1 Option (Schränke / abinets) 19 Schränke als aukastensystem bis cabinets as kit in up to 42U llgemeines iese Schranksysteme nach N/ :2006 sind standardmäßig in zwei rößen und für folgende Netzgeräte und elektronische Lasten mit 19 ehäuse erhältlich: -PS U - PS U - PS U - L LR 9000 Konfigurationen für andere Serien und Schrankgrößen (öhe/tiefe) sowie Mischbestückung auf nfrage. usführung ie Schränke sind stets vorkonfektioniert, teils nach Kundenwunsch bestückt und abgestimmt. e nach Schranktyp und ufbau können bis zu 12 eräte pro Schrank eingesetzt werden. Üblicherweise ist Parallelschaltung aller eräte im Schranke vorgesehen. s können aber alle einzeln betrieben werden (Mehrkanal-Lösung), was den -usgang bzw. - ingang angeht. s ist auch möglich ruppen von parallelgeschalteten eräten zu bilden oder auch Mischbestückung, um innerhalb eines Schrankes ein Quelle-Senke-System zu erhalten. as rundsystem besteht aus Schrank, -us (Netzanschlußfeld) und - us (normalerweise Kupferschienen). eneral These cabinet systems, compliant to N/ :2006, are available in two sizes and for following power supply or electronic load series with 19 enclosure: PS U PS U PS U L 9000 LR 9000 onfigurations for other series and cabinet sizes (height/depth), as well as mixed combination of devices upon request. onfiguration The cabinets are always preconfigured with the customer s selection of components. epending on the cabinet type and setup, up to 12 units can be equipped per system. 2 19 Schränke als aukastensystem bis 42 / 19 cabinets as kit in up to 42U Option (Schränke / abinets) -nschluß ür Netzgeräte, rückspeisende elektronische Lasten und auch Mischbestückungen aus beiden ist immer entweder ein in-phasen oder rei-phasen- Netzanschlußfeld vorhanden. n bhängigkeit vom sich ergebenden -seitigen Strom kann der Schrank auch mit einer nschlußleitung mit -Stecker (16, 32 oder 63 ) geliefert werden. ür nicht rückspeisende Lasten, die mit wenig Netzstrom auskommen, wird ein einphasiger Netzanschluß vorgesehen, der über ein Standard-Netzkabel versorgt werden kann. -nschluß er -nschluß bzw. -us ist meist über Kupferschienen bzw. zusätzlich ochspannungskabel parallel verschaltet und anschlußfertig (Schraubanschlüsse). Leistung e nach asis-schrank und den gewählten eräten sind esamtleistungen von 180 kw (Netzgeräte) bzw. 126 kw (rückspeisende Lasten) pro Schrank erreichbar. Normen & TÜV-Prüfung ie Schränke können auf nfrage nach /N : gefertigt werden. ußerdem wird optional eine zusätzliche TÜV-Prüfung mit schriftlichem Testbericht oder eine Vor-Ort-Überprüfung mit Konformitätsbescheinigung angeboten, wobei der TÜV den fertigen Schrank vor uslieferung begutachtet. Personen-Sicherheit rundsätzlich sind die Schränke für die bestmögliche Personen-Sicherheit gebaut. So werden z.. die Kupferschienen am -us, die teils sehr hohe Spannungen führen können, immer mit bdeckungen versehen. Zusätzlich können die Schränke mit einem Not-us-System ausgestattet werden, daß im efahrenfall die -seitige Trennung des Schrankes über Schütze bewirkt. usgelöst werden kann das Not-us manuell über einen Not-us-Knopf am Schrank oder einen externen Not-us-Kontakt, sowie automatisch durch eine nterlock-schleife (Türkontakte) beim Öffnen des Schrankes. Software Unterstützt werden Schranksysteme, die als Master-Slave-System konfiguriert sind oder wo alle eräte einzeln angesprochen werden sollen, durch die Software Power ontrol (siehe Seite 177). iese kann überwachen, steuern, aber auch aten aufzeichnen. ußerdem stehen für anwenderspezifische Software-Projekte LabView Vs zur schnellen inbindung des Schrankes über US oder thernet zur Verfügung. aukastensystem in Schranksystem besteht immer mindestens aus einem Schrank, ein oder eräten und der Verkabelung. s sind außerdem optionale Komponenten verfügbar, siehe Tabellen unten. enerell erfolgt die Wahl des Schranksystem nach der geforderten esamtleistung, die wiederum die nzahl der eräte bestimmt und diese wiederum die röße des Schrankes. ohe Ströme erfordern dickere und schwerere