With its economic success, social and cultural involvement, and carefully considered employment of resources, EUROPARK Salzburg has set new and permanent international standards. 7 SES opened the downtown shopping center WEBERZEILE at a traditional retail location in Ried, Upper Austria s regional capital, in August The shopping center offers 50 shops on two floors and a total of 22,000 m2 of leasable area within easy walking access of the rest of the old town s retail establishments. The innovative center s architecture integrates harmoniously into the cityscape. The W EBERZEILE combines several international trends in commercial real estate: It is not a pure shopping site, but also offers high-quality living and meeting places, extensive gastronomy accessible from outside, and is intensively crosslinked with the city center. Extra-wide parking spaces are available to customers on two underground parking levels. 22 EXPANSION & NEW PROJECTS Coming soon 2017 HUMA ELEVEN - Extension, Vienna, Austria: Traditional retail site in a completely new style Bewährter Handelsstandort in völlig neuem Stil The HUMA ELEVEN Shopping Center is situated in Vienna s 11th district, one of the capital s largest, in the southeastern corner of the city at an outstanding and traditional location. The roots of this retail location date back to the 1970s and these have been further strengthened over the years due to its popularity and the long-term presence of strong brands. The center owners, the Munich-based Jost Hurler Group, invested in the complete relaunch of HUMA E LEVEN and, together with SES, opened a totally new shopping center featuring ambitious architecture and a feel-good atmosphere in March The relaunch has developed the center into an urban community center that is Vienna s most modern. The new HUMA ELEVEN will be expanded by a further component to a total of over 50,000 m2 and over 90 shops by Das HUMA ELEVEN liegt im 11. Wiener Gemeindebezirk im Südosten Wiens, an einem dominanten und traditionellen Standort eines der größten Stadtteile der Bundeshauptstadt. Der Eigentümer, die Jost Hurler Unternehmensgruppe aus München, investierte in den umfassenden Relaunch des HUMA ELEVEN und eröffnete im März 2016 gemeinsam mit SES ein komplett neu erbautes Shopping-Center mit architektonisch hohem Anspruch und einer sympathischen Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Center entwickelte sich durch den Relaunch zum urbanen Stadtteil-Center und zum modernsten Shopping-Center Wiens. Das neue HUMA ELEVEN wird bis 2017 noch um einen weiteren Bauteil auf insgesamt über Quadratmeter und über 90 Shops erweitert. It is responsible for the design, realization, and operation of a managed shopping mile in the local supplier zone of Vienna s new lakeside suburb. Ground floor space on the main shopping street has been allocated for retail, gastronomy, and service operations and is to be leased to shop partners in accordance with a defined segment mix. SES is providing its know-how for the utilization concept, the leasing of the floor space, and management. 26 Coming soon 2019 SEESTADT BREGENZ, Austria: New quarter with shops, homes, workplaces and leisure facilities Neues Quartier für Shopping, Wohnen, Arbeiten und Freizeit By 2019, a new quarter with shops, homes, workplaces, and leisure facilities is to be created in the center of Vorarlberg s capital, right next to Lake Constance. The project is especially interesting, as it will link up to the town s pedestrian precinct, and to the festival quarter via an open bridge. It is to be implemented by a joint venture formed by SES and its project partner PRISMA. SES is providing the know-how for the creation of the segment and shop mix and will be responsible for the leasing, as well as the management of the retail floor space. At the new center, the Zara brand will open its first store in the region one of its largest in Austria which will cover three floors in the SEESTADT.
