento.. Compatto e modulare Il modello Rotar KILO è disponibile con potenze di 30 e 37 kw e pressione di 8, 10 o 13 bar. Tutta la gamma è disponibile con essiccatore integrato, installabile con semplicità anche successivamente sulla macchina standard, che consente il doppio collegamento: compressore-essiccatore-serbatoio, o compressore-serbatoio-essiccatore. Il modello 37 kw è disponibile anche con controllo a variazione di frequenza (STC). Il gruppo vite integrato rende questi modelli particolarmente compatti, con un rapporto fra superficie occupata e potenza installata fra i migliori del mercato. Efficiente I compressori della serie KILO utilizzano al meglio la potenza installata, grazie al concetto di integrazione che permette di ottimizzare il flusso dei fluidi operativi della macchina e di aumentare l affidabilità del compressore. Con la tecnologia integrata si riduce il numero dei componenti e di conseguenza il numero dei tubi di collegamento e dei relativi raccordi. In un solo blocco si ha: gruppo pompante, serbatoio disoleatore, regolatore di aspirazione, valvola di minima pressione, valvola termostatica, filtro olio e filtro disoleatore, con perdite di carico estremamente contenute. Silenziosità, pulizia e facilità di utilizzo L allestimento dei modelli KILO comprende un pannello di pre-filtrazione per la separazione del pulviscolo ambientale. I comandi di avviamento e sicurezza sono ben visibili e facilmente accessibili. La manutenzione è semplificata da ampie porte di accesso frontali e posteriori. Sicurezza Il controllo dei principali parametri di funzionamento è affidato ad un controllore elettronico a microprocessore che può essere programmato in diverse lingue; lo stesso controllore segnala e mantiene in memoria le segnalazioni di allarme, rendendo estremamente semplice la diagnosi dei guasti e la programmazione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria. Affidabilità Tutti i componenti critici del gruppo vite vengono realizzati internamente con lavorazioni su macchine utensili a controllo numerico: i rotori, il corpo, il corpo di mandata con le sedi per il filtro disoleatore, la valvola di minima pressione, la valvola termostatica e il filtro olio. The sound level has been limited by means of a newly designed axial fan. The huge amount of cooling air together with a large combined air/oil cooler, grants stable and optimal operational temperature. Compact and modular The Rotar KILO model is available in 30 and 37 kw power design and pressure of 8,10 or 13 bar. The air dryer module can be easily added on the standard compressor allowing the double connection: compressordryer-tank or compressor-tank-dryer. The 37 kw version is available also with inverter frequency control (STC). The compact integrated airend allows this model to be extremely compact, reaching the highest footprint/power rate of the market. Efficiency The KILO series compressors use the installed power as efficiently as possible, thanks to the concept of integration which is capable to optimise the flow of all operational fluids of the machine and to increase the overall reliability. The integrated technology limits the number of components and consequently the number of connection tubes and the relevant pressure drops. Each single integrated block includes: the screw airend, the oil-separator tank, the intake regulator, the minimum pressure valve, the thermostatic valve, the oil filter and the oil-separator filter. Noiseless, clean and easy to use Models KILO include a pre-filtering panel to separate environmental dusts. Start and safety commands are clearly visible and can be easily reached. Maintenance is made simple by the front and rear wide doors. Safety The control of the main operational parameters is carried out by a microprocessor electronic controller which can be programmed in different languages; the same controller warns and keeps in its memory any alarm interventions, making troubleshooting and routine maintenance intervention programming extremely simple. Reliability All critical parts of the screw airend are internally produced by machines using numeric control: rotors, housing, filter seats, the minimum pressure valve, the thermostatic valve. This gives complete control over the production cycle and over product quality. Rotar KILO ist das