3 Anwendung/Application Die einzelnen Sicherheitsbausteine zum Einsatz in Sicherheitsstromkreisen sind für den Einbau in Schaltschränken vorgesehen. Sie dienen zur sicheren Auswertung eines Signals von zwangsöffnenden Türsicherheitsschaltern, Not-Aus-Schaltern, Zweihandbedienpulten, Sicherheitsschaltmatten und -leisten (nur AZR31R2). The safety relays are intended for use in safety interlock applications and are designed for installation in switchgear cabinets. They provide the positive evaluation of a signal from door mounted safety switches with positive break, emergency stop switches, two-hand operation panels, safety mats and safety edges (AZR31R2 only). Aufbau/Design Die Sicherheitsbausteine sind zweikanalig aufgebaut. Sie enthalten zwei Sicherheitsrelais mit überwachten zwangsgeführten Kontakten. Die in Reihe geschalteten Relais bilden den Freigabepfad. Vier grüne LEDs zeigen die Betriebszustände an. ON: InA: InB: OUT: Betriebsspannung Kanal A Kanal B Freigabe The safety relays are of a dual-channel design.they incorporate two relays with monitored, positive guided contacts. The NO contacts of the relays, wired in series, form the authorized operation (relay output). Four green LEDs show operational conditions of the device. ON: InA: InB: OUT: Operating voltage Channel A Channel B Authorized operation Eingänge/Inputs Sicherheitsschalter mit zwei Öffnerkontakten oder einem Öffner- und einem Schließerkontakt an den Eingängen S13-S14 und S23-S24 anschließen. Auslösekontakt an den Eingängen X2-X3 (24 V für Reset bei AZR31R2) oder X1-X2 (Schließer für Rückführung/Test bei AZR31T2) anschließen. Connect the safety switch having two NC contacts or one NC contact and one NO contact to the inputs S13-S14 and S24-S23. 4 Wirkungsweise nach dem Einschalten der Betriebsspannung/ Operating principle (after operating voltage has been applied) AZR31R2 1. Der Sicherheitsbaustein überprüft alle internen Relaiskontakte auf richtige Lage. Sind beide Eingänge geschlossen, leuchten die Kanal-LED A und B. Es kann kein automatischer Anlauf erfolgen. Wird nun der Reseteingang betätigt (24 V von S13-S23 schließen und öffnen), lösen die Freigabepfade aus und die LED OUT leuchtet. 2. Bei Unterbrechung eines Eingangs oder Kurzschluß zwischen diesen, fallen beide Relais ab und unterbrechen die Freigabepfade. Zum Wiedereinschalten müssen beide Eingänge erst geöffnet bzw. die Betriebsspannung abgeschaltet werden. Der Reset löst das Relais wieder aus. 1. The safety relay controls the correct position of all internal relay contacts. If both inputs are closed, the channel A and B LED light up. No automatic startup can follow. If the reset input is actuated (24 V of S13-S14 have to be closed and opened), the authorized operation is released and the OUT LED lights up. 2. In case of an interruption of an input or a short circuit, the two relays fall off and interrupt the authorized operation. To switch on again, the two inputs have to be opened, or the operating voltage has to be shut off. The reset releases the relay again. AZR31T2 1. Der Sicherheitsbaustein überprüft alle internen Relaiskontakte auf richtige Lage. Sind beide Eingänge geschlossen, leuchten die Kanal-LED A und B. Wird nun der Rückführeingang betätigt (geschlossen), lösen die Freigabepfade aus und die LED OUT leuchtet. Ist der Rückführeingang geschlossen, kann das Relais sofort einschalten (automatischer Anlauf). 2. Bei Unterbrechung eines Eingangs oder Kurzschluß zwischen diesen, fallen beide Relais ab und unterbrechen die Freigabepfade. Zum Wiedereinschalten müssen beide Eingänge erst geöffnet bzw. die Betriebsspannung abgeschaltet werden. 1. The safety relay checks the correct position of all internal relay contacts. 