Auslegung der Leitungslänge Für jede Muffenverbindung ist einzuplanen: DN 32 = zusätzlich 9 mm DN 40 = zusätzlich 10 mm DN 50 = zusätzlich 14 mm DN 70 = zusätzlich 18 mm DN 100 = zusätzlich 25 mm DN 125 = zusätzlich 28 mm DN 150 = zusätzlich 35 mm 1. Designing the Pipeline length For each socket connection must be considered: DN 32 = plus 9 mm DN 40 = plus 10 mm DN 50 = plus 14 mm DN 70 = plus 18 mm DN 100 = plus 25 mm DN 125 = plus 28 mm DN 150 = plus 35 mm 2. Making the socket connection (socket to socket) 2.1 Dichtelement einsetzen Dichtelement unter Schrägstellung unten auf den Rand der Dichtungskammer aufsetzen. Nur Original-LORO-X Dichtelemente mit Prägung verwenden. Bei tieferen Temperaturen LORO-X Dichtelemente zur leichteren Montage bei Raumtemperatur lagern. 2.1 Inserting the sealing element in position Place the sealing element in a slanted position down on the edge of the sealing chamber. Only use original LORO-X sealing elements with stamp. In case of low temperatures, store the LORO-X sealing elements at a room temperature to facilitate mounting. Dichtelement oben mit dem Finger eindrücken und in die Dichtungskammer einspringen lassen, bis der Kragen des Dichtelementes gleichmäßig auf dem Muffenrand liegt. Dichtelement innen mit LORO-X Gleitmittel, Nr.981x bzw. 9811x, flächendeckend einstreichen. Depress upper portion of the sealing element with your finger and let it snap back into the sealing chamber until the sealing element collar rests uniformly on the socket edge. Coat the full contacting surface of the sealing element with LORO-X lubricant No. 981x or 9811x. 2.2 Stützrohr einsetzen Stützrohr in eine Muffe zentrisch einführen und unter leichter Drehung zusammenstecken. Stützrohr bis zum Anschlag in die Muffe einschieben. 2.2 Inserting the supporting tube Centrically insert supporting pipe into a socket and plug together by slightly turning it. Stützring einsetzen Stützring auf Stützrohr schieben. 2.3 Inserting the backup ring Slide the backup ring onto the supporting pipe. 2.4 Rohrverbindung herstellen Dichtelement in Gegenmuffe einlegen (siehe 1.1). Danach Muffe und Stützrohr zentrisch gegeneinander führen und unter leichter Drehung zusammenstecken. Muffe bis zum Anschlag schieben. 2.4 Making the pipe connection Position the sealing element in the matching socket (see 1.1). Then position socket and supporting pipe centrically against one another and plug together by a slight turning movement. Push the slide up to the stop. 2.5 LORO-XD Druckrohrschelle montieren LORO-XD Druckrohrschelle auf die Muffenverbindung setzen und festschrauben. Anzugsmomente bei : DN 32 = 10 Nm DN 100 = 25 Nm DN 40 = 25 Nm DN 125 = 45 Nm DN 50 = 25 Nm DN 150 = 45 Nm DN 70 = 25 Nm 3. Rohrbefestigung Art und Abstände der Rohrbefestigung, einschließlich der Festpunkte, sind abhängig von Druck, Temperatur und Medium. Zur Orientierung verweisen wir auf DIN 1988 Teil 2. Ein Befestigungsabstand von 3,0 m sollte aber bei druckbeaufschlagten Leitungen nicht überschritten werden. 4. Rohrlängenanpassung / Toleranzausgleich LORO-XD Rohre mit 2 Muffen nicht ablängen! Für eventuelle Rohrlängenanpassung bzw. für Toleranzausgleich z.b. bei Festpunkten, Richtungsänderungen usw. werden Paßrohre mit zwei Muffen in verschiedenen Längen oder die LORO-XD RA- DIMONT Paßrohrverbindung für stufenlosen Toleranzausgleich eingesetzt. Siehe auch separate Verlegeanleitung für LORO-XD RADIMONT Paßrohrverbindung. 2.5 Mounting the LORO-XD pressure pipe clip Place the LORO-XD pressure pipe clip on the socket connection and tighten the Bolts. Bolt tightening torque at : DN 32 = 10 Nm DN 100 = 25 Nm DN 40 = 25 Nm DN 125 = 45 Nm DN 50 = 25 Nm DN 150 = 45 Nm DN 70 = 25 Nm 3. Pipe fastening The type and the distance of the pipe fastening measures inclusive of the fixed points are governed by such factors as pressure, temperature and medium. We refer to DIN 1988 part 2 for further information. However, a fastening distance of 3.0 m should not be exceeded with pressurized pipelines. 4. Adaption of the Pipe Length / Tolerance Compensation Don t cut LORO-XD pipes with two sockets! For possible adaptions of the pipe lengths and for the tolerance compensation, e.g. in case of fixed points, changes of direction etc. fitting pipes with two sockets of different lengths or the LORO-XD RADIMONT fitting pipe connection for continiously variable tolerance compensation will be employed. Verlegeanleitung LORO-XD Druckrohre in Rohrmuffen einlegen (). Einschiebrohr bis zum Muffengrund der Langmuffe einschieben (3.3). 3. Assembly of the LORO-XD RADIMONT Fitting Pipe Connection First assemble the long-socket pipe, back-up ring, slip-in pipe and sealing elements to form the LORO-XD RADIMONT Fitting Pipe Connection. 4. Einbau der LORO-XD RADIMONT Paßrohrverbindung in die Rohrleitung Zusammengesteckte LORO-XD RADIMONT Paßrohrverbindung (4.1) in Rohrleitung einfügen. Muffe des Langmuffenrohres (4.2) und Muffe des Einschiebrohres (4.3) auf Stützrohre der zu verbindenden Rohrleitung jeweils bis zum Stützring aufschieben. 4. Installation of the LORO-XD RADIMONT Fitting Pipe Connection in the Pipeline Join the assembled LORO-XD RADIMONT Fitting Pipe Connection (4.1) into the pipeline. For Fitting Pipe Connection No. 8150X: use pressure pipe clips, No. 8063X (5.1). Für Paßrohrverbindung Nr. 8152X : Druckrohrschelle Nr. 8067X verwenden. 6. Fixing the LORO-XD RADIMONT Fitting Pipe Connection Fix the Fitting Pipe Connection, by using the two-piece support ring No. 5652X, with the pressure pipe clip (6.1). 7. Sichern der LORO-XD RADIMONT Paßrohrverbindung Paßrohrverbindung, Nr. 8150X : bauseits beidseitig mit geeignetem Befestigungsmaterial axial sichern (Festpunkte). Paßrohrverbindung, Nr. 8152X : mit Gewindestangen axial sichern (7.1). 7. Securing the LORO-XD RADIMONT Fitting Pipe Connection Pipe Connection No. 8150X: Secure onsite axially at both sides using suitable fixing material (fixed points).
