1 Einleitung CANopen-Bussystem für Aufzüge In den Aufzugstableaus sind teilweise viele Befehlsgeber und Anzeigemodule vorhanden, die in der Regel über zahlreiche parallele Leitungen angeschlossen werden müssen. Durch die zum Teil aufwändige Verdrahtung ist der gewünschte schnelle und einfache Einbau der Tableaus selten gegeben. Lösungen und Konzepte für eine direkte Busanbindung von Aufzugstableaus sind seit langem im Gespräch. Teillösungen wurden durch die Definition einer Standardsteckerbelegung für den Anschluss von Kabinentableaus erreicht. Somit konnten zumindest die Kabinentableaus fertig vorverdrahtet und mit einem steckbaren Anschlusskabel geliefert werden (System VAT). Bussysteme kommen zwar im Aufzugsbereich vielfältig zum Einsatz, doch wenn Baugruppen unterschiedlicher Hersteller zu einer gemeinsamen Aufzugsanlage kombiniert werden sollen, fehlte es bisher an einem einheitlichen Standard für ein Bussystem. Durch die Definition des CANopen Applika tionsprofils CiA-DSP-417 für Aufzüge ist dies endlich geschehen. Die Hans & Jos. Kronenberg GmbH hat intensiv bei der Definition dieser CANopen Schnittstelle mitgearbeitet und einen entsprechenden CANopen Knoten speziell für Aufzugstableaus entwickelt. Der CANopen Knoten Typ CBK1 kann sowohl im Kabinen- als auch im Außentableau verwendet werden. Er besitzt acht Eingänge und Ausgänge. Über einen 10-poligen Pfostenstecker können bis zu 16 Erweiterungsplatinen vom Typ CBE1 angeschlossen werden, die jeweils weitere acht Eingänge und Ausgänge zur Verfügung stellen. Die Erweiterung wird entweder mit acht 3-poligen Steckverbindern oder mit zwei 10-poligen abziehbaren Schraubklemmenleisten bestückt. Die CBK1 besitzt zwei serielle Schnittstellen für die Ansteuerung von Geräten. So können z.b. zwei Digitalanzeigen angesteuert werden, ohne einen Ausgang zu belegen. Die vorhandenen Steckverbinder und Anschlussleitungen für die Vorverdrahtung der Tastelemente (System VAT) wurden übernommen oder alternativ Steckverbinder mit Schneidklemmtechnik verwendet. Auf die beiden verbreiteten Varianten der Verdrahtung für gemeinsame Kathode (aktiv high) oder gemeinsame Anode (aktiv low) konnte nun endlich verzichtet werden. Auch von der üblichen gemeinsamen Signalleitung für Eingang und Ausgang (Rufleitung) wurde Abstand genommen und Eingang und Ausgang am 3-poligen Steckverbinder getrennt. Einen Einfluss auf die Tastelemente und deren Verdrahtung hat dies allerdings nicht. Es ermöglicht aber die freie Belegung von Ein- und Ausgang. So ist es z. B. möglich, ein Überlast-Leuchtfeld und einen Vorzug-Schlüsselschalter an einen 3-poligen Steckverbinder anzuschließen. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die problemlose Realisierung der akustischen Tastenquittierung wie es in der DIN EN 1-70 gefordert wird. Die akustische Tastenquittierung erfolgt nur dann, wenn die Steuerung den Ruf annimmt oder bereits quittiert hat. Dies ist bei der konventionellen Verdrahtung nur sehr schwierig zu realisieren. Die akustische Quittierung ist durch den eingebauten Signalgeber der CBK1 bereits im Standard enthalten und mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen parametrierbar. Weil das Leitungsnetz einer Aufzugsanlage in einer großen Aufzuggruppe sehr ausgedehnt sein kann, ist mit entsprechenden Störungen zu rechnen. Es wurde daher großen Wert auf die Funktionssicherheit gelegt. Der CAN-Bus wurde galvanisch von der restlichen Elektronik getrennt und eine CAN-Drossel eingesetzt. Die Baugruppen CBK und CBE besitzen selbstrückstellende Eingangssicherungen und kurzschlussfeste Ausgänge. Die Parametereinstellungen werden im Prozessor und zusätzlich in einem austauschbaren EEPROM gespeichert. Dadurch lassen sich die Parameter auf eine andere Baugruppe übertragen oder es können Parameteränderungen durch das Austauschen der EEPROMs durchgeführt werden. Die Aufzugstableaus mit CANopen-Bussystem werden von der Kronenberg GmbH auftragsbezogen fertig verdrahtet und parametriert geliefert, damit eine möglichst einfache und schnelle Inbetriebnahme gegeben ist. Konfektionierte Verbindungskabel CAN-Kab für den Anschluss der Kabinen- und Etagentableaus können auf Wunsch geliefert werden. Für Änderungen der Konfiguration oder Diagnose des CANopen-Netzwerkes kann z.b. das Software-Tool CANwizard der BÖHNKE + PARTNER GmbH verwendet werden. Die benötigten EDS-Dateien für die CBK1 werden bei diesem Software-Tool in der Regel mitgeliefert. 266 Hans & Jos. Kronenberg GmbH Technische Änderungen vorbehalten

