WACHSKABINEN WAX CABINS Jede Nation bekommt die Wachskabine vom Veranstalter zugeteilt. Die Schlüssel können gegen Euro 50,- Kaution im Rennbüro im Basisgebäude abgeholt werden. Wir bitten jede Nation die Wachskabinen sauber zu hinterlassen. The wax cabins will be allocated by the organizers for each nation. The keys can be collected at the race office on deposit of Euro 50,-. We kindly ask each nation to leave the cabins clean. PARKPLÄTZE PARKING SPACE Aufgrund des erhöhten Bedarfs an Wachskabinen und der fixen Größe des Parkplatzes möchten wir bereits im Vorhinein darauf hinweisen, dass die Anzahl der Parkplätze beschränkt ist. Jedoch möchten wir in diesem Zuge auf unser Shuttle Service aufmerksam machen. Sehr gerne holen wir Sportler, Trainer oder Offizielle direkt vom Hotel oder aber auch von einem anderen Parkplatz, wie z.b. Akkreditierungsparkplatz ab. Wir sind euch bei der Organisation eines Shuttle Services sehr gerne behilflich. Anbei aber auch die Telefonnummer der Chauffeure für eine mögliche Selbstorganisation. SPORTLERVERPFLEGUNG CATERING FOR ATHLETES Der Veranstalter bietet für Sportler, Trainer etc. die Möglichkeit das Mittagessen während der Wettkampftage vor Ort einzunehmen. Wir haben versucht uns gegenüber dem letzten Jahr zu verbessern und haben einen eigenen Verpflegungscontainer organisiert. Dieser befindet sich neben den Wachshütten am Parkplatz. Auf dem Menü stehen Penne mit Tomatensauce, sowie Suppe mit einer Einlage, am Speiseplan. Zusätzlich haben die Sportler die Möglichkeit sich in diesem Container aufzuhalten und Getränke zu sich zu nehmen. Wir bitten jedoch die Trainer die Anzahl der Essen im Vorhinein bekannt zu geben (spätestens einen Tag vorher), um einen reibungslosen Ablauf garantieren zu können. Der Mannschaftsführer kann dann auch die vorbereiteten Essensmarken im Subrennbüro abholen. The organizer offers the opportunity for athletes, coaches, etc. to have lunch at the Casino Arena during the days of competition. This year we tried to approve the catering for the athletes. That s why we installed an extra Container for the Catering. The container is located right next to the waxcabins at the parking space. The menu includes Penne with Tomato Sauce as well as soup. The Team Captain should register the number of athletes on the previous day at the team captains meeting. He will receive specially prepared food stamps for his team at the sub race office.
PREISVERTEILUNG PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY Dieses Jahr finden die Winner Presentations wie auch die Preisverteilungen unmittelbar nach den Wettkämpfen direkt in der Casino Arena statt. Statt dessen bieten wir dieses Jahr ein abwechslungsreiches Rahmenprogramm an. (siehe Beilage und Zeitplan) This year the winner presentations as well as the prize giving ceremonies will take place directly after the competitions at the Casino Arena. Instead of the saturday evening prize giving ceremony we have different side events. (see attachement and schedule)
AUSZAHLUNG DES PREISGELDES PAYMENT OF THE PRIZE MONEY Die Gewinner der Plätze 1-20 der einzelnen Bewerben müssen jeweils nach dem Bewerb unbedingt das notwendige Preisgeldformular unterschreiben, um das gewonnene Preisgeld überweisen zu können. Unbedingt an die Athleten weiterleiten! The winners of the position 1-20 of each competition need to sign the necessary prize money form right after every competiti in order to be able to transfer the prize money. Please tell this information to your athletes! AUSZAHLUNG DER REISEKOSTEN PAYMENT OF TRAVEL FEES Die Reisekosten werden bei der ersten Mannschaftsführersitzung am Donnerstag, 16. Jänner 2014 in bar ausgezahlt. Sollte der Funktionär oder Mannschaftsführer nicht das Geld abholen, werden die Reisekosten überwiesen! The travel money will be paid at the first Team Captains Meeting on Thursday 16th January 2014 in cash. In case that the Team Captain doesn t pick up the money, it will be transferred!
