Immunzytometrische Qualitätssicherung: Stamm- und Progenitorzellen - RV 217: Rückblick und Perspektive - Kai Gutensohn Göttingen
S. Serke, H.E. Johnsen An European reference protocol for quality assessment and clinical validation of autologous haematopoietic blood progenitor and stem cell grafts. The first step in quality assessment was CD34 standardisation. The final step in quality assessment is clinical validation. Bone Marrow Transplant 2001; 27: 463-470

Barnett D et al. Br J Haematol 1999; 106: 1059-1062 Gratama JW et al. Clin Lab Haematol 1999; 21: 337-346 Vorteile Single-Platform vs. Dual-Platform Direkte Absolutzahlmessung (CD34+) an einem Gerät (Zytometer).

CAP Issues: For apheresis samples stored for more than 4 hours, an aliquot from the product should be tested immediately before freezing or infusion. Packs stored overnight should have an aliquot tested on the day of processing. CD34 celluar viability should be performed on these aliquots.... precise determination of CD34 cell viablity.
