2 IMPIEGO I prefiltri con cestello estraibile serie PFP, vengono installati a monte delle elettropompe, per evitare che corpi grossolani vadano ad ostruirne e danneggiare le giranti. Trovano applicazione nel settore civile ed industriale, negli impianti di pompaggio da piscine, laghi, fiumi, etc. e nel settore nautico sono applicati a monte delle pompe di sentina ed a quelle dei circuiti di raffreddamento motori. COSTRUZIONE I prefiltri con cestello estraibile serie PFP, sono costruiti interamente in acciaio inox AISI 304 o AISI 316; in entrambi i casi i cestelli interni, foratura standard Ø 6mm (forature diverse a richiesta), sono realizzati in AISI 316. I modelli PFP250 AP possono lavorare con pressioni di esercizio fino a 8 Bar, tutti gli altri modelli possono lavorare con pressione max.3 Bar. I modelli PFP TF hanno l ingresso dell acqua grezza a tuffo dentro il cestello filtrante; tutti gli altri modelli hanno l ingresso dell acqua grezza direttamente dentro il cestello filtrante. Gli attacchi di entrata e di uscita sono filettati UNI-ISO 228/1 o con flange libere UNI Pn 16. Sul boccaporto superiore e nel fondo bombato inferiore sono saldati due manicotti per il caricamento e lo spurgo dell aria e lo svuotamento del prefiltro. Il boccaporto superiore è chiuso tramite CLAMP con leva e doppio morsetto di regolazione in tutti gli altri modelli; su richiesta è possibile fornire i prefiltri con una serie di morsetti per la chiusura. In entrambi i casi la chiusura è estremamente semplice ed efficace. Tutti i prefiltri, a lavorazione ultimata vengono decapati e passivati mediante immersione in apposite vasche. Su richiesta è possibile verniciare con smalto alimentare l interno dei Prefiltri ed effettuare trattamento di elettro lucidatura esterna e/o interna. APPLICATIONS The prefilters with extractable basket in the PFP series, are installed upstream from the motor driven pumps, to prevent partides from obstructing and damaging the impellers. They are used for civil and industrial applications, in pumping systems for swimming pools, lakes, rivers, etc.. and in the marine sector they are applied upstream from the bilge pumps and pumps for engine cooling systems. MANUFACTURE The PFP series of prefilters with extractable basket, are entirely made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel; in both cases the inside baskets, with a standard Ø 6 mm. perforation (different perforations on request), are made of AISI 316. The PFP250 AP models can work at working pressures up to 8 Bar, while all the other models can work at working pressure of 3 Bar max. With the PFP TF models, the untreated water plunges into the filtering basket from above, while the untreated water flows directly into the filtering basket in all the other models. The inlet and outlet connections have UNI-ISO 228/1 threading or UNI Pn16 free flanges. Two couplings are welded onto the upper hatch and on the lower convex bottom for air inlet and venting and to empty the prefilter. The top hatch is closed by a CLAMP with lever and a double adjusting clamp for all the other models; the prefilters can be supplied with a series of clamps for closure on request. In both cases the closure is extremely simple and reliable. All the filters are pickled and passivated by immersion in special tanks after the manufacturing process. The prefilters can be painted internally with enamel paint for foodstuff containers and electro-polished externally and/or internally, on request. ANWENDUNG Die herausnehmbaren Filtereinsätze, Serie PFP, werden vor Elektropumpen eingebaut, um zu vermeiden, daß grobe Festkörper die Laufräder verstopfen und schädigen. Sie finden Anwendung für zivile Einrichtung, für die Industrie, in Pumpanlagen für Schwimmbäder, Seen, Flüsse u.s.w. Im nautischen Sektor werden sie vor den Bilgepumpen sowie vor Pumpen für Motorkühlungssysteme eingerichtet. BAU Die herausnehmbaren Filtereinsätze, Serie PFP, werden ganz aus Edelstahl AISI 304 oder AISI 316 hergestellt. In beiden Fällen werden die inneren Körbe, die eine Standard-Lochung von Ø 6 mm haben (andere Lochungen auf Wunsch) in AISI 316 gebaut. Die Modelle PFP250 AP können mit einem maximalen Betriebsdruck von 8 Bar\ arbeiten; alle anderen Modelle können mit einem maximalen Betriebsdruck von 3 Bar arbeiten. Bei den Modellen PFP TF läuft das unbehandelte Wasser von oben den Filterkorb herunter, während sich bei allen anderen Modellen der Wassereingang direkt im Filterkorb befindet. Die Ein-und Ausgangsverbindungen sind Gewindestutzen D-ISO 228/1 oder mit freien Flanschen UNI Pn 16. An der oberen Luke und dem unteren gewölbten Boden sind zwei Muffen für den Eingang und Ausgang der Luft und die Entleerung des Vorfilters geschweißt. Die obere Luke ist bei allen anderen Modellen durch CLAMP mit Hebel und Doppelregulierklemme geschlossen; auf Wunsch können die Vorfilter mit einer Reihe von Klemmen für den Verschluss geliefert werden. In beiden Fällen ist das Schließen extrem einfach und wirksam. Nach beendeter Ausführung werden alle Vorfilter durch Tauchverfahren in dazu bestimmten Wannen abgebeizt und passiviert. Auf Wunsch kann die Innenseite der Vorfilter mit lebensmitteltauglicher le lackiert und eine interne und/oder externe Elektropolitur vorgenommen werden.
