In Maschinen und nlagen wirkt selten ein konstantes, gleichmäßiges Drehmoment; es treten Drehmomentstöße beim nlauf oder durch den Kraftverlauf bei diversen rbeitsvorgängen auf. Drehelastische Wellenkupplungen sind weit verbreitet, da bei ihnen die Drehmomentübertragung zwischen ntriebsund btriebsseite über elastische und dämpfende lemente erfolgt. Dieser Umstand ermöglicht die Minderung der Wirkung von abtriebsseitigen Stößen auf den ntrieb und gegebenenfalls die Dämpfung unerwünschter Schwingungen im ntriebssystem. Durch die alligkeit nehmen die Zähne des Zahnkranzes mit zunehmender Verformung eine überproportional wachsende Verformungsenergie auf. Folglich arbeitet die bei geringer Drehmomentübertragung relativ weich und mit zunehmendem Drehmoment immer härter. ieraus ergibt sich eine progressive Federkennlinie. in besonderer Vorteil der progressiven Federkennlinie liegt im Resonanzverhalten der DTX-. Die progressive Kennlinie schützt somit vor allem die gegen unzulässige Überbeanspruchung. Darüber hinaus kann die Federsteife durch eine entsprechende Wahl der Shorehärte beeinflusst werden. ine größere Shorehärte verlagert die Resonanzdrehzahl in einen höheren, eine niedrigere Shorehärte in einen niedrigeren ereich. Im Zweifelsfalle empfehlen wir eine erechnung des Systems mittels der antriebs- und lastseitigen Massenträgheitsmomente. DTX spiders The hardness of the standard spider is 92 Shore (yellow).
