Merkmale Caractéristiques Features Oberfläche Jansen liefert die Economy 50-Edelstahlprofile in blanker oder auf Wunsch in geschliffener Ausführung (Korn 2-240 oder 3-400). Werkstoff 1.4307 (AISI 304L) Auf Grund des niedrigen Kohlenstoffgehaltes des Werkstoffes 1.4307 besteht eine sehr geringe Neigung zur Bildung von Chromkarbiden. Der Werkstoff ist dadurch wesentlich beständiger gegen interkristalline Korrosion als Güten mit einem höheren Kohlenstoffgehalt, wie z.b. der Werkstoff 1.4301. Auch nach dem Schweissen ist 1.4307 beständig gegen interkristalline Korrosion. Deshalb erfüllt er die Anforderungen der EN ISO 3651-2 (Ermittlung der Beständigkeit nicht rostender Stähle gegen interkristalline Korrosion: Nicht rostende austenitische und ferritisch-austenitische (Duplex)-Stähle Korrosionsversuch in schwefelhaltigen Medien). Beständigkeit Der Werkstoff 1.4307 zeigt in natürlichen Umweltmedien (Gewässer, ländliche und städtische Atmosphäre) bei Abwesenheit von bedeutenden Chlor- und Salzkonzentrationen eine gute Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Diese Edelstahl-Qualität ist aber nicht für den Einsatz in Schwimmbädern oder deren Umgebung geeignet. Steel grade 1.4307 (AISI 304L) The low carbon content of the 1.4307 steel grade results in a very low tendency to form chromium carbide. As a result, the material is significantly more resistant to inter-granular corrosion when compared to steel qualities with a higher carbon content such as, e.g. the steel grade 1.4301. Vor der Oberflächenbehandlung Bohrlehre 499.131 an den Vertikalstäben festklemmen und je 2 Löcher ø 3,5 mm bohren (siehe Abb.1). Wichtig: Wenn die Anschweissbänder weniger als 95 mm von der Unterkante des Flügels entfernt sind, kann die Bohrlehre nicht verwendet werden. Die Löcher sollten deshalb vor dem Anschweissen der Bänder gebohrt werden. 1. Before surface treatment Attach the drilling jig 499.131 to the vertical bars and drill 2 holes 3,5 mm on either side (fig. 1) Important: The drilling template can no longer be used if the weld-on hinges are removed less than 95 mm from the bottom edge of the leaf. The holes should therefore be drilled before welding the hinges. 2. Montage Senkdichtung auf Flügelfalzbreite (FFB) kürzen und Schnittkanten entgraten. Bei zweiflügeligen Türen Gummi-Dichtungsprofil im Stulpbereich ca. 4 bis 5 mm überstehen lassen. Befestigungswinkel ins Aluminiumprofil einstecken und die Senkdichtung anschrauben (Auslöseknopf bandseitig, siehe Abb. 2) 2. Korrosionsbeständigkeit von Edelstahl Durch die Zulegierung von Chrom wird auf der Stahloberfläche eine dünne passive Oberflächendeckschicht aus Chromoxygen erreicht. Dies bedeutet, dass der Stahl nicht mit den Luftbestandteilen reagiert, er ist passiv. Dadurch sind Edelstähle gegen zahlreiche aggressive Medien beständig und bedürfen keines weiteren Oberflächenschutzes. Wird diese Passivschicht mechanisch zerstört, so bildet sich diese erneut, sofern Sauerstoff (Luft) oder andere oxydierende Medien vorhanden sind. Wird diese Schutzschicht jedoch unter Einwirkung aggressiver Medien zerstört, so beginnt der Korrosionsvorgang. Interkristalline Korrosion Interkristalline Korrosion entsteht bei Wärmebehandlungen und Schweissvorgängen (in der Nähe der Schweissnaht = Wärmeeinflusszone). Durch die Ausscheidung der Chromcarbide kommt es in der Umgebung zu einer Verarmung des für die Korrosionsbeständigkeit wichtigen Elementes «Chrom». Der von uns gelieferte Edelstahl-Werkstoff 1.4307 weist einen sehr tiefen Kohlenstoffgehalt auf und ist deshalb wesentlich beständiger gegen interkristalline Korrosion als z.b. der Werkstoff 1.4301. En raison du rejet de carbure de chrome, l environnement est soumis à un appauvrissement de l élément «chrome» important pour la résistance à la corrosion. En raison de la basse teneur en carbone du matériau 1.4307, il existe une très faible tendance à la formation de carbure de chrome. This means that the steel does not react