2 Introduction CANopen bus systems for lifts Lift operating panels include many control devices and display modules. The customer has to connect them via numerous parallel wires. A fast and easy installation of the operating panels is often impossible. Solutions and concepts for a direct bus connection of lift operating panels have been discussed for a long time. Partial solutions have been achieved by the definition of a standard connector assignment for the connection of car operating panels. Thus at least the car operating panels could be delivered completely prewired and with a pluggable connecting cable (system VAT). In the lift sector bus systems are used in many producer specific ways. If assembly groups of different producers are to be combined to a common lift construction, the uniform standard for a bus system has always been missing. By the definition of the CANopen application profile for lift control systems CiA DSP this has finally been achieved. Hans & Jos. Kronenberg GmbH have intensively contributed to the definition of this CANopen application profile and have developed a corresponding CANopen device especially for lift operating panels. The CANopen device CBK1 can be used in car operating panels and landing stations. It comprises eight inputs and outputs. Up to 16 extensions CBE1 with each eight further inputs and outputs can be connected. The extensions are either available with connectors or with screw terminals. The CBK1 disposes of two serial interfaces for the control of devices. Thus for example two digital displays can be controlled without occupying an output. The existing connectors and connecting cables for the prewiring of pushbutton elements have been taken over (system VAT). Alternatively insulation displacement connectors are used. An advantage is that the different customer specific wiring with common cathode (active high) or common anode (active low) are no longer necessary. Also the common signal line for input and output (call line) can be renounced. Input and output are separated at the 3-pole connector. This does not have any influence on the pushbutton elements and their wiring, but it permits the free assignment of in- and output. Thus it is possible to connect an overload illuminated field and a key switch to a 3-pole connector. Another advantage is the trouble-free realisation of the acoustic pushbutton acknowledgement at call acceptance as required in the DIN EN The acoustic pushbutton acknowledgement is only made if the controller has accepted or already acknowledged the call. This is difficult to realise at the conventional wiring. A buzzer with different functions of acoustic acknowledgement is integrated in the standard CBK1. The wiring of a lift installation can be very large in a big lift group. Corresponding EMC-failures can be experienced. Therefore operational reliability has been given great importance within the design. The CAN-Bus is galvanically separated from the remaining electronic and a CAN-choke is used. Each assembly group CBK and CBE includes a self-resetting input fuse and the outputs are short-circuit proof. The parameter settings are additionally saved in an exchangeable EEPROM. Thus the parameters can be assigned to other assembly groups or parameter changes can be carried out by exchanging the EEPROMs. Hans & Jos. Kronenberg GmbH deliver lift operating panels wired order-related and parameterised so that a fast and easy initial operation is possible. Converted connecting cables CAN-Kab for the connection of car operating panels and landing stations can be delivered on request. For modifications of the configuration or the diagnosis of the CANopen-network e.g. the software tool CANwizard of BÖHNKE + PARTNER GmbH can be used.
