It captivates with its spacious presentation room and its unique view. Exhibitions and performances with up to 200 visitors can be organized here. With numerous options, the OOTH can be adapted to your individual wishes. It fulfills all necessary building regulations for events (statics, fire protection). The required floor space is 23m x 26m. Für die Transporte werden LKWs mit Container- Chassis und für die Montage ein mobiler Kran benötigt. Grundprinzipien im ufbau uflager EG: Durch uflagerplatten upper aus Stahl floor. und Holz werden die Lasten aus dem Gebäude auf große Druckflächen verteilt und in den Untergrund eingeleitet. Durch aufmontierte Dorne sind die Container gegen Verrutschen gesichert. Container EG: Die Container werden in logischer Reihenfolge gemäß Ihrer Nummerierung und Position im Grundriss nebeneinander aufgestellt und so ausgerichtet, dass sie eine Flucht bilden und möglichst fugenlos aneinander stehen. Die Fugen werden vor Montage des Obergeschosses gegen Regen abgedichtet. Plattformen OG: Die Plattformen werden in gleicher Orientierung auf den Eckknoten der EG-Container aufgelagert und mittels Riegelverbinder, sog. Twistlocks gesichert. Die Terrassendecks D01 und D02 werden in ähnlicher Weise aufgelagert. Während an den Decks die Geländer bereits angeschweißt sind, werden die Geländersegmente der Plattformen separat transportiert und vor Ort an die Plattformen angeschraubt. SUPPORT (GROUND FLOOR): The load of the building is distributed with bearing plates made of steel and wood onto large pressure surfaces and guided into the ground. The containers are secured against slipping by means of mounted mandrels. CONTINERS (GROUND FLOOR): The containers are arranged in logical order according to their numbering and position in the floor plan and oriented in such a way that they form an alignment and stand together as seamless as possible. The joints are sealed against rain before fitting the PLTFORMS (UPPER FLOOR): The platforms are placed in the same orientation on the corner nodes of the ground floor containers and are secured with bolt connectors, so-called twistlocks. The terrace decks D01 and D02 are supported similarly. While the railings have already been welded to the decks, the segments of the platform railings are transported separately and screwed onto the platforms on site. CONTINERS (UPPER FLOOR): The containers on the upper floor rest partly rotated by 90 degrees on specially-welded corner nodes on the ground floor containers and are also secured with twistlocks. The bar area as well as the sanitary facilities were enlarged, and on the first floor a kitchen was planned. For Hilfiger Denim Summer 2010, the OOTH was extended by a 90 m2 open deck and a bar container. staircase connects the second floor with the terrace of the bar container. 600 m2 container wall was used as a billboard.