with any air constituents, i.e. the steel is passive. This property makes stainless steels resistant to numerous aggressive media and negates the need for any further surface protection. If this layer is destroyed mechanically, it will simply reform, provided that oxygen (air) or other oxidative media are present. If this protective layer is nevertheless destroyed by the exposure to aggressive media, then the corrosion process will begin. Intercrystalline corrosion Intercrystalline corrosion takes place during heat treatments and welding. (in the vicinity of the weld seam = heat-affected zone.) The deposition of chromium carbide leads to a depletion of chromium an element important for corrosion resistance in this area. The low carbon content of the 1.4307 steel grade results in a very low tendency to form chromium carbide. As a result, the material is significantly more resistant to inter-granular corrosion when compared to steel qualities with a higher carbon content such as, e.g. the steel grade 1.4301. Verarbeitungs-Hinweise Indications d usinage Assembly instructions Fremdrost Unter Fremdrost versteht man Ablagerungen von Rostteilchen, die nicht an der betreffenden Stelle entstanden sind, sondern von irgendwo anders hinzugetragen wurden. Fremdrost tritt bevorzugt auf bei nichtgetrennter Lagerung und Verarbeitung von unlegiertem Stahl und Edelstahl. Aber auch Werkzeugabrieb kann zu Fremdrost führen. Durch Ablagerungen von Fremdrost können die Bedingungen für Spaltkorrosion erfüllt sein. Zu beachten: Verarbeitung und Lagerung von Edelstahl und unlegiertem Stahl in getrennten Räumen. Werkzeuge nur für Edelstahl verwenden (keine Berührung mit unlegiertem Stahl). Kontaktkorrosion Kontaktkorrosion ist eine Korrosionsart, welche auftreten kann, wenn sich zwei unterschiedliche metallische Werkstoffe in Anwesenheit eines flüssigen Mediums, das als Elektrolyt wirkt, in Kontakt befinden. Der weniger edle Werkstoff (Anode) wird an der Kontaktstelle angegriffen und geht in Lösung. Der edlere Werkstoff (Kathode) wird nicht angegriffen. Als Elektrolyt kommen alle leitenden Flüssigkeiten in Frage, wobei schon ein kondensierter Flüssigkeitsfilm den Korrosionsangriff auslösen kann. Kontaktkorrosion ist besonders dann kritisch, wenn die Oberfläche des edleren Werkstoffes gross ist im Verhältnis zur Oberfläche des weniger edleren Werkstoffes. Typisches Beispiel: Edelstahl Rostfrei-Schrauben an Aluminium-Teilen vermeiden Kontaktkorrosion. Zu beachten: Werkstoff-Kombinationen richtig wählen Beide Werkstoffe gegeneinander isolieren Reinigungs- und Pflegehinweise beachten Rouille erratique On entend par rouille erratique les dépôts de particules de rouille qui ne sont pas apparus sur l endroit concerné, mais ont été «importés» d ailleurs. Les dépôts de rouille erratique peuvent remplir les conditions d apparition de corrosion en fissures. à observer: mise en œuvre et stockage d acier inoxydable et d acier non allié dans des locaux séparés, utiliser des outils uniquement pour l acier inoxydable (aucun contact avec de l acier non allié). Corrosion par contact La corrosion par contact est un type de corrosion pouvant apparaître lorsque deux matériaux métalliques différents se trouvent en contact en présence d un fluide liquide agissant comme électrolyte. Le matériau moins noble (anode) est attaqué au point de contact et se dissout. Le matériau plus noble (cathode) n est pas attaqué. Tous les liquides conducteurs peuvent agir comme de l électrolyte, un film de liquide condensé pouvant suffire à déclencher l attaque de corrosion. La corrosion par contact est particulièrement critique lorsque la surface du matériau plus noble est importante en comparaison avec la surface du matériau moins noble. Deposits of extraneous rust can lead to conditions conducive to gap corrosion. Take note: Process and store stainless and plain steel in separate areas. Only use tools for stainless steel (no contact with plain steel). Contact