2 CHECKLIST - IATA TRAVEL AGENT CHECK LIST Please note that as of 4 th of October 2016 all Change requests should only be submitted via IATA customer portal at Please note that in case you are not a portal user ( you need to register and then use the dedicated service IATA Accreditation and Changes. Please note that IATA may request any additional document during the Application/Change process that might be considered as necessary to meet the qualifications. Change of Ownership Change of Ownership Notice of Change Form signed by authorised person of the Agency (transferor and transferee) Note: If this represents a complete (major) change to the owners and/or legal status of the Agency then the following documents are also required. Application Form signed and stamped by authorised person of the Agency Official Certificate of Company Registration (where applicable) Bank Guarantee timely unlimited, alternatively a declaration of assignment on a fixed deposit account, the level will be set after receipt of the application form and Notice of Change Form (samples attached in Page 5 & 6) List of Shareholders Notary Certificate SEPA Form (two copies should be printed out and filled in. 6 (Briefbogen des Sicherungsgebers) SAMPLE FIXED DEPOSIT DOCUMENT (Name und Anschrift) nachstehend Sicherungsgeber genannt, tritt der International Air Transport Association (IATA), Baseler Arkaden, Wilhelm-Leuschner Str. 78, Frankfurt/Main ab: Seine jeweiligen Guthaben (ohne Zinsen) bzw. Saldoforderungen in Höhe von EUR aus: Festgeldkonto Nr. Kreditinstitut: (Name und Anschrift) BLZ: Das Guthaben ist festgelegt, solange die Forderung der International Air Transport Association gegenüber dem Sicherungsgeber besteht, d.h. nicht schriftlich durch sie widerrufen wird oder der Sicherungsgeber den Status des IATA-Agenten verliert und alle Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der International Air Transport Association (IATA) oder Luftverkehrsgesellschaften, die am Billing Settlement Plan teilnehmen, beglichen hat. Die Abtretung dient für alle gegenwärtigen und künftigen Verbindlichkeiten des(r) (Name und Anschrift des IATA-Reisebüros, Firmensitz) gegenüber der International Air Transport Association (IATA) und Luftverkehrsgesellschaften, die am Billing Settlement Plan teilnehmen (BSP), für die (Name des IATA Reisebüros) aufgrund des Antrags auf Ernennung zum IATA-Agenten oder als ernannter IATA-Agent Verkäufe von Flugscheinen oder Gutscheinen für Flugscheine etc. (MCO's) durchgeführt hat oder durchführen wird. Die Rechte und Ansprüche auf Kündigung der(s) Guthaben(s) gehen mit dieser Abtretung an die International Air Transport Association (IATA) über. Werden die Nummern der oben bezeichneten Konten geändert oder ergänzt, so bleibt die Abtretung hinsichtlich dieser Konten wirksam. Falls die (das) der International Air Transport Association aufgrund dieser Abtretung zustehende(n) Guthaben auf andere für den Sicherungsgeber bei der Bank geführten Konten umgebucht werden (wird), so umfasst diese Abtretung auch diese Konten. Der Sicherungsgeber versichert, dass die abgetretenen Forderungen frei von Rechten Dritter bestehen, dass er berechtigt ist, uneingeschränkt über sie zu verfügen und ihnen keine aufrechenbaren Ansprüche gegenüberstehen. Die International Air Transport Association wird der Bank diese Abtretung anzeigen. Sie ist berechtigt die ihr übertragenen Rechte und Ansprüche auszuüben und geltend zu machen, wenn der Sicherungsfall eingetreten ist.