5 Anschlußbeispiele/Wiring examples Dieses Sicherheitsrelais besitzt verschiedene Möglichkeiten der äußeren Beschaltung, so daß es für viele Anwendungen geeignet ist. Folgende Möglichkei ten sind gegeben: This safety relay has many different switching possibilities, so that it is suitable for various types of uses. The following possibilities are shown: 1. NOT-AUS/Emergency stop 1.1 AZR31R2 mit manueller Rückführung/AZR31R2with manual control circuit RESET S13 S14 S24 S23 X3 X2 Dieses ist die Standardbeschaltung wie beim Schaltungsablauf beschrieben. Eingang 1 (S13-S14), Eingang 2 (S23-S24) werden über Not-Aus-Schalter verbunden; der Reset-Schaltkreis bezieht sein positives Spannungspotential von S13 über einen Taster an X2 und sein GND-Potential von S23 an X3. Zum Einschalten muß der Reset-Eingang betätigt werden. Der Eingang reagiert nur auf einen Wechsel von 24 V nach 0 V. Es ist kein automatischer Anlauf möglich. Der Testkontakt kann zur Überwachung nachgeschalteter Relais dienen. This is the standard wiring already described. The input 1 (S13-S14) and input 2 (S23-S24) are joined through the emergency stop. 6 1.2 AZR31T2 mit Rückführung/AZR31T2 with control circuit S13 S14 S24 S23 X1 X2 Die Eingänge S13-S14 und S23-S24 sind über die Öffnerkontakte bei nicht betätigten Not-Aus-Schaltern verbunden und die Ausgänge sind aktiv. Sobald einer der beiden Eingänge unterbrochen wird oder ein Kurzschluß vorliegt, fällt das Relais ab. Zum Wiedereinschalten muß der Testeingang geschlossen sein. Wird dieser gebrückt, ist ein automatischer Wiederanlauf möglich. Der Testeingang kann zur Überwachung nachgeschalteter Relais dienen. As soon as one of the relays are interrupted or there is a short circuit, the relay falls off. To switch on again, the test input has to be closed. The test input can be used to monitor secondary relays. 2.1 Zweihandbedienpult (AZR31R2) Two-hand operation panels (AZR31R2) S13 S14 S24 S23 X3 X2 Die Eingänge werden mit zwei Öffner-/Schließer-Kombinationen beschaltet. Im unbetätigten Zustand sind beide Kanäle inaktiv und der Reset ausgelöst. Das Drükken der beiden Taster muß gleichzeitig geschehen (innerhalb 0,5 s), sonst erfolgt kein Einschalten des Relais. Es ist kein automatischer Anlauf möglich. Der Rückführkontakt kann zur Überwachung nachgeschalteter Relais dienen. The inputs are switched with two NC/NO contact combinations. In a nonactuated condition, the two channels are inactive and the reset is released. The two buttons have to be pressed simultaneously (within 0.5 s), or else the relay will not be switched on. 7 3.1 Schutztür mit manueller Rückführung (AZR31R2) Safety door monitoring with manual control circuit (AZR31R2) RESET S13 S14 S24 S23 X3 X2 Eingang 1 (S13-S14), Eingang 2 (S23-S24) werden über Tür-Schalter verbunden; der Reset-Schaltkreis bezieht sein positives Spannungspotential von S13 über einen Taster an X2 und sein GND-Potential von S23 an X3. Zum Einschalten muß der Reseteingang betätigt werden. Der Eingang reagiert nur auf einen Wechsel von 24 V nach 0 V. Es ist kein automatischer Anlauf möglich. 8 4.1 Sicherheits-Schaltmatte oder -Schaltleiste mit manueller Rückführung (AZR31R2) Safety mat or safety edge with manual control circuit RESET S13 S14 S24 S23 X3 X2 Hierbei wird die Verbindung der beiden Eingänge über die Sicherheits-Schaltmatte bzw. -Schaltleiste hergestellt. Beim Betätigen der Schaltmatte werden die Potentiale beider Eingänge verbunden, so daß ein Kurzschluß entsteht und d as Gerät sicher ausschaltet. Zum Einschalten muß der Reseteingang betätigt werden. Der Eingang reagiert nur auf einen Wechsel von 24 V DC nach 0 V DC. Es ist kein automatischer Anlauf möglich. Der Rückführeingang () kann zur Überwachung nachgeschalteter Relais dienen. The connection of the two inputs is made by the safety mat or the safety edge. The potentials of the two inputs are connected by actuation of the safety edge resulting in a short circuit and the safe switching off of the device. In order to switch on, the reset input has to be actuated. The input responds only when there is a change from 24 V DC to 0 V DC. No automatic start-up is possible. The input can be used to monitor the secondary relays. 4.2 Sicherheits-Schaltmatte oder -Schaltleiste mit Rückführung (AZR31T2) Safety mat or safety edge with control cicuit S13 S14 S24 S23 X1 X2 Hierbei wird die Verbindung der beiden Eingänge über die Sicherheits-Schaltmatte bzw. -Schaltleiste hergestellt. Der Reset-Taster aktiviert das Gerät. Beim Betätigen der Sicherheits-Schaltmatte bzw. Schaltleiste werden die Potentiale beider Eingänge verbunden, so daß ein Kurzschluß entsteht und das Gerät sicher ausschaltet. Zum Wiedereinschalten muß der Rückführeingang () geschlossen sein. Wird dieser gebrückt, ist ein automatischer Wiederanlauf möglich. Der Rückführeingang kann zur Überwachung nachgeschalteter Relais dienen.
