RULES FIS YOUTH CUP NORDIC COMBINED 2017-2018 Legend: YONC = FIS Youth Nordic Combined 1. Calendar Planning as well as entry and Appointment of the Competitions 1.1 FIS Youth Cup Nordic Combined Each National Ski Association is entitled to apply to the Nordic Combined Committee for FIS Youth Cup competitions by the pre-established deadline. 2. Participation Right for YONC competitions 2.1 Age Limits Category Youth I Girls and Boys born 2005, 2004, 2003 can start in season 2017-2018. Category Youth II Girls born 2002 and older can start in season 2017-2018. Boys born 2002, 2001 and 2000 can start in season 2017-2018. 2.2 Only competitors with a FIS Code are allowed to be entered. Each National Ski Association has full responsibility for the qualification of its competitors for YONC competitions and for their ability to handle the jumping hills being used. 2.3 Number of Participants for the National Ski Associations There is no limit on number of athletes from the National Ski Associations. 3. Competition Modes and Starting Order The YONC competitions have to be carried out according to ICR art. 540 and 542 (individual competitions) with the following supplements: Calculation: 5.0 km 15 Pts. per minute 4.0 km 20 Pts. per minute 3.0 km 20 Pts. per minute 2.0 km 28 Pts. per minute 4x1.5 km 15 Pts. per minute Cat l: Course length maximum 5 km. Cat ll: Course length maximum 7.5 km. The Organising Committee in coordination with the Youth Coordinator/Jury will decide the length of the course for both categories. Hill Size (HS) for the category Youth I should not be more than 75 m. 3.1 For individual competitions the competitors will be divided into two groups. The number sequence of the groups is as follows: Group I: Athletes without Youth Cup points Group II: Athletes with Youth Cup points The starting order within the group will be determined as follows: Group I: Draw Group II: Sorted after points with the highest point score starting at the end.

Points Distribution Youth Cup, summer and winter 1 st place = 100 points 16 th place = 15 points 2 nd place = 80 points 17 th place = 14 points 3 rd place = 60 points 18 th place = 13 points 4 th place = 50 points 19 th place = 12 points 5 th place = 45 points 20 th place = 11 points 6 th place = 40 points 21 st place = 10 points 7 th place = 36 points 22 nd place = 9 points 8 th place = 32 points 23 rd place = 8 points 9 th place = 29 points 24 th place = 7 points 10 th place = 26 points 25 th place = 6 points 11 th place = 24 points 26 th place = 5 points 12 th place = 22 points 27 th place = 4 points 13 th place = 20 points 28 th place = 3 points 14 th place = 18 points 29 th place = 2 points 15 th place = 16 points 30 th place = 1 point 5. Exceptions for the Competition Equipment for Category Youth I 5.1 Skis: Ski length max. 140 % of the body height and no BMI rule. 5.2 Suits: Number of parts is not limited; the design (cut) of the suit is not limited. Suit must be fitted to the body. 6. Payment of Expenses 6.1 Every YONC competition organiser must take over the following costs for each participating National Ski Association according to the following key: 3 athletes boys 3 athletes girls Girls born in 1999 and older are not within the paid quota. 6.2 Payment for Officials National rules for payment of officials apply. 6.3 Accommodation Room and full pension in the competition resort for the duration of the event, beginning one night before the first official training resp. the following night after the last competition (exceptions have to be confirmed by the FIS Race Director). The Organising Committee must send out an invitation and information packet to each National Ski Association. Participating teams must enter their competitors prior to the published deadline. By doing so, the Organising Committee secure the required number of booked reservation. For booked room reservation not used, the organiser has the right to demand a cancellation fee from the resp. National Ski Association. By no means the organiser or the Hotel manager are allowed, without agreement of the team captain, to demand the vacating of the rooms on the day of the competition. 7. Timing and Data Service The Organising Committee can use a local timing and data provider. 8. Nomination of Officials Nomination of officials will be done in cooperation between the Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Official, Rules and Control and the national Obman. TD of the YONC should have the FIS TD licence or at minimum be a FIS TD Candidate. 9. Control The FIS nominates a Youth Coordinator who must possess a TD-license for Nordic Combined. (see ICR Art. 503.5). The Youth Coordinator reports to the Race Director Nordic Combined. REGLEMENT FIS JUGEND NORDISCHE KOMBINATION 2017-2018 Legende: YONC = FIS Jugend Nordische Kombination 1. Kalenderplanung sowie Anmeldung und Zuteilung der Wettkämpfe 1.1 FIS Jugend Nordische Kombination Jeder Nationale Skiverband ist berechtigt, bis zum ausgeschriebenen Termin FIS Jugend-Wettkämpfe beim Komitee der Nordischen Kombination anzumelden. 2. Startberechtigung für YONC-Wettkämpfe 2.1 Altersgrenzen Kategorie Jugend I Startberechtigt für die Saison 2017-2018 sind Mädchen und Burschen der Jahrgänge 2005, 2004 und 2003. Kategorie Jungend II Startberechtigt für die Saison 2017-2018 sind Mädchen der Jahrgänge 2002 und älter. Startberechtigt für die Saison 2017-2078 sind Burschen der Jahrgänge 2002, 2001 und 2000. 2.2 Es dürfen nur Wettkämpfer, welche bereits einen FIS-Code besitzen, zum Wettkampf angemeldet werden. Jeder Nationale Skiverband entscheidet selbst, ob die vorgesehenen Athleten die für die YONC-Wettkämpfe erforderliche Qualifikation besitzen. Mit der Anmeldung übernimmt er zugleich die Verantwortung dafür, dass seine gemeldeten Teilnehmer die zu benützende Sprungschanze voll beherrschen. 2.3 Teilnehmerquoten der Nationalen Skiverbände Es gibt keine Teilnehmerquote für die Nationalen Skiverbände. 3. Durchführung von YONC-Wettkämpfen Die YONC-Wettkämpfe sind auf der Grundlage der IWO-Artikel 540 und 542 (Einzel-Wettkämpfe) mit folgenden Ergänzungen durchzuführen: Kalkulation: 5.0 km 15 Pts. pro Minute 4.0 km 20 Pts. pro Minute 3.0 km 20 Pts. pro Minute 2.0 km 28 Pts. pro Minute 4x1.5 km 15 Pts. pro Minute Kat l: Streckenlänge Maximum 5 km. Kat ll: Streckenlänge Maximum 7.5 km. Das Organisationskomitee in Koordination mit dem Jugend Koordinator/Jury wird die Streckenlänge für beide Kategorien festlegen. Die Hill Size (HS) für den YONC Bewerb sollte für die Kategorie Jugend I nicht mehr als 75 m betragen.