corrosion Contact corrosion is a type of corrosion that can occur when two different metallic materials come into contact with one another in the present of a liquid medium that acts as an electrolyte. The less inert material (anode) is attacked at the point of contact and goes into solution. The more inert material (cathode) is not attacked. All conductive liquids can be considered as electrolytes; i.e. even a condensed film of liquid can lead to a corrosion attack. Contact corrosion becomes particularly critical if the surface area of the more inert material is large in comparison with the less inert material. A typical example: Stainless stainless steel screws in aluminium parts avoid contact corrosion. Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr von Fremdrost-Bildung auf den Edelstahl- Oberflächen. Bei der Lagerung der Edelstahl-Profile ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die Einlagerung der Profile sorgfältig erfolgt. Zwecks Vermeidung von Kratzern, Eindrücken oder gar Deformationen empfehlen wir Zwischenlager aus Holz oder Kunststoff. Die Entnahme der Profile aus den Lagergestellen darf nur durch Herausheben erfolgen (nicht längsseitig herausziehen). Stockage Tous les composants du système en acier inoxydable doivent être stockés au sec et séparés des profilés en acier. (www.edelstahl-rostfrei.de) Zuschnitt Für das Zuschneiden von Edelstahl- Profilen sind Sägeblätter aus Schnellarbeitsstahl (HSS) mit feiner Zahnung zu verwenden. Zwecks Vermeidung von Korrosionsbildung bei Edelstahl dürfen diese nicht für unlegierten Stahl eingesetzt werden. Auf die Schnittgeschwindigkeiten, den Vorschub und gute Kühlung ist besonders zu achten. Die Emulsions-Flüssigkeit darf keine ferritischen Bestandteile (z.b. Sägespäne etc.) enthalten. Im weiteren ist darauf zu achten, dass die Auflagestellen sauber sind und die Profile eben aufliegen. Beim Zuschnitt dürfen die Profile nicht zerdrückt werden. Deshalb empfehlen wir bei Sägemaschinen mit pneumatisacher oder hydraulischer Anpressung die Einregulierung von Hand vorzunehmen. Zu beachten: Bei der Verarbeitung von geschliffenen Edelstahl-Profilen empfehlen wir diese vor dem Zuschnitt mit einer selbstklebenden Schutzfolie abzudecken, damit die Oberfläche während der Verarbeitung und Montage optimal geschützt ist. Die Bohrer müssen immer scharf geschliffen sein. Es empfiehlt sich, die Bohrzentren nicht anzukörnen, weil dadurch eine Kaltverfestigung verursacht wird. Zu beachten: Wenn immer möglich Jansen- Bohrlehren einsetzen. Fräsen Zum Fräsen von Edelstahl eignen sich Fräser mit stark hinterschnittenen Schneiden und breiten, stark gewendelten Spannuten aus Schnellarbeitsstahl (HSS) oder mit Hartmetall bestückt. Perçage Pour percer l acier inoxydable, utiliser des forets hélicoïdaux en acier à coupe rapide (HSS). Les forets doivent toujours être bien aiguisés. Il est recommandé de ne pas amorcer les centres de perçage, ce qui provoquerait un écrouissage. à observer: Dans la mesure du possible, toujours utiliser des gabarits de perçage Jansen. Für unsere dünnwandigen Edelstahl- Profile (1,5 mm) eignet sich die WIG/TIG-Schweissung besonders. Das Schweissergebnis hängt wesentlich von der Nahtvorbereitung ab. Die Schweissstellen resp. Schnittkanten dürfen keine Verunreinigungen durch Fette, Öle oder andere organische Stoffe aufweisen. Diese könnten zu Aufkohlungen und Einschlüssen in der Schweissnaht führen. Die Profile sind im Schweissbereich (z.b. Gehrung) besonders sorgfältig und fest einzuspannen. Gegenüber den unlegierten Stählen sind folgende Abweichungen zu beachten: ein höherer Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizient (ca. 50%) niedrigere Wärmeleitfähigkeit der elektrische Widerstand ist 6 x grösser Empfehlungen für einwandfreie Edelstahl-Schweissungen: Wärmeabführung durch eine Kupferschiene (kann gleichzeitig als Schweisslehre verwendet werden) mit niedriger Streckenenergie schweissen mit Vorrichtungen