Sicherheitshinweise Safety instructions Diese Dokumentation behandelt den Einbau der Öffnungsbegrenzer über den Standardfall hinaus, daher kann in einigen Fällen eine nötige Anpassung der Einbausituation auch andere Bauteile betreffen. Ein Musteranschlag ist aufgund des Zusammen wirkens der Bauteile empfehlenswert. This documentation covers the installation of the opening limiter in addition to the standard application. Some cases may require an adaptation of the installation dimensions, that may affect also other components. Because of the interaction between the components a sampling of the situation is recomented. Sicherheits-Öffnungsbegrenzer mit Schließzylinder (Modul M2 und M3) Öffnungsbegrenzer mit Schließzylinder (Modul M2 und M3) ermöglichen eine Einstellung der anfänglichen Flügelöffnungsweite zwischen 80 und 120mm. Damit wird der Sicherungsanforderung verschiedener Normen entsprochen (z. B. DIN EN 13126-5:2015-01). Für Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten kann die Begrenzung der anfänglichen Öffnungsweite mit einem Schlüssel erweitert werden. Nach Reinigung oder Wartung muss der Öffnungsbegrenzer wieder verschlossen, der Schlüssel abgezogen, und der Flügel vollständig geschlossen werden, um die Begrenzungsfunktion zu reaktivieren. Im Anschluss ist die Funktion des Begrenzers nach Entsperren zu testen. Zur Montage oder Demontage des Öffnungsbegrenzers kann der Begrenzerarm vom Rahmenlager entkoppelt werden. Die Sicherung gegen Absturz ist zu jeder Zeit durch bauseitige Maßnahmen und/ oder das Reinigungs- bzw. Wartungspersonal sicherzustellen. Safety opening limiter with locking cylinder (module M2 and M3) The opening limiter with integrated locking cylinder (module M2 and M3) allows for an adjustment of the sash opening width between 80 and 120 mm. In that way compliance with safety requirements of various standards is ensured (f.ex. DIN EN 13126-0:2015-01). For cleaning and maintenance purposes the opening width can be increased by unlocking the opening limiter with a key. Following any cleaning or maintenance work, the opening limiter must be locked again with the key removed, and the sash must be closed in order to reactivate the limiting function. It is important to test the proper function of the opening limiter each time the limiter has been unlocked. For installation or removal of the opening limiter hardware, the limiter arm can also be detached from the frame mount.
