9 4 Montage Mounting Für die Verbindungsstellen sind Mindestanzugsdrehmomente von 10 Nm zu gewährleisten. Blechstreifen o.ä.) unterzulegen. 14 5 Installation der Kabel Installation of the cables 5.1 Kabelzuführung Cable feed-in Schläuche mit Glasfasern bzw. Gf- Kabel: Die Kabelzuführung erfolgt von unten. Die Kabelzuführung von unten in den Spleiß- / Patchschrank erfolgt über einen Doppelboden, der entsprechend ausgeschnitten werden muss. Die Befestigung der Schläuche (tubes) erfolgt unten seitlich an den Halte-winkeln. Das Gf-Kabel kann unten an dem dem Kabelhalter ODF befestigt werden. Tubes with glass fibers and/or FO cables: The cable feed-in is from below. The cable feed-in from below into the splice/ patch cabinet is over computer flooring, which must be cut out accordingly. 15 5.2 Kabelführung im Patch- Spleißschrank Die Pigtails als Minibreakout-Kabel gehören zum Lieferumfang des Patch-/ Spleißschrankes. - Die Pigtails werden vom Patchmodul zum Spleißmodul des Schrankes geführt. - Die Pigtails werden in den Patchmodulen installiert und befestigt. Sie werden aus den Patchmodulen geführt und an den vorgegebenen Plätzen des Spleißmodules installiert. - Die Länge wird bei der Installation im Spleißmodul angepasst. - Zur Bündelung und Festlegung der Pigtails ist Klettband L im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Installation von Pigtails ist unter Punkt 5.3 beschrieben. Cable routing in the patch/splice cabinet Pigtails as mini-breakout cables are included in the delivery of the patch/splice cabinet. - The pigtails are led from the patch module to the splice module of the cabinet. - The pigtails are installed and fastened in the patch modules. They are led out of the patch modules and installed there at the appropriate sites of the splice modules. - The length is adapted on installation in the splice module. - Velcro L which is included in the delivery is used to bundle and fix the pigtails. The installation of pigtails is described in section 5.3. 16 5.3 Installation der Kabelpigtails im Patchmodul (Nachrüstung) Kabel sind gesondert zu bestellen. 1) Kabel mittels Fan-out in Kabelhalter einklemmen 2) Faserüberlänge umlenken 3) Faser durch Ösen führen 4) Stecker stecken Montage im linken und rechten Modul ist analog. 19 5.5 Installation der Bündeladern an den Spleißkassetten 1) Länge der Bündelader entsprechend der Position des Anschlusspunktes im Belegungsplan des Anwenders anpassen und abisolieren (Mantel, Kevlar, fiber tube entfernen) abisolierte Faserlänge ab Anschlusspunkt = 1,3 m 2) Fan-out (gehört zum Lieferumfang von A3) an der Bündelader montieren. 3) Fan-out in Kabelhalter an der Spleißkassette einrasten (max. 3 Fan-out pro Kabelhalter). 4) Bündelader mittels Klettband an Halteblech befestigen. Adernbündel bilden. Adernbündel innerhalb der Ösen auf dem Halteblech führen. 5) Faser in Kassette einführen und entsprechend der Montageanweisung Spleiß-Set SCSE ADC-Mat.Nr , die dem Spleißschrank beiliegt, installieren. Installation of the loose tubes at the splice trays 1) Fit the length of the loose tube to the position of the connection point in the user allocation scheme and strip the cable (remove cable sheath, Kevlar, fiber tube). 21 5.6 Führung der Verbindungskabel und Rangierkabel Verbindungskabel - Die Kabel werden über den Kabelrost links in den VtS-IMP300/A1 eingeführt. - Danach werden die Kabel zum rechten Schrank, dem VtS-TPL/SPL Schrank/A2 geführt. - Die Kabel werden auf die jeweils äußere Schrankseite zu den TPL- Modulen geführt und angeschlossen. Achtung: Die obere Öse im IMP für die Kabeleinführung sollte nach links ummontiert werden. Rangierkabel Die Führung erfolgt von der linken zur rechten Seite im TPL-Bereich über das Ablegen der Überlänge innerhalb des VtS-IMP-300/A1. Folgende Rangierleitungslängen sind erforderlich: Rangierung zwischen oberen Modulen: 4 m Achtung: Rangierkabel müssen im Überlängenkanal eine Mindestlänge von ca. 1 m haben bzw. sie müssen dem Rangierweg entsprechen. Es ist die Kennzeichnung der Überlängenkanäle mit den Schildern M und N möglich.