Kupferschienen, hohe Spannungen dagegen ochvoltkabel, die am -nschluß zusammengeführt werden. rid connection abinets for power supplies, recuperating electronic loads or mixed system of both device types feature a one-phase or three-phase power grid connection terminal. epending on the resulting supply current, a cabinet can also be delivered with a supply cable and plug (16, 32 or 63 ). Standard electronic loads, which only require small currents, are usually delivered with a standard mains cord. connection y default, the connection (or bus) connects all units in parallel with coppers bars resp. additional high voltage cables for high voltage systems. The bus is directly accessible on screw points. Power epending on the base system and the selected device models, a total power of up to 180 kw (using power supplies) or 126 kw (using electronic loads) can be achieved. Standards & TÜV approval The cabinets can be manufactured according to /N : upon request. There are furthermore the options to let the TÜV perform an extensive approval test including a written test report, or to let them perform an on-location test on the fully built and equipped cabinet (technical and visual inspection), which results in a conformity certificate. Safety The construction of the cabinets ensures high safety for persons. This is, for example, achieved by putting protective covers on the bus, where high voltage can be present. or other situations and additional safety, the cabinets can be equipped with an emergency off system which can cut off the entire cabinet from supply in case of an emergency. The cut-off is either initiated manually with a switch or by door contacts (interlock loop) when accidentally opening the cabinet rear doors. Software The cabinet systems are supported by the software Power ontrol (see page 177), no matter if configured for master-slave or not. This software can monitor and control the unit(s), as well as record data. or custom applications and software projects, there are LabView Vs available, which allow for fast implementation of the cabinet via US or thernet. Kit system asically, the cabinet system consists of a cabinet, one thru ten units and cabling. ut there are various options available, see tables below. The cabinet system is selected according to the requirements of the application. Mit maximal 15 kw pro erät läßt sich ein System mit 150 kw realisieren, dessen usgangsstrom bis zu 5100 gehen kann, nutzbar z.. für lektro-plating oder Schweißen. xample 1: 42U cabinet, equipped with 10 units of power supplies in 3U height, for example PS U series. With a maximum of 15 kw per unit, the cabinet has a total power of 150 kw. igh currents of up to 5100 can be used for electroplating or welding. eispiel 2: in 24 -Schrank, bestückt mit 5elektronischen Lasten LR 9000 mit je 3, sowie einer Netzüberwachungseinheit. urch die bis zu 10.5 kw ingangsleistung pro erät kann der Schrank somit bis zu 52.5 kw bei Strömen bis 2050 maximal aufnehmen, beispielsweise zum Test von ochkapazitätsbatterien oder ähnlichen Spannungsquellen. xample 2: 24U cabinet, equipped with 5 units of electronic loads LR 9000 in 3U height, plus an automatic isolation unit. With up to 10.5 kw input power per unit, the cabinet can take a total power of max 52.5 kw. igh currents of up to 2050 can be used to test high capacity batteries or other high performance power sources. eispiel 3: ine gemischte estückung eines 42 -Schrankes mit fünf Stück Netzgeräten in 3, z.. aus Serie PS U, und fünf elektronischen Lasten LR 9000 (rückspeisend) oder L 9000 (nicht rückspeisend), in jeweils 3. ie fünf Netzgeräte können 25 kw, 50 kw oder 75 kw liefern, während die fünf Lasten max kw ingangsleistung aufnehmen. iese Kombination eignet sich zum eispiel sehr gut für einen Zwei-Quadranten-etrieb. xample 3: Mixed configuration in a 42U cabinet, equipped with 5 units of power supplies in 3U height, for example PS U series, and 5 units of electronic loads LR 9000 (back-feeding) or L 9000 (not back-feeding) with 3U each.
