2 Introduction Dear Applicant, to streamline our recruitment and selection procedures, ENERCON has decided to use an electronic application management system (E-Recruiting). Please have the following documents ready in electronic format: Complete curriculum vitae Brief cover letter Diplomas, certificates, references The majority of the positions available at ENERCON can be accessed via this system under the Job offers heading in the Careers section on our website. If you register as a user, you can save all the documents relevant to your application and directly apply for the position you are interested in. Your advantage: No matter how many jobs you wish to apply for, you only need to upload your documents once. These then remain available in the system for easy reuse at a later date. In addition, you can check the current status of your pending applications at any time. 3 Job Search Free Search Using the search function. You will typically start your application by browsing our current job vacancies. To do so, go to the Job Offers link in the Careers section on our website. The current search options include a free search using keywords, and alternatively a reference code search that can be used if a specific vacancy is already known. 5 Detailed view Starting a new application. To start a new application, click the Apply button in the detail view of the relevant position. 6 User registration Registering as user. If you are using our online application system for the first time, please enter your name and address to register as user. If you have already submitted a previous application via our system, please log on using the application wizard. Once the registration process is complete, the application wizard appears and guides you through the next steps. If you already registered, click here. Note: You will immediately receive an with your access details. That means you can interrupt entering your details in the E-Recruiting system at any time and continue later. 6

7 Step 1: Personal data Providing the basics. The information you enter here tells us who you are and how we can contact you. Complete contact details make it easier for us to get in touch. Please check in particular that your address is correct. Please make sure to complete all fields marked with an asterisk. 7

8 Step 2: Informations about your education Your qualifications. Tell us which qualifications from your education and professional training you bring to the table for a position at ENERCON. Click the Add button below the overview to enter a new qualification. Click here to add a new qualification. 8

9 Step 3: Informations about your work experience Your experience. Tell us about the practical experience from your professional career that you bring to the table for a position at ENERCON. Click the Add button below the overview to enter a new item. Click here to add a new work experience. 9

10 Step 4: To add attachments Completing your details. To complete the details entered so far, please upload your scanned documents such as diplomas and certificates. If you wish, you can also include your curriculum vitae, a cover letter, and a passport photo. Click the Add button below the overview to upload a new file. Notes: Click here to add attachments. Please note that the file upload is limited to 10 MB. Documents scanned in black and white typically have a much smaller file size and are sufficient for the purposes of your application. Where possible upload PDF, JPG, or DOC (MS Word) file formats. Make sure to deactivate any read-only protection settings in your files as these may cause problems within our system. 10

11 Step 5: Your cover letter Presenting your motivation. Inthissection,wewouldliketofindoutwhyyoudecided to apply for this particular position, and what your main competencies and experience relevant to the position are. Please also let us know your earliest possible start date (if you have to give notice in your current job) and your salary expectation. Finally, we would like to know where you heard about ENERCON and/or this particular job opening. 11

12 Step 6/7: Check and send your application Checking and submitting your information. Please check that the information you entered is correct and complete. If you wish to make any corrections or add more information, use the navigation menu to go back to the relevant area. Click the Submit Application button to send your application to our Human Resources department. Click here to send your application.
