2 otion ler C2 The C2 (otion ler) is the connective link between a higher-ranking control level (PLC, IPC etc.) and one or more SIEB & EYER drives (series SD2/SD2S and FC2). It receives data and commands from the higher-ranking control and forwards these to the drive. Communication The higher-ranking control is connected to the C2 via Ethernet or by means of an optional field bus module (Profinet, EtherCAT, Profibus etc.). Of course a stand-alone solution can also be realized. This could be controlled e.g. via the internal inputs and outputs. The communication with the SIEB & EYER drives is established via SERVOLINK 4 (optical fibers) developed by SIEB & EYER. Up to 8 drives can be connected to one C2. Real-time transmission A real-time operating system runs in the C2. Therefore the data are transmitted synchronously to the drive amplifiers. This makes controlled spatial movement of the axes possible. As an option the C2 can also be equipped with a soft PLC (according to IEC 61131). Then you can program cycles for the connected axes. Der C2 (otion ler) ist das Bindeglied zwischen einer übergeordneten Steuerungsebene (SPS, IPC etc) und einem oder mehreren SIEB & EYER-Antrieben (Serien SD2/SD2S und FC2). Er empfängt und verarbeitet die Daten und Kommandos von der übergeordneten Steuerung und leitet sie an den Antrieb weiter. Kommunikation Die übergeordnete Steuerung ist über Ethernet oder über ein optionales Feldbusmodul (Profinet, EtherCAT, Profibus etc.) mit dem C2 verbunden. Selbstverständlich ist auch eine Stand-Alone-Lösung umsetzbar, die z. B. über die internen Ein- und Ausgänge gesteuert werden kann. Die Kommunikation mit den SIEB & EYER-Antrieben findet immer über SERVOLINK 4 (Lichtwellenleiter) von SIEB & EYER statt. Es können bis zu 8 Antriebe an einen C2 angeschlossen werden. Echtzeitübertragung Im C2 selbst läuft ein Echtzeit-Betriebssystem, mit dem die Daten zeitsynchron zu den Antriebsverstärkern übertragen werden können. Dadurch ist eine kontrollierte Raumbewegung der Achsen möglich. Der C2 kann optional auch mit einer Soft-SPS (nach IEC 61131) bestückt werden. it dieser können Sie dann Abläufe für die angeschlossenen Achsen programmieren. otion ler C2