neueste Modell der Industriereihe von FINI. Wesentlicher Bestandteil der Maschine ist die eingebaute Verdichterstufe IKD100S, die in einem einzelnen kompakten Element den Ölabscheide-Behälter, den Thermostatregler, den Ölfilter sowie natürlich die Schraube zusammenfasst. Der Schallpegel wurde durch den Sichelschaufel-Lüfter minimiert, der in Kombination mit dem Kühlerblock mit großer Wärmeaustauschfläche die Optimierung der Betriebstemperatur ermöglicht. KOMPAKT UND MODULAR Das Modell Rotar KILO steht mit Antriebsleistungen von 30 und 37 kw und einem Druck von 8, 10 oder 13 bar zur Verfügung. Die gesamte Modellreihe ist mit einem Einbautrockner lieferbar, der auch in den Standardgeräten problemlos im Nachhinein installiert werden kann. Dieser ermöglicht die Wahl zwischen zwei Anschlussvarianten: Verdichter-Trockner-Druckluftbehälter oder Verdichter- Druckluftbehälter-Trockner. Das 37 kw Modell ist auch mit einem STC-Umrichter erhältlich. Dank der eingebauten Verdichterstufe sind diese Modelle besonders kompakt, und das Verhältnis zwischen Standfläche und installierter Leistung gehört zu den besten des Marktes. EFFIZIENT Die Verdichter der Baureihe KILO nutzen die installierte Leistung dank des integrierten Verdichters auf bestmögliche Weise. So wird der Durchfluss der Betriebsflüssigkeiten des Geräts optimiert und dessen Zuverlässigkeit zusätzlich gesteigert. Durch die integrierte Technologie konnte die Anzahl der Komponenten und Verbindungen auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. Ein einziger Block umfasst: eine Verdichterstufe, einen Ölabscheide- Behälter, einen Ansaugregler, ein Mindestdruckventil, einen Thermostatregler, einen Ölfilter und einen Öl-Feinabscheider. Die Druckverluste sind äußerst gering. LEISE, SAUBER UND EINFACH ZU HANDHABEN Die Ausstattung der Modelle KILO umfasst eine Filtermatte im Ansaugbereich für die Abscheidung des Umgebungsstaubs. Sämtliche Bedienelemente und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen sind gut erkenntlich und zugänglich. Die Wartung wird durch die großen Türen an der Vorder- und Rückseite vereinfacht. BETRIEBSSICHERHEIT Die Steuerung der wichtigsten Betriebsparameter erfolgt durch eine Elektroniksteuerung mit Mikroprozessor, die in mehreren Sprachen programmiert werden kann; die Steuerung dient außerdem zum Anzeigen und Abspeichern aller Alarmereignisse, wodurch die Fehlerdiagnose sowie die Planung der Wartungsarbeiten deutlich vereinfacht werden. ZUVERLÄSSIGKEIT Alle wichtigen Komponenten der Verdichterstufe werden in unserem Werk auf modernen CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen gefertigt: Rotoren, Verdichtergehäuse und Abscheider-Block, welcher zur Aufnahme von Öl-Feinabscheider, Mindestdruckventil, Thermostatregler und Ölfilter dienen. Dies gestattet eine vollständige Kontrolle des Produktionsprozesses und somit der Qualität des Produkts. 4

Il controller elettronico comanda la frequenza di uscita dell inverter accelerando o decelerando il motore elettrico allo scopo di mantenere costante la pressione di linea. Vantaggi immediati di questa soluzione sono la costanza della pressione di linea, l'ottimizzazione dei consumi elettrici e la ridotta usura dei componenti meccanici, grazie all'eliminazione delle fasi transitorie di vuoto e carico che si verificano nel compressore standard. The application of inverter technology to KILO screw compressors, allows best performance stabilizing the working pressure of the machine by regulation of the speed of the motor and of the airend. Depending on the real compressed air demand of the network, the electronic controller regulates the frequency drive adapting the motor speed. Immediate advantage of this regulation is the constant network pressure, the optimized electric power consumption, matching the real compressed air demand, and the minimum wear of the mechanical components, which are usually stressed during the idling/load switching of the standard compressor. Compatto e modulare Il modello Rotar KILO è disponibile con potenze di 30 e 37 kw e pressione di 8, 10 o 13 bar. Tutta la gamma è disponibile con essiccatore integrato, installabile con semplicità anche successivamente sulla macchina standard, che consente il doppio collegamento: compressore-essiccatore-serbatoio, o compressore-serbatoio-essiccatore.
