Please note: Active participation during the programme constitutes a key element for admission. The final certification will only be awarded if the mentee is actively involved in the mentoring tandem and attends the workshops and events. Only those professors and employees of the University of Kassel can be nominated as mentors who are not the mentee's employers or supervisors. This applies as well to public institutions and the private sector. 5

6 Protection of personal data 1) Hiermit erkläre ich mich ausdrücklich, freiwillig und widerruflich damit einverstanden: 1. dass meine personenbezogenen Daten von der Universität Kassel zum Zweck der Auswahl für das Karriere-Mentoring DIVERS und, so es zutreffend ist, zum Zweck der Teilnahme am Karriere-Mentoring DIVERS verarbeitet werden und 2. dass meine Daten bei Gewährung der Teilnahme am Karriere-Mentoring DIVERS gespeichert werden. Für den Fall, dass meine Bewerbung erfolglos bleibt, werden die Bewerbungsunterlagen zum nach Ablauf des Bewerbungsverfahrens vollständig gelöscht. Mir ist bekannt, dass: 3. meine personenbezogenen Daten an die mit der Auswahl befassten und zuständigen Stellen der Universität Kassel zum Zweck der Auswahl und etwaigen folgenden Gewährung der Teilnahme am Karriere-Mentoring DIVERS übermittelt werden können. Eine Übermittlung meiner Daten an andere Dritte und/oder eine gewerbliche Nutzung meiner Daten findet nicht statt. 4. ich diese Einwilligung jederzeit bei der Universität Kassel per an widerrufen kann.
