Call for Papers: You are kindly asked to provide us with your 20 min lecture to one of the a.m. session topics. Please advise in advance and send your draft handout by email until end of February. For participation at the conference you will get free entrance to the exhibition area by sign in at UAVDACH only. The detailed steps are as follows: If you have never visited the data area of www.uavdach.org you have to be registered first: a. Press Registrierung b. Enter your profile-data as required i. fields marked with * are mandatory ii. fill your data into the individual fields (without usage of the enter button) c. Store the completed profile by activating Speichern or by pressing the enter button d. If you made wrong entries, you ll get German error-messages e. After successful entry you ll get the message Hinweis as shown here => telling you, that the data have been stored but you may login only after written confirmation f. By pressing Weiter you come back to the overview of the data area, which you may leave now. g. Now please wait for confirmation of your registration by email. UAV DACH e.v. D/NL/A/CH: Seite 3 von 5
2. If your registration was already confirmed by email Go to the overview of the UAVDACH data area again and sign in at the Conference by: a. selecting Termine for finding the Conference b. Select 44.UAS-Konferenz UAVDACH or directly press the green hook on the left c. Select Teilnehmen or the green hook d. The Anmelden view opens (like the picture here) => e. Fill your login-data into the corresponding fields Name Password f. Press enter button or activate the Anmelden field => g. If successful a confirmation message appears for a short time h. Automatically the site 43.UAS-conference opens showing the number of signed in participants. i. You may leave the data area by jumping back to the overview area by activating the house symbol or the link Uebersicht j. Now you have access to all modules if you want to search further data k. 3. Now after you have been registered as participant of the 44th Conference you need to wait until end of March 2016 a. You will get an email with the data of your individual AERO2016-ticket b. All steps for printing your ticket will be explained c. You will need your ticket for getting access to the conference-area Hangar A2.
