5 Serie M Pompe per vuoto e compressori a membrana Diaphragm vacuum pumps and compressors Membranvakuumpumpen und Kompressoren Bombas de vacío y compresores de membrana Le pompe per vuoto a membrana serie M41 hanno il corpo pompa in Ryton, la membrana e la guarnizione in VITON oppure in EPDM. Le pompe serie M71 hanno il corpo pompa in alluminio anticorodal galvanicamente trattato, le membrane e le guarnizioni possono essere fatte in NBR, EPDM o VITON. Tutte le pompe sono disponibili in versione con singola o doppia testa per l utilizzo in parallelo od in serie, e con motori in corrente continua oppure corrente alternata monofase. Completamente senza olio e prive di manutenzione le stesse vengono utilizzate per generare vuoto o pressione. Vengono fornite complete di motore alimentato in corrente alternata monofase oppure in corrente continua. Sono disponibili in versione con singolo o doppio pistone per l impiego in parallelo ed in serie. Sono completamente oil free, privi di manutenzione, ed oltre che per generare pressione possono essere utilizzati come pompe per vuoto. Piston compressors have a special steelmade cylinder, piston, connecting rod, supports and head made of reinforced nylon. They are supplied duly fitted with A.C. single phase or D.C. motors. Pumps are supplied duly fitted with A.C. single phase or D.C. motors. They are used for creating vacuum, but sometimes they can also compress air. Pumps can be supplied either with single or double pump body. The double body type allows the use both in parallel and in series. Rotary vane vacuum pumps are maintenance free. R15 S D.C. 53 R15 D A.C. 02 Die Drehschiebervakuumpumpen haben das Pumpengehäuse mit Stator und Deckeln aus gesintertem Material, gesinterten Rotor aus Messing, und Schieber aus gehärtetem Stahl. Sono in forma costruttiva monoblocco con il rotore montato direttamente sull albero del motore riducendo così peso ed ingombri. I principali vantaggi sono: Aria allo scarico non inquinante priva di vapori d olio ed assolutamente secca Funzionamento molto silenzioso Dimensioni ridotte. Possono essere fornite complete di filtri all aspirazione ed allo scarico. Il loro utilizzo è possibile in svariati settori industriali (movimentazione, imballaggio, automatismi ecc.) anche laddove è necessario un servizio continuo. La semplicità costruttiva permette, qualora necessario, una facile e veloce sostituzione delle palette.
