NRDO mit ähnlichen thematischen Priorisierungen Nahestehende Units bei ADA, BMeiA, und AGGV (Dachverband österr. NGOs) Allgemein: Änderung des Rollenverständnisses von Wissens-Quellen für südliche Partnerorganisationen zu BegleiterInnen bzw. Good Practices (I) KM Element / Good Practice Systematization - a participatory process of knowledge generation Origin South- and Central America (1970ies) Description of sharing process Extent to which it was taken over by other partners in the network Trainings in the method of systematization for facilitators Sharing documents by project partners, who themselves conducted systematizations Presentations at regional and international conferences Meta-systematization (systematizing various existing systematizations of different regions/projects) in Nicaragua DVD-productions Other Partners which have been trained on this method are now implementing systematizations themselves Partner organisations, not forming part of this framework programme, have also benefitted from the knowhow and taken it into their own programmes Some partners presented nonsystematized experiences at regional and int. conferences, but applied the structure of systematization reports 19.11.2013 13.Community Treffen 7

Erste Bewertung der Ergebnisse (Ende 2012) Bewiesene Wirksamkeit Erfolgreiches Teilen UND Implementieren von Good Practices innerhalb des HORIZONT3000-Netzwerkes, was zu einer fachlichen und methodischen Qualitätsverbesserung bei einigen lokalen Partnerorganisationen führte Positive Neben-Effekte Gefestigte Beziehungen zwischen den im Netzwerk teilnehmenden Organisationen Awareness-raising zur Relevanz von Wissensmanagement im Kontext von kleinen NROs in der EZA Enthusiasm und Motivation Ausbreitung einiger Erfahrungen/ Good Practices über die HORIZONT3000- Initiative hinaus Gründe für wesentliche Verzögerungen Unterschätzung der notwendigen Personal-Ressourcen im Wissensmanagement bei HORIZONT3000 Fehlende Expertise zu ICT und effizienter Content Management Technology Unterschätzung der notwendigen strategischen Kommunikationn 19.11.2013 13.Community Treffen 9
Einige Empfehlungen (I) Konzeptualisierung sowie Verankerung von Wissensmanagement auf Organisationsebene von Beginn an notwendig Erwartungen der KollegInnen von Beginn an abfragen und Lust und Möglichkeit (Zeit) am Mitmachen schaffen Pool an Methoden für Wissensgenerierung anbieten Wichtigkeit von Face-to-Face Exchange vs. ICT-based content management Knowledge Sharing passiert oft spontan/ ungeplant, wenn ein Raum (enabling environment) dafür geschaffen wird Rückfluss des erworbenen Wissens an die Organisation sicherstellen 19.11.2013 13.Community Treffen 10
