2 Schweißkegel Allgemeines Weld Nipples General Conos para soldar Generalidades Normung - Konstruktive Grundlage Bell-Schweißkegel bilden eine weitere Verbindungsmöglichkeit bei Rohrverschraubungen. Sie eignen sich für extreme Beanspruchungen durch Schwingungen, Druckstöße and Temperaturschwankungen. Der Schweißkegel (Form A DIN 3865) kann im Austausch mit dem Schneidring in jede Verschraubung mit 24 -Innenkonus (Bohrungsform W DIN 3861) unter Verwendung der normalen Überwurfmutter eingesetzt werden. Bestellbeispiele für komplette Schweißkegelverschraubungen siehe Seite 1.13 and 5.5. Die Abdichtung erfolgt einmal metallisch zwischen Schweißkegel and Innenkonus des Stutzens sowie zusätzlich durch einen O-Ring. Dieser darf erst nach dem Verschweißen des Rohres aufgezogen werden. Specifications - Design data Bell weld nipples are another method of connecting tube fittings. They are suitable for use under extreme conditions of vibration, pressure surges and changes of temperature. The weld nipple (Type A DIN 3865) replaces the cutting ring and can be used in every fitting with 24 inner cone (type of port end W DIN 3861) and using the normal nut. Examples to order complete weld nipple couplings see page 1.13 and 5.5. Sealing is produced by the metal contact between the weld nipple and inner cone of the coupling body with the O-ring forming an additional seal. The O-ring must always be fitted after the welding of the tube. Estandarización - Principio de construcción Los conos para soldar Bell son otra posibilidad más para empalmar racores tubulares. Se apropian para esfuerzos extremos por vibraciones, impulsos de presión y variaciones de la temperatura. Se puede usar el cono para soldar (tipo A DIN 3865) en vez del casquillo de filo cortante para cualquier racor con un cono interior de 24 (taladro tipo W DIN 3861) usando la tuerca tapón normal. La hermetización se realiza por contacto metálico entre cono para soldar y cono interior de la tubuladura, así como adicionalmente por un anillo toroide. Éste debe montarse primeramente después de haber soldado el tubo. Werkstoff Die Schweißkegel werden aus schmelzschweißbarem Stahl gefertigt. Verschraubungsstutzen and Überwurfmuttern sind ebenfalls aus Stahl. Die O-Ringe werden serienmäßig in Perbunan (-25 C bis +100 C) geliefert. Sie sind auf Wunsch auch in Viton für Temperaturen von -15 C bis +200 C erhältlich. Material The weld nipples are manufactured from steel with properties which allow fusion welding. Coupling bodies and nuts are also made of steel: The standard O-rings are made from Perbunan (-25 C up to +100 C). On request they are also available in Viton for temperatures of -15 C up to +200 C. Material Los conos de acero para soldar se producen de acero fundible y soldable. Las tubuladuras roscadas y las tuercas tapón son también de acero. Los anillos toroides estándar son de Perbunans (-25 C a +100 C). Pueden adquirirse a opción también de Viton R para temperaturas de - 15 C a +200 C. Oberfläche Die Schweißkegel sind phosphatiert and geölt. Stutzen and Überwurfmuttern sind normalerweise verzinkt and gelb chromatiert (Kurzzeichen A3C nach DIN ISO 4042). Die Oberfläche von Stutzen and Überwurfmutter kann auf Wunsch auch: verzinkt and blau chromatiert werden (Kurzzeichen A3K nach DIN ISO 4042), oder phosphatiert and geölt. Surface The weld nipples are phosphated and oiled. Coupling bodies and retaining nuts are normally zinc-coated and yellow chromated (abbreviation A3C acc. to ISO 4042). On request the surface of coupling bodies and nuts may also be: zinc coated and transparent chromated (abbreviation A3K acc. to ISO 4042), or phosphated and oiled. Superficie Los conos para soldar están fosfatados y aceitados y, normalmente, están galvanizadas y cromatizadas en amarillo las tubuladuras y las tuercas tapón (abreviatura A3C según ISO 4042). A deseo, la superficie de las tubuladuras y tuercas tapón pueden también: galvanizarse y cromatizarse en azul (abreviatura A3K según ISO 4042), o fosfatarse y aceitarse. Druckbereich Die angegebenen Drücke für Schweißkegel sind die Berechnungsdrücke nach ISO/DIS für die entsprechenden Rohre and Schweißkegel (siehe Seite 1.9). Bei Schweißkegelverschraubungen sind die Drücke PN, bzw. PB für Verschraubungen mit BELLZET-Zweikantenringen mit den Drücken für Schweißkegel zu vergleichen. Der jeweils niedrigere Druck ist der zulässige Betriebsdruck. Pressure range The pressures for weld nipples given are the calculated pressures to ISO/DIS for the corresponding tubes and weld nipples (see page 1.9). For weld nipple couplings, the pressures PN or PB for couplings with BELLZET double-bite cutting rings must be compared to the pressures for weld nipples, the permissible working pressure in each case being the lower of the two.