3.1 Für die Einzelwettkämpfe werden zwei Gruppen gebildet. Die Gruppenreihenfolge ist wie folgt: - Gruppe I: Athleten ohne Punkte - Gruppe II: Athleten mit Punkte Die Startreihenfolge innerhalb der Gruppe wird folgendermassen ermittelt. Bei: - der Gruppe I: Auslosung - der Gruppe II: nach Punkten, wobei die höchste Punktzahl ans Ende gesetzt wird. 4. Punkteverteilung Youth Cup, Sommer und Winter 1. Rang = 100 Punkte 16. Rang = 40 Punkte 21. Rang = 10 Punkte 7. Rang = 36 Punkte 22. Rang = 9 Punkte 8. Rang = 32 Punkte 23. Rang = 8 Punkte 9. Rang = 29 Punkte 24. Rang = 7 Punkte 10. Rang = 26 Punkte 25. Ausnahmen für die Wettkampfausrüstung Kategorie Jugend I 5.1 Skilänge: max. 140 % der Körpergrosse (ohne BMI Tabelle) 5.2 Anzug: Anzahl der Teile unbegrenzt, Schnitt unbegrenzt. Der Anzug muss zum Körper passen 6. YONC-Spesenvergütungen 6.1 Jeder YONC Veranstalter muss folgende Kosten für die teilnehmenden Nationen zu folgendem Schlüssel übernehmen: - 3 Athleten - 3 Athletinnen Mädchen ab Jahrgang 1999 und älter werden hier nicht berücksichtigt 6.2 Spesenvergütung für Offizielle Das nationale Reglement für die Spesenvergütung an Offizielle wird angewendet. 6.3 Unterkunft Aufenthalt bei Vollpension im Ort der Veranstaltung während der Dauer des Wettkampfes, beginnend mit der Nacht vor dem ersten offiziellen Training bzw. der darauf folgenden Nacht nach dem letzten Wettkampf (Ausnahmen müssen durch den FIS Renndirektor bestätigt werden). 01.06.2017 Reglement FIS Jugend Nordische Kombination 2017-2018 - 2 -
Das Organisationskomitee muss eine Einladung mit einem Informationspaket und Meldetermin an alle Nationalen Skiverbände verschicken. Anspruch auf reservierte Unterkunft haben die teilnehmenden Nationen nur für jene Anzahl von Personen, die rechtzeitig zum Anmeldetermin gemeldet waren. Bei Zimmerreservierungen, die nicht in Anspruch genommen werden, ist der Veranstalter berechtigt, eine Stornogebühr beim betreffenden Nationalen Verband einzufordern. Auf keinen Fall darf ohne Zustimmung der Mannschaftsführer durch den Veranstalter oder die Hoteldirektion die Räumung der Zimmer der Mannschaften am Wettkampftag verfügt werden. 7. Zeitmessung und Daten Service Das Organisationskomitee kann eine lokale Zeitmessung und Daten Service benutzen. Die offiziellen Resultate müssen per XML direkt auf die FIS Website geladen werden: <alpineresults@fisski.ch>. 8. Nominierung von Offiziellen Die Nominierung der Offiziellen wird in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorsitzenden des Sub-Komitees Offizielle, Regeln und Kontrolle und dem nationalen Obmann gemacht. Der TD des YONC sollte eine FIS TD Lizenz haben oder mindestens ein FIS TD Kandidat sein. 9. Kontrolle Die FIS nominiert einen Youth Koordinator, der im Besitz einer gültigen TD-Lizenz für Nordische Kombination sein muss (siehe IWO Art. 503.5). Der Youth Koordinator berichtet dem Renndirektor Nordische Kombination.