schweissen (Jansen-Schweisstisch) in kurzen Abständen heften Durch das Schweissen entstandene Spritzer, Zunder und Anlauffarben sind vom Werkstück sauber zu entfernen, da sonst an diesen Stellen Korrosion auftreten kann. Souder Pratiquement tous les procédés de soudage courants dans la pratique peuvent être utilisés pour souder l acier inoxydable. Celles-ci pourraient provoquer des carburations et des inclusions dans le cordon de soudure. Les profilés doivent être solidement et soigneusement serrés dans la zone de soudage (par exemple onglet). Par rapport aux aciers non alliés, les divergences possibles sont à observer: un coefficient de dilatation thermique plus élevé (environ 50%) conductibilité thermique plus faible résistance électrique 6 x plus élevée Recommandations pour un soudage parfait de l acier inoxydable: dissipation de la chaleur par un rail en cuivre (peut être simultanément utilisé comme gabarit de soudage) souder avec une faible énergie de soudage par unité de longueur souder avec des équipements (table de soudage Jansen) pointer à distances courtes Les projections, calamines et couleurs de ternissement dues à la soudure doivent être proprement enlevées de la pièce, sans quoi de la corrosion peut apparaître à ces endroits. Verarbeitungs-Hinweise Indications d usinage Assembly instructions Mechanische Schweissnaht- Nachbehandlung Für die mechanische Nachbehandlung von Schweissstellen kommen Bürsten, Schleifen oder Strahlen in Betracht. Die Schleifwerkzeuge müssen eisenfrei sein und dürfen vorher nicht für unlegierte Stähle verwendet worden sein. Hierfür verwendet man vorwiegend Handschleifmaschinen mit Schleifscheiben oder Schleifsteinen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Schleifgeschwindigkeit 40 m/s nicht überschreitet, weil sich sonst örtliche Erwärmungen bilden könnten. Veiller à ce que la vitesse de meulage n excède pas 40 m/s, des réchauffements locaux pouvant autrement se produire. La surface sablée, métallique et blanche doit être ensuite décapée. On obtient ainsi une résistance accrue à la corrosion. Mechanical weld-seam after treatment Brushing, grinding and shot blasting are among the mechanical aftertreatments possible for weld surfaces. The grinding tools must be iron-free and must not have been previously used for plain steels. Hand grinding machines with grinding discs or stones are predominantly used. Für Profile eignen sich besonders Klebefolien, welche einfach aufzukleben und wieder abzuziehen sind. Zu beachten: Schutz-Folien sind nur begrenzt haltbar Beklebte Profile möglichst rasch bearbeiten Schutz-Folien vor UV-Strahlung schützen Schutz-Folien nach der Montage sofort entfernen, vor allem bei der Witterung ausgesetzten Konstruktionen Nach dem Entfernen der selbstklebenden Schutz-Folie ist eine Grundreinigung unerlässlich (unsichtbare Kleberrückstände) Reinigung/Pflege Nach der Montage der Edelstahl-Elemente ist eine Erstreinigung (Baureinigung) durchzuführen, damit der Bauschmutz gründlich entfernt wird. Auch Schutzschichten (z.b. Klebefolien, Schutzpapier, Abziehlacke bzw. Rückstände aus Haftkleber) müssen vollständig entfernt werden. Kalk- oder Zementmörtelspritzer sollten möglichst vor dem Erhärten mit einem Gummischaber, Holzspan oder Ähnlichem abgeschabt werden. Farbspritzer können mit Lösungsmittelreiniger entfernt werden. Für die Reinigung werden meistens abrasiv wirkende Reinigungsmittel (enthalten weiche Polierkörner) oder saure Reinigungsmittel benutzt. Die Anweisungen der Hersteller sind besonders zu beachten. Les projections de chaux ou de mortier au ciment doivent être autant que possible enlevées avant le durcissement à l aide d une raclette en caoutchouc, copeau de bois ou similaire. Les projections de peinture peuvent être enlevées avec du diluant de nettoyage. Pour le nettoyage, on utilise généralement des produits de nettoyage à effet abrasif (contiennent des grains de ponçage mous) ou des produits de nettoyage acides.